3 My name is William

Raven started to walk toward the barrels and found the one that had the boy in it. Her silver eyes that contained no emotion whatsoever stared at the dark blue orbs that looked as though you can see the night sky. She helped the boy out after putting on gloves. After getting him out and setting him by a tree she checked the rest of the carriage to make sure that there where to other kids.

Raven returned to the exhausted boy sitting under the oak tree. Looking up at her and asked with a goofy smile, "My name is William and who are you?"

Starring at this boy and looking at him like he was crazy though, 'Is he crazy or something? He just got kidnapped, shoved into a barrel, has no idea where he is, and he is smiling like this is just an amusing adventure.'

Covering her mouth with her hand, she gave a muffled laugh as she looked down at the boy with amusement saying, "Are you injured anywhere?"

"No, in fact I am doing fine, but I have a lot of questions like: Who are you? Where did you come from? Where am I now? Can you help me get home? How did you defeat these two guys on your own? Why are you covered in bandages? Are you injured? Why did you help me? Not that I'm not grateful, but... "

Surprised everything that he was saying, Raven didn't know how to respond. Even though she just met this boy she felt as though her coldness was starting to warm up a little, but as she thought that she yelled at herself inwardly 'NO! REMEMBER YOU RULES! YOU CAN'T FORGET!'

She created rules for herself, life codes. She made them to survive in the world, to keep her safe from her past and from others. She wasn't going to break them now.

"My name is not important right now," Pointing to the road that she just came from, "that road will lead you to a village and they will help you get home,"

Raven started to get up and walk away towards the forest, then suddenly William shouted after her saying, "Could you come with me I don't think I can go on my own. You have been to the village before and I don't really trust people I don't know. Since you saved me can you please do me this favor?"

"I should tell you this now. The people in that village are not...fond of me. If they see you with me, they may not want to help you, so I don't think that me going with you is a great idea."

"Please! I am sure that they will still help!" After thinking about the situation William came up with an idea, "Ooo...how about this? You can take me to the outskirts of the village and wait for me there and when I'm done dressing my wounds, I can bring you food to eat!"

Sighing, "Fine, but after that your on you own,"

She needed to eat. In fact, she has to eat something soon, because the last time that she ate a meal was probably two weeks ago.

'Just eat and go on your way.'

After tying the two kidnappers to the tree, with the rope they used to tie up William, they looked through their wagon to see if they could find anything useful.

"Did you find anything useful?

"Yup, a bag of gold coins," saying as I tossed it to him.

"Should we be taking it this, I mean it is still their money,"

Raven stared at William with cold eyes saying, "They probably stole this money from other people or by doing something shady. Also, why would you even care? They kidnapped you, remember?"

"Yeah that's true, but you still don't know why they did that"

"I think I can take a wild guess,"

As she looked up at the sky, realizing that it was soon going to be afternoon soon she said, "We have to get going if you want to get to the village soon. We do not want to be out here when it gets dark"

William nodded as he picked up a sword from the wagon and tied it around his waist. He looked at the horses attached and decided to release them back into the wild. As they thankfully licked his face and soon started to gallop into the distance.

"Well let's get going"

Smiling and thinking that this new and amazing friend of his was his new adventure, "Okay!"

As they set off on what they thought to be a short travel, but turning out to be a everlasting and thrilling adventure.
