19 Pulling Up The Past

Yonna wasn't here to party and enjoy a nice gathering or drink and get laid. She had objectives that needed to meet and plans for the future. Yoon Min happened to be one of them, the only question is she didn't know if he'd agree or not. Yonna had hope his hate were strong enough to actually get his alliance.

"Mom you can just stay I see Hyung-nim coming this way anyway." She patted her shoulders before gravely walking by leaving behind a charismatic feel.

Yoon Min savored his wine as others were joking around with him. That's when someone pointed Yonna out walking towards them.

"Yah Yoon Min isn't that your niece, she's coming this way?" They all questionably wondered why out of no where would she want to speak to Yoon Min.

Yoon Min rolled his eyes annoyingly, he disliked the people in his family he had a image they were all coys.

"Hello Youngest Uncle, this is probably the first time we actually talked to each other." Yonna led out a smile and held her hand out to be shaken but Yoon Min only left her hanging staring stupidly at her.

Yonna laughed awkwardly touching her hair in response . Those around could feel the awkwardness and took the cue to leave.

Seeing how everyone left and the hype died down Yoon Min got agitated.

"Yah big missy I don't want anything to do with you." His image on Yonna was that she was the big spoiled missy to the core like Naeun and Joy, with brat written all over her forehead.

Yonna laughed slightly scoffing "CEO Kong of Foraging it's a pleasure to be able to be given a opportunity to talk about business with you." She gripped onto his arm bowing down.

Yoon Min was simply mind blown that she knew who he was. He couldn't just simply look away, no one at the dinner party even knew of his success so out of all people why would the big missy know who he was.

'This person isn't as simple as she seems, who knew people in our family were this nosey.' Yoon Min observed her, he barely knew anything about his own niece  only that she was the daughter of his second brother.

"May we talk in private please?" Yonna swayed her arms to a certain direction to follow up to a private room.

They both walked secretly to a separate room away from the party drive. It was like a small living room, very quiet and sound proof.

"I'm not sure if your going to cooperate with me or not but it would be nice." They sat down across from each other sitting on clean white leather couches. Yoon Min eyed wondering about her. He only knew the basics of her, she was pampered then tossed after being caught pregnant with no husband.

"So what now, is there something in particular you want." He dropped his head to his tan large hands as he waited for her say.

"Hmm... where do I even start? Lets just say there has been a huge commotion going on with eldest uncles family and it's really rubbing the main family the wrong way. It's to the point I even have to ask for your help." Yonna said chalices about how she worded things.

Yoon Min pondered, pausing for a very long period of time 'do we have to fight each other, can't we just leave thing be?'

Yonna sighed heavily she knew exactly what he was thinking and said "so your those type of people aren't you?" She cupped both her cheeks.

"What do you mean those type of people?" Said Yoon Min as he leaned more forward wanting to understand her way of thinking.

"Your a peace maker or more like a soft heart. You let terrible things that happen to you slide instead of confronting it. Now I see why you couldn't fully convert yourself of this family. There's only one thing us Kongs have in common and it's facing thing head on." Yonna nodded agreeing to her own statement. She wondered if he even had what it takes to join her, was it to late to take back her words?

He shut his mouth keeping in whatever he wanted to say out. Yoon Min had no idea what Yonna was capable of, nor was he ever interested.

"Look I know what eldest uncle did to you, he shoved you out of society. Eldest uncle and his family has been trying to kick my hyung off his status the same way as he did to you. I also want you to know Joy has been working with foreign gangsters, we're not even sure what she's planning. All we know is that if her connection with them are to deeply rooted we could all be endangered." Yonna rubbed her head so much things were happening at once to the point she couldn't keep up to date.

Just remembering all those facts made Yonna imagine Taejoon's face and how Joy was grabbing onto him angered her a bit. Without thinking she slammed table scaring Yoon Min out of his wits. The room was just to quiet that it took him by surprise when the loud boom echoed from the walls.

Yoon Min cleared his throat "I understand your frustration but I have nothing to do with them, nor should I be against my own elder brother."

Yonna finally list patience with him, she needed him but he refused time to bring up the past. There was so much to do and in a little amount of time, she needed to speed up the process a bit.

"Are you sure you have nothing against him. He pushed you to your limits even brought gangsters knocking at your door steps and what about the love of your life? He had an affair with her and even got her..." Yonna was using whatever she could against him to join her she didn't realize what affect it had on him.

"STOP!!!" Yoon Min's breathing became frantic as his heart raced and his blood boiled. His veins popped out as beads of sweat rolled down his red steamy face.
