18 They would be happy to meet you

After everyone calmed down there were many who gossiped about the events Yoon Min caused.  Calling him a suck up or a leech.

Yonna saw how attached Naeun and Joy were being towards their grandparents.

"How could I have wished for better granddaughters." Sumi smiled and gently touched their faces smiling so cheerily.

Yonna knew how much Sumi hated her, when she was younger it was never to extreme but when Yonna gave birth she was cut off by Sumi. Sumi hated the decision of making her second son Dae Hyun the head CEO of the family, she only bit her tongue for her husbands sake. Hwajoeng eliminated Kyu Hyuk as the successor because the fact he had an affair with his wife and even revived a child from another women angered him.

"Grandfather, Grandmother its been a long time hasn't it" Yonna bowed showing respect but being distant.

Hwajoeng was taken by surprise he had thought he'd never see Yonna again but he didn't give a different expression only nodding.

Sumi saw how Yonna presented herself scowling at Yonna as she approached them. In fact Yonna made her presence known loud and clear.

"I thought I should come by, after all I am still your grandchild." Yonna smirked as Joy clinched her hand seeing Yonna arriving.

Joy hid her anger in and then she brightens up. 'Yonna dear your luck had ran out.'

"Grandma, Grandpa please don't be mad at Yonna anymore. I promise she learned from her mistakes she knows she was in the wrong." Joy got up and gripped onto Yonna's arm and yanked her over, as Yonna almost lost her footing.

Yonna's mom Jimin saw from afar what was going on. Jimin's hands started to become sweaty, she walked and tried to have Yonna's back but because of the large crowed it was hard to push through the overwhelming groups of people. She knew how vicious Sumi could be when she was angry, it was one of the reasons why she limited her in-laws from seeing Daesong and Yonna when they were children.

Yonna let out a scoff, as she regain her balance she pushed her hair up.

"What's so funny, come on Yonna there's no time, tell grandma and grandpa your sorry." Joy was confused about Yonna's slight scoff.

"I don't see why am I in the wrong here?" She shot a nasty glare at Joy.

Joy became more arrogant feeling confident she could get her so called justice.

"Don't you think your a bit shameless, I mean here you are in front of your grandparents that's willing to forgive you after all those years."

Joy's innocent voice sound so concerned and loving but had other intentions.

Yonna was speechless 'she really wants me to throw away my pride doesn't she.' Yonna knew if she came many people would have dinner and a show to bad it comes with a price.

Hwajoeng looked disapprovingly at Yonna he gave up on her and looked away from Yonna. Sumi mockingly ignored Yonna's statement and went back praising Joy and Naeun.

Yonna cleared her throat "I don't believe what I did was a mistake, I also don't regret them. To be truthfully honest the only thing I regret was getting on my hands and knees crying for your forgiveness." She bit down on her lips as she could clearly remember that humiliating day. After what had happened she fled out of Korea with the twins for 2 years before coming back.

Joy face brightened she finally thought Yonna was asking to be kicked out of her position so Joy could pinch in and become director.

Joy took the opportunity to attract attention. She yelled loud enough for those around to hear "Yonna you went to far, how could you disrespect your elders!!!"

People from all around came looking and wondering what happened this time. They were puzzled why Joy and Yonna were not on the same page. The room was split on whose side they were on.

Jimin finally made it onto the scene but before she could fight back Yonna raised her arm to stop her, she didn't say a single word only was it silent.

Yonna didn't want people to know about the twins and she also knew Joy wouldn't carelessly tell people she got pregnant at a young age, because it would also have affect her badly.

"Grandpa I know your still angry because I was to young, but I learned and I grew. Because of them I became wiser and more thoughtful even happier."

Yonna spoke in a softer tone making sure those around wouldn't be able to here.

"Their both very intelligent and way beyond their peers my son is especially like you. Your blood diffidently runs through their veins, their also your kin. I wish you would be able to meet them, they both would have loved to meet you, that's all I wanted to say."

Yonna said finishing with a sweet voice, she bowed and walked away to her table with Jimin trailing her. Joy shut her mouth watching Yonna getting farther away as the crowds made way for Yonna to get pass.

Jimin didn't say anything she knew her daughter was smart. She was just afraid for her to get slandered by her in-laws.

As they sat down Yonna saw Yoon Min across from them in another table. She found her next target, she eyed him very carefully.

Yonna stood up "Mom I have something important to discuss with someone."

"What is it this time?" Jimin rolled her eyes as she wondered if she should Yonna or not anymore.
