11 Journey Part-4

"He was the one who decrypted the message, but before completing it, he died while he was on a mission, " Yukima took her coat off, and kept it near the heater.

"So, when and where was it?"

"I don't know, I was not with him. The only thing I know is that he was on some mission and everyone went missing. Not even their bodies were found in the search."

"So, he can still be alive. His body still hasn't been found yet, right?"

"He is no longer alive, I am sure about it."

Klyne's eyes flared up as he looked at the women standing next to him.

Yukima got up from the chair and reached the metal cube lying next to her laptop. "Take this, " she threw it at Klyne.

Catching it, he shouted. "What is this? Are you running away from the question?"

"No, why do you check it out for yourself?"

Klyne opened the cube, a bright blue light lightened his face, his eyes shone in blue.

"What is this?"

Klyne took a blue bead out of it; with the size of a pearl, it radiated a bluish light that engulfed Klyne, as multiple floating boxes came out of nowhere.

A face identical to his appeared on the floating window; the eyes filled with nonchalant gaze and mischief; lips curled up, holding laughter; and hairs spanning his shoulders; the two looked miles apart, and the only thing common was the gloomy face.

"So, Klyne it must be you because as far as I know, neither of our parents had a secret child"

"Long story short, I am no longer if you are seeing this. Oh! I forgot to tell you, never try two-timing, take a word from an experienced person."

Klyne gave out a faint chuckle, "You still are the same, aren't you?"

"So, I still haven't solved the riddle, which A. Is hard as fuck, and B. Is still incomplete, and since you have this, then you had taken my place. Pretty neat, right?"

"I am leaving this to you, take good care of it, and don't kill yourself. Stay safe."

With a wave that lasted not more than a blink, the video shut down.

*Welcome, Klyne*

A box appeared in front of his as tears rushed down his face. "You aren't gone"

Yukima looked at him, hoping for some answer, but Klyne said nothing and left the cabin, taking the paper along with him.

"I hope you can finish what he started, * she sighed.

" Veru, come here" Hina called out to the green-haired boy who was still away from her and Hose. She couldn't help but feel anxious whenever she thought about him.

Veru hearing his voice flinched. The black-haired girl resting her head on his shoulder grabbed his arm; not letting it go.

Trying to shake her off, his attempts were all in vain. No matter how hard he tried, but the grip was too tight.

"Veru, I know you are able to hear me. Now drop this drama and come back."

"Ugh…." With no choice left, Veru whispered slowly to the girl. "I will return, just for five minutes."

With a soft shaking voice, Sanim replied. "I won't leave you. I would follow you, " she tightened her grip.

Sighing, he replied to Hina. "I am coming to wait for me."

He stood up and walked, sometimes stumbling and colliding with wooden crates lying around; with a girl next to him, holding his arm.

With much stumbling, the couple reached towards the other side; Sanim stood right behind Veru, holding his hands backward.

"Hina, what happened?" Very asked in a concerned voice.

Hina's lips curled up in anger. "You stupid brat! Why did you leave and go there? Can you manage to live without us? Do you even have food to eat while sitting there? Were you just going to sit there and never come back?"

Veru bit his lips. What could he tell her to describe the situation he was into? His reason had left him from the moment he accepted Sanim.

"Nah! I was just thinking there, what I would do after we reached the land. I can't always be with you and Hose, can I?"

Hina said no words, instead Hose who was listening quietly did. "Yeah! That's exactly what you are going to do. I am still making you work for me forever."

"Hina, can I beat him up. Just one punch is enough."

Sanim's grip tightened, her breath became more violent, and her body trembled.

'She will definitely hurt Hose if I don't stop her, " he grabbed her shoulder and patted it.

Sanim bit her lips, holding the arm with all her might, as Very felt his arm being ripped apart.

"Veru, are you not going to eat? Do you perhaps like to not eat and continue your drama?" Hina scoffed, taking out a loaf of bread. "Take it"

Despite being void of light, Veru knew exactly where her hand was, and he quietly took the loaf. "Thank you"
