5 Finally Got Saved?

"Wait!... I...."

Soo mi was about to agree yet again stopped.

Her eyes and her mouth were wide open in an expression of stunned surprise and her body was frozen.

She wasn't able to register those words in her mind as she asked him. "Why do you want me to marry you?"

She asked in disbelief while he just rolled his eyes and said. "Just say yes or no."

It felt like he wasn't a man who talked much or got friendly with anyone.

The man saw the shock register on her face before she could hide it. A small smile played on his lips.

It wasn't what he said though, his words were like vanilla pudding, sweet in their ordinary sort of way, it was the richness of his tones – luxurious and warm.

He looked like a really rich and dangerous man and no one would like to mess with a person like him she thought in her mind.

She was feeling safe around him, she thought in her mind and let her mind run a mile before taking any kind of decision.

He could have been bad and would play with her after marrying her and she wasn't sure what that man's motive was.

Before she could give it much thought she saw the men who kidnapped her earlier walking here and there and searching for her like wild dogs.

Fear took over her again and cold sweat formed on her forehead. She was now sure that she didn't have any other option but to agree with that man and agree with the condition he put up for saving her.

She breathed a few times to calm herself down and stop her mind to think any further because it will only cause her to get more depressed.

Soo mi turns, but too slowly to be normal. When she speaks her voice trails slowly, like her words are unwilling to take flight. There is a sadness in her eyes, the brown too glossy as she said. "Okay! I will marry you. But please save me from here."

Poor Soo mi didn't have any option but to accept his condition.

Tears welled up in her eyes as she forced herself to say those words to the man standing in front of her.

The man standing in front of her smirked and motioned her to move.

He gestured, her to follow him and she did.

She walked beside him while playing with her fingers all along, the security around them was quite high and she knew that the man wasn't any normal.

The men who were finding Soo mi now finally found her but when they were about to come and grab Soo mi, the man standing beside Soo mi gave them a hard glare and it was enough for them to stop in their tracks.

They looked at each other with questioning expressions but then just left from there.

Soo mi got shocked when she saw those men leaving from there just by his one look given to them by the man standing beside her.

They finally went to a luxurious car and the man hopped in the seat gesturing Soo mi to also enter.

She nervously sat beside him while looking down all along.

Soo mi was really nervous while sitting beside that man.

From the corner of her eyes she started to observe the man sitting beside her and found him really handsome.

She gaped openly as she observed his sharp jaw, chin, and cheekbones. On either side of his straight nose were two blazing eyes. Spiked, warm brown fringed with smooth black. His dark brows were actually graceful, but currently furrowed in a frown. All of it was framed by thick, warm dark chocolate curls.

His voice was deep, with a serious tone. His perfect lips ready for the kissing.

He had the kind of face that stopped you in your tracks.

He's got that brown skin adonis look going on, dark eyes that make anyone weak at the knees.

She got nervous only by seeing him.

Soo mi reluctantly said in the car. "Uh. Ummm. My name is Soo mi. Wha.. What's your name?"

She shuttered while asking him.

He first looked at her and his eyes went up and down analyzing the trembling figure sitting beside him.

He finally said as little as he could. Not wanting to talk much or 'do he always talk like this?' She thought.

"Chan woo....."

Soo mi was hurt when he didn't talk much with her. He kept the conversation as little as he could yet Soo mi was trying to talk with him and know about him.

The man beside her looked quite mysterious and no matter how many times she tried to read him or his expression but she wasn't able to.

She was getting frustrated and wanted the answers for her questions.

She wanted to ask many questions from him but didn't get the courage to do so.

All the reasons not to do this come flooding in, as if her body chemistry just sent her a blanket invitation. She felt the soft panic that can grow or fade depending on what she will do next?

Just the little thought of what was about to happen with her makes her breathing rapid and shallow. She could feel her pulse pounding in her temples.

She felt the fear in all her body. She took a step forward and looked at him. She felt the fear. She again took a step forward and completely looked at him now forgetting about her fear for a minute. And then, as if by magic, she found the confidence, she found her voice back that was stuck in her throat because of nervousness. The difference between taking the step forwards or not was everything at that time. She had to ask him why he saved her and now she finally said it out so that he could hear it clearly but her voice still wasn't that much.

"Why did you save me...… ?"
