A handsome teen that looked around 13 year old was walking a corridor in the hospital.

Coming in front of a door he knocked and said "Doctor I am here for my appointment."

After entering the room, in front there was a middle age man who spoke "Hello, Mr. Uchiha."

"Hello doctor."

"So have you completed your training."

The person who can now be recognized as a 9 year old Sasuke replies "Yes I am practicing leaf sticking alog with water and wall walking and have improved my chakra control to a level where I believe it is enough to train in medical Ninjutsu." Sasuke says with an expressionless face.

The doctor looking at him with a smile said "You are smart enough to know that medical ninjutsu require high chakra control, and with you massive Chakra reserve, you need to put more effort than other people. I won't tell you o back down, seeing your determination for the past year, but I have to warn you if your chakra control is not enough then you need to return back later after it is at acceptable level. Understood?"

"Yes"

"So come with me to the waiting room." Saying this he started walking towards out of the room with Sasuke fallowing him.

After entering a room, he speaks "Nurse, Send 2 people towards me for a small wound or bruises."

Yes Doctor." A nurse quickly replies looking at Sasuke for a second and turning towards the patient. A minute later she is walking with 2 people, one with a small bruise in his hand, drawing some blood, while another had a broken nose.

Motioning them to sit, he turns toward Sasuke and says, "I will do the treatment first then its your turn."

A green glow started appearing in his hand, which he directed to the person with the broken nose. Within 30 seconds the wound was already closing and in 1 minute it was already healed.

"Don't touch your nose for a few days, and remember to make sure to clean it often. Looking at it it will take 4 days to properly heal."

"Thank you doctor" Seeing is wound healed; he quickly thanked the doctor and left through the door.

Turning to Sauske he says "Your turn"

Opening his Saringan he quickly looks at the wound in the person hands and started using Mystical Paln Ninjutsu, which resulted in his hand glowing green.

Within 30 second he wound had already healed. While the doctor took more time, the nose wound need to fix and position the broken nose, while this was just healing it.

Using sharingan Sasuke was able to see the movement of the chakra properly and finished the task perfectly.

The Doctor appeared in his back and said "Prefect control. While you did make some inexperience mistake, it will correct itself as you familiarize with healing. Starting from tomorrow you internship here will begin."

With no words spoken, Sasuke nodded his head and turned to leave.

Looking at his back the doctor signed, "Such a talented kid with a dark past, still it seems the Sharingan seems to help in increasing medical ninjutsu proficiency massively."

Writing a letter he said to the nurse, "Deliver this to the Hokage."

It read "Hokage-sama, Sasuke has passed his test and will be joining our hospital for his internship tomorrow. The child is talented and has a massive chakra pool, rivaling a Jounin at his age, and what impress me is that he has trained enough Chakra Control to use such massive reserve for medical Ninjustu. ~Doctor -"

Coming home there were more than 40 sasuke clone some standing upside down in walls, some on standing on ponds, and few of them practicing calligraphy.

He didn't know why but his chakra Reserve was massive comapired to other people. At first he just though it was due to his abnormal intelligence but as time passed, his reserve increased massively.

Currently it is in Elite Jounin category, and is still increasing. He didn't know the reason but he wasn't complaining.

Due to his massive chakra reserve he had trouble in Chakra Control but that was could be solved with training.

2 years ago his 1 Tomoe Sharingan evolved to 2 Tomoe but there wasn't any improvement after that.

After asking the Hokage who suggest training or real life experience, he was given the permission to see the forbidden scroll to learn Shadow Clone Jutsu written on it, during which he copied the entire Scroll using his Sharingan Perfect Recall, and now could remember all the jutsu that was in it easily.

According to him Sharingan evolve in the time of stress or emotional events, which would explain the activation of it when he lost his clan.

Using Shadow clone Jutsu and high chakra he regularly creates Shadow Clone who trains in Chakra Control. He also has recently taken upon learning art of Sealing Fuinjutsu, which seems to have massive uses.

Today he went to the Konoha hospital to learn Medical Ninjustu which will play a major role in his future plans.

Age 12

I am currently known in the whole Village, with some saying that I am second only to Tsunade in medical talent.

My currently progress is massive due to shadow clone jutsu, as I can seriously use this hack like justu to experience different style and masteries.

Using Shadow clone I am currently training is Art of Healing (Iryo Ninjutsu), Sword Arts, throwing Arts (Shuriken and Kunai), and Art of Sealing (Fuinjustu).

Though due to constantly using it I have also found some problem with this justu, it seems while it does provide me with experience of it, they seems to lack thinking process of original. So anything that I haven't asked them to do, they won't be able to do so. While I can use them to read, what to do with that knowledge won't even come in their mind, just determination of completing the task.

Today, I am still a genin who passed his Academy 2 year ago but decided to pick the path of Medic path instead of fighter.

As for my maximum chakra Level, even I don't know its limit but I have an idea for its massive improvement. Still I believe my Chakra has reached the level of Kage, while my true strength should be of a normal Jounin.

While I have been training as hard as I could in the recent years, I am not ignorant enough to compare myself with people who fight daily, risking their life which I have trained in a greenhouse, unaware of the danger and never risking my life.

While I can't probably beat a experience Jounin or Anbu, I can still spam Ninjutsu causing massive destruction and harm from my kage level Chakra.

So while my strength has increased, I know Itachi was stronger than me at my age. I don't know about others but my only advantage over him is my massive Chakra Reserve, still he was already in life and death battle since age of 9 so compared to his experience, I am still a child with wet ears.

Going out of my house towards the training ground, I looked at the silhouette of 2 people sitting in front.

Walking toward them I could hear their voices "Why is that teme still not coming and where is our teacher?"

"Shut up baka, do you think you are sasuke-kun. He is already a certified medic at his age, while you were unable to even properly pass our graduation exam." An irritating loud voice was heard.

Walking towards them, he could see them stop their conversation as he approached as one started smiling while the other face turned into a irritated expression.

Yes this is my team, which I joined to gain experience in the field. Our teacher was Kakashi Hatake aka Copy Ninja, who according to the bingo book is a sharingan user which was given to him, by his teammate who was died shortly after.
