1 Never Love Again

"Please don't leave me! Why are you doing this? Don't you love me?" Lana couldn't help but cry. She gave him her heart and he smashed it with those very words.

"No I don't love you. Now move, forget about me and everything that happened between us. " As quickly as he said those heart wrenching words, was a quickly as he left. All Lana could do was cry and cry and cry, until there were no more tears left to cry. She swore from that day on she would hate that man she thought she would love for the rest of her life. She would never love again.

7 YEARS LATER

As Lana stepped out of the taxi she let out a heavy sigh as she walked towards the hotel with her head held high. We she got inside she went to the reception desk to ask where the class reunion will be held. Before she could get to the desk a old classmate saw her. "Lana?" the classmate asked surprisingly. Lana turned to look and see who called her. When she saw her old classmate they had a small conversation before she lead her into the area for the reunion.

Once Lana got inside she got overwhelmed with a lot of old high school memories when she saw a lot of her old classmates so she went and sat at an table in the corner. While Lana was in a daze she didn't even notice that her best friend Meilin was trying to get her attention. When Lana came out of her daze she jumped to see Meilin right in her face "Meilin! You almost gave me a heart attack." Lana placed her hand over her heart to try and steady her breathing. Meilin rolled her eyes "Why didn't you wait for me in the lobby? We agreed that we were going to walk in together!" Meilin pouted with her arms crossed. Lana didn't know whether to laugh or cry at what her best friend said "I'm sorry ok? I saw some classmates so I just decided to walk in." Meilin looked at Lana with what once was a sad expression turned into a smile, "Ok I'll forgive you this once" Lana and Meilin laughed at each other and started to catch up with there lives.

While all the classmates were catching up on there lives the door opened and there old class teacher walked in. When Mrs.Qin walked in Lana couldn't help but smile. Mrs.Qin was like a second mother to her. Everyone was focused on Mrs.Qin they didn't notice the handsome man they came behind her. When they saw him everyone gathered around him like he was God. When Lana saw how everyone was acting she couldn't help but try and see what everyone was looking at. When Lana got closer and saw who everyone was looking at her whole body froze. She wanted to run but it was like her feet was glued to the ground she couldn't move. "Hello fellow classmates it's been a while haven't it?" The voice that Lana never wanted to hear again in this or the next life replayed in her ears like a video on repeat. When she looked up to see if her ears were playing tricks on her, she saw him. The one she hated the most the one who made here never love again. Him, Lu Yifeng. For a split second Lana could've sworn that they made eye contact but she doubted it.

After everyone settled down from greeting Mrs.Qin they settled down and sat at the table so the food could get served. Lana wanted to make sure she sat as far away from Yifeng as possible but the odds wasn't in her favor. "Lana would you come sit beside me dear, I didn't get the chance to talk to you" When Mrs.Qin asked Lana that there was no way she wouldn't agree and sit down there. As Lana went to go sit down beside Mrs.Qin when she looked infront of her across from her sat Yifeng. When she saw him her face paled. She almost forgot how to breathe because she was so nervous. "Umm... Mrs.Qin excuse me I have to use the washroom" As soon as Lana excuses her self she went in the washroom and tried to calmed down her heart from beating so fast that even she thought her heart was going to bust out of her chest. When she calmed down she turned around to leave but someone was blocking her way she looked up and say Yifeng there. Before she could say anything his lips covered hers and sealed anything that could've been said. Lana stood there eyes opened wide not knowing what to do. When her thoughts stopped going crazy and she shoved Yifeng out of the way and ran out the washroom.

Lana walked up to Mrs.Qin and informed her that she was leaving. When she left out the hotel her mind was going crazy.
