1 Reborn as a Flame

The sun rose, full of vitality.

Towering ancient trees stood in a gloomy forest. Their branches were full of luxuriant leaves that blocked the sunlight.

"F**k! Not only did I transmigrate, but I became a flame?" A stupefied voice was heard from under an ancient tree.

After a while, Tang Sen had burnt all the withered grass nearby and gained 332 Energy Points.

Under an ancient tree, a cluster of flames strangely stayed suspended in mid-air.

"System, how many Energy Points am I short of to evolve?"

Tang Sen looked at his Energy Points. He was far from it. "Continue!"

He targeted a small tree. This was a young tree, which had a trunk as thick as an arm.

Since it grew under the other old, towering trees' shade, this little tree was unable to absorb enough sunlight to thrive. Most of its tree trunk was dry and cracked already.

Tang Sen felt that he should be able to set it afire. With that thought in his mind, Tang Sen willed his body over to the small tree without hesitation. He immediately landed on one of the small tree's branches.

Flames wrapped themselves around the branches in an instant and began to burn.

After the branches had finished burning, Tang Sen prepared to burn the tree trunk.

At this moment, a strange noise was heard in the distance. The sound approached him from far away.

Tang Sen looked and saw a three-meter-tall black bear rampaging. The rocks and trees along its path shattered as it passed. Then, the black bear suddenly stopped.

It had seen Tang Sen.

The ball of fire floating in mid-air had aroused the black bear's curiosity. The black bear then rushed towards Tang Sen. It was about to swing its giant paw down on Tang Sen.

"Damn!" Tang Sen was dumbfounded for a while. 'I didn't even move. Are you going to put me out?'

Tang Sen hurriedly moved to avoid the black bear's paw. If he was smashed by the paw, it would be the end for him.

Evolution increased the level of a flame while strengthening increased the upper limit of each level. Although he was just a common flame, he had no problem dealing with an ordinary black bear.
