Traumatized

Liam and Angela returned home after eating at the restaurant. They went straight to the room.

" Liam, are you serious about making me the CEO of your restaurant?" She asked still confused

" Yes Angel, I'm serious but tho I had plans of hiring the person that made my vanilla ice cream. I love vanilla cupcakes and ice cream" He said as he removed his shirt

" And you know the person?" she exclaimed

" No Angela, I'm trying to get the person name from Maya but you know her, she's more secretive than you can ever imagine" He simply commented

Angela sighed heavily " That's good now?" she question

He smiled politely and said " I don't know if I should say yes or not but this is my Life. I should know who make such a delicious ice cream for me. don't you think?"

" Hmm!!! I think you are right. so what do you intend to do for the person?" she asked waiting for his response

" i don't know for now but I would like to employ the person as my personal chef. you really need to taste the ice cream angel, you will love it but I noticed you like chocolate more." He said smiling at her

" And how did you know, I don't think you paid that much attention towards me" she paused and look sympathetically.

" I do but I didn't show it. I can't count how many time I saw chocolates in your bag. I'm sorry to invade your privacy but I needed to check and know more about my wife. I even saw countless chocolates in the fridge, in your special hidden space. I asked Packy and she said, you specifically told her not to touch it. I don't know much about you but I know how much you love chocolate but I just don't know how you get it daily" He said smiling lovely at her. this woman is a baby

" you want to know me?" Asked Angela finally grasping the most important bit of the conversation at the same time. she was stunned that he checked her bag to know her.

" That's all you got from it? you are unbelievable" he exclaimed slowly.

" Yes, I never knew or see it in your actions" she said

" That's because I don't want you to see it." He slowly commented and chuckled

Angela touched her neck nervously " Liam!! I'm the culprit behind your vanilla ice cream"

Liam stared and his mouth dropped " You say?"

" Yes Liam. I did it every three days and gave it to Maya to give you especially when you are stressed." she explained feeling more nervous than before

" Are you kidding? how did you know I love vanilla flavors? I never told you except today" He asked

" Maya told me the following day after our marriage. she wanted me to please you" she said smiling to herself as Liam stared at her

" Thank you " He said as he bit his lips

" For what?" She stared at him weird

" For taking care of me despite my father's wrong doings. I'm not Worth it " he said feeling so heavy from within.

" You deserve the world my love. I wouldn't pray for any other partner. I love you and I wish you the best" she said smiling at him as he widen his eyes at her

" You love me? is that a prank?" he said , stunned and confused at her words

" Alexandro Liam Frankio I love you. I love you so much. I never imagined I would marry or even love someone but you Xandro I can't help but fall in love with you. I'm so proud to call you my husband, your father might have forced us to get married in the first place but yet I still find my love." Angela said smiling as he cupped his cheeks. Liam kept staring at her. he couldn't comprehend everything. he never imagined someone would want him or even love him.

Liam looked at her with a trembly lips, eyes filled with tears. " An..ge..l..y..ou..lo..ve..me.. you can me Xandro?" he stammered

" Yes Xandro, I love you. you and only you" She said still cupping his cheeks.

" No Angela, you can't love me. I'm not worth it. I'm noy good enough. I'm just like my father, I can hurt you. I don't know how to love. my father has hurt you too much, I will hurt you again" he said sweating so hard. His body began to shake with fear. " I will hurt her" he said to himself

" Xandro!! Xandro!!! calm down.. you need to calm down and come back to your sense. Liam, you are shaking so much" She said holding Liam even more tighter than before. She kept trying to hold still but to no avail. He kept screaming. Angela quickly call Maya number

" Hello!!!.. Maya? pls come quickly to my house. Liam is acting strange"

" I will call his personal doctor's now. just stay calm and hold him tight don't let him go pls" she said and cut the call.

Few minutes, A man opened the door dressed in black suit with briefcase in his hands. he ran quick towards Liam and inject him. He hold him for a few minutes before he finally calm down. he removed his hands from him and look at Angela

" I'm sorry I could not introduce myself before attending to him. I'm Doctor Richard and his personal doctor. I don't think you should explain anything to you but wait patiently for your husband to explain everything to you but pls I need a favor from you to help him or probably convince him to see a therapist concerning his health." He muttered slowly

" You mean doctor my husband has issues that needed the attention of a therapist?" She asked. she stared & her mouth dropped, she felt like her three views of the world were crumbling.

" Yes ma'am but I assure you he's getting much better than before" He assure her trying to convince her.

" Thank you doctor, he will wake up soon right doctor? she sighed heavily and hold her head.

" Yes Mrs Liam, he will be fine infact he is better" He simply said calmly as he look at him again to confirm.

" Thank you you doctor, I really appreciate it" she said as she shake the doctor's hand

" I will take my leave now" He said, picked his briefcase and left as Angela followed after to close the door.

Packy in the kitchen saw everything but choose to keep quiet. she came outside to meet Angela after the doctor left the house

" Madam!!! how are you doing?" She muttered quietly

" Should that be a question? I feel lost Packy, like I don't know my husband anymore. I know him to be a very strong man who only had issues with his father but choose to stand out not this?" she bit her lips to suppress her tears.

" I think you should wait for Mr Liam to wake up and discuss it with you instead"

" do you know about it also? or what am I saying? you should know about it now since you work for him just Maya knew about his condition " she paused and look sympathetically sad.

" I know dear but it's a long story" Packy replied as she hold her hands to lift Liam up to the room.

they both supported him to his room and dropped him gently on his bed
