22 WHAT?!

From the start of his battle with M2, Herro was aware that his enemy had lost its sight due to Kira's surprise attack and Herro used it in his favor. That is why since the start of their battle, he has been doing his best to sneakily avoid and attack the Mutant, so he has a great chance of killing it instantly.

But Herro was just a normal student who liked biking and he didn't have much experience in fighting. He was only able to kill that Mutant before because it was heavily injured. The actions he did back then were just copied from movies and animes he had watched and all of that was just a gamble.

But even though he does not have that much fighting experience, Herro was not a foolish person. He was still able to use the situation in his favor and formulate a plan in dealing with the Mutant and he successfully made one.

After his observation, M2 is solely relying on its keen sense of hearing to locate Herro's location. M2 was still far from using echolocation to observe its surroundings, but if M2 was given some time, he will be able to learn it. Mutants have great survival instincts and adaptability towards their current situations.

Herro's plan is to make his breathing ragged, to lure the Mutant into him and let it thinks that he is dying. Then, when the M2 was in point-blank range, he will launch an attack that will kill it instantly. Even though he failed to kill it instantly, he will make sure that he will heavily injure the Mutant and limiting its movements.

Before the Mutant might suspect that something is wrong, Herro started to make his breathing ragged and cough from time to time.

If the Mutant was in a serious battle where life and death matter, it will be able to reach Herro within a second and launch an attack. But now it was enjoying inflicting the greatest fear to Herro and letting him drown in despair.

Herro felt that the situation was a little bit funny. The Mutant was toying with Herro without knowing that it was already dancing in Herro's palm.

M2 has finally gotten bored of toying with Herro and it suddenly strided towards Herro. With M2 speed, it only took him two seconds to reach where Herro is.

Then it suddenly roared at Herro's face.

Herro flinched at the sudden roar M2 made at his face. Unlike before, he could endure the sound and his ears didn't rupture like before.

Herro released a deep sigh to help him calm himself down. Then determination filled his eyes and he suddenly pounced at the Mutant that was still roaring. He used his right claw to sever M2's left leg.

His claws had grown sharper and stronger after absorbing those Mutants, so he was able to easily sever it. M2 was still roaring when Herro severed his right leg. The roar had turned into a loud groan from pain.

Herro never forgets grudges and he wants to make the Mutant pay back a couple of times more than he suffered.

Herro turned three-hundred-sixty degrees in his place a couple of times, like a beyblade and then he severed the Mutant's four limbs instantly.

The Mutant didn't knew what happened and it was on a state of deep shock. Then Herro stepped on its chest and started to stab its stomack with his claws.

The Mutant woke up from its state of shock and started to shout from pain its receives. It was really confused on how the situation escalated to this point.

With M2's current situation, he could not move even a single centimeter because it already lost all of its limbs. Herro found it so loud and annoying and he ended the Mutants life by severing it.

Herro had already planned everything and with his sharp claws, he was able to cut M2's body into pieces.

Then a panel appeared in front of his face, saying, [Do you want to absorb the Mutant?]. Herro replied with his thoughts, [Yes.] then suction force appeared in his palm.

It was a couple of times stronger than before. He didn't want to use his mouth to absorb it because it is disgusting. He swore to himself that he would only use his mouth when everything got desperate.

With Herro's current strength, it only took him five seconds to fully absorb the Mutant.

Then he looked at the direction of where Kira is while his eyes were filled with anger. He was confident of dealing with the two Mutants.

"NOOO!" Then he heard Kira's loud cry. Herro felt anger that built up in his heart had exploded. And then a blue panel appeared in front of him [A certain condition has been fulfilled and Ultimate Scented Body will now activate].

Then, Something burst out of his body, it was a strong scent that will make one feel terrified just by smelling it.

This was his ability Ultimate Scented Body activated by a different circumstance. If Before he activated the skill with his sudden burst of excitement, now he activated it with the anger bursted out of control.

The scent he was releasing could still work as a lure for monsters, and it could even work on a human with a strong feeling towards Herro, but the weaker ones will flee after they caught the scent of it.

Herro ignored the panel that appeared in front of him and suddenly ran with his full speed towards Kira.

The aromatic scent Herro released scattered with a great speed that it only took a second to cover the hole Underground Military Base.

This was the first time that Herro felt so confident with his strength and he didn't felt a single ounce of fear even facing two Mutants.

"NOOOOOOO!" Kira shouted as she was punched by M3 and she flew away a few meters.

Kira was now lying down on the ground while bathing in her own blood. The two Mutants howled happily like M2 because of their victory. And after a while, they started walking towards Kira slowly.

Although Kira was heavily injured, she was still able to maintain her consciousness awake.

"Please don't do this to me. I'm begging you." Kira said to the two Mutants who are slowly walking towards her.

Then Kira caught an Aromatic scent. She didn't find it familiar, but she felt that she had smelled something like this before. But her attention was focused on the Two Mutants, so she was not affected by it.

The two Mutants stopped in their tracks and then turned their heads towards Herro's direction at the same time.

When Kira saw the two Mutants looked at Herro's direction, she finally remembered why she found the scent familiar.

"It was the uncontrollable skill that Herro had!" Kira was now sitting and she wanted to stand up, but she did not the ability to do so.

The two Mutants, M1 and M3, roared at the same time and then rushed towards where Herro is.

"NO!" Kira wanted to stop the Mutants from facing Herro but they didn't stop at all. Kira was forced to cough up some blood because it was blocking her airway.

She used all of her strength and she managed to get up. And then she started to walk slowly, following the track of the Mutants.

Along with the strength Herro had gained, his senses were also upgraded and it was now a lot more sensitive compared before.

As he was rushing towards Kira, he felt the presence of the two Mutants coming to him. He readied up his claws and prepared himself because a battle may happen anytime soon.

Then he saw the two Mutants in a distance running towards him. He stopped in his tracks and also the Mutants, when they were just 30 meters away from each other.

Herro sized up the two Mutants and they also sized him up. Herro noticed that they're fine and there is not any visible new injuries that could be seen in their body. Herro felt a lot more angry because he thought that the Mutants managed to avoid injuries because they totally overpowered Kira.

The Mutants also feel the same way as him and they concluded that since Herro was here, their comrade M3 is already dead.

The stalemate was broken because the Mutants had charged at Herro first. They couldn't resist the effect of the Ultimate Bod Scented for a long time. M3 had first reached Herro and swiped its claws towards Herro.

Herro didn't bother to evade and instead blocked it head-on. Then M1 appeared on Herro's side and also launched an attack using its claws.

Herro jumped sideways to avoid the attack. He didn't wait for the Mutants to attack him and he took the initiative to charge at them.

Then he attacked them, using the technique he used to sever M2's limbs. He was like a beyblade, turning while his claws were sticking out. The Mutants successfully block his attack with their claws.

The fierce battle continued for a couple of minutes. Herro was barely able to hold the both of them. And the two Mutants acknowledge the strength of the human they're fighting and gave all of their strength in their attacks.

After battling for some time, Herro managed to read their pattern, which makes it easier for him to evade and launch a counterattack.

Then a chance presented itself to Herro. M3 lost its balance due to a large chunk and its defenses had crumbled so instantly.

Herro didn't waste even a single second and pounced towards it and when he was about to cut off its head he heard high-pitched shout from Kira, "DON'T KILL MY MOM!"

Herro's ears twitched and instead of cutting the M3's head, he just stepped on its chest and jumped away.

Then he confusedly shouted back at Kira, saying, "WHAT?!"
