1 2. OMG!

We were astonished to see a baby dragon in the 21st-century. But how did it come here? Were we fancying it?? Someone, please pinch me.

It was napping in the cool shade of the bush. We all looked at each other with horror and disbelief in our eyes. How could we keep calm after seeing a baby dragon in front of our eyes?

"OMG!!" we screamed in unison again.

Our synchronisation was good in real life too apart from our stage dance shows, I thought.

But what should we do with it now?

Call the police or the forest department?

When we were busy thinking about the next phase, it waked up. It gazed at us with big green and black innocent eyes.

"Wow, how cute!" Elena exclaimed in excitement.

She went up to the creature to cup its rough cheek. But as she moved a step ahead, it exhaled fire. She squirmed a little and started screaming in fear. We should have run out from there, but we stupids stood there as our knees started wobbling. Our bodies started shaking. How to face it now?

Was it the end of the world today?

Were we gonna be dead?

But I stepped before and tried to go near to it. Thankfully and fortunately it didn't scare us now. I picked it up in my arms as if holding a newborn baby in my arms. It looked at me with innocent eyes. I felt bad to left the poor creature there. After all, I was not a cruel human being or the one with a heart of rock. Yes, it may be a misfit in the place and, of course, time.

I decided to bring it home. But how? My mom and dad would freak out after seeing a dragon in my arms.

There were both pros and cons to this. I could do a little research on the extinct creature as I was good at science and had a few types of equipment which would help me to do research but at the same time, it could be a threat to society as it could throw balls of fire at us.

Oh god please save us from this situation!!
