30 Right-Hand Man

Special mention to Bharath_M984, this is more longer than the last chapter, I hope it doesn't become boring, I am worried that it will only become an info and detail dump.

Waking up early I immediately call my subordinate to tell him to prepare some material on how the Idol business operate and working so I can estimate the chance of success for the group to succeed, and Also I order them to hire capable people who knows the ins and out of the Business, normally it will be hard but who fault the connection of the Shuei group to be very deep and branching.
I then head the bathroom to clean my self to head to school for today, after that I head to the kitchen.
"Good morning sweetie, breakfast is ready."
"Thanks Mom."
"Arima I already told the school you won't be coming to school for 2 weeks at most, they say it will be fine but they will send schoolwork to you."
"Well thank you, I was hoping to skip for a month and just attend for the final exam, but it is impossible."
"What do you want to do for you to skip a whole month." Mom suddenly asked hearing my outrageous word.
"Playing game and went out to travel around to enjoy food around the world."
"Rejected, if you want to travel we will go out as a whole family, how about we go oversea or went out to our cabin."
"Sure I want to taste food around the world, but spare me the cabin, you can go there for your anniversary Mom." I was trying to dodge the bullet hoping not to be trap in the middle of nowhere with both of my parents.
"Well that's fine, now finish your meal and head to school with Raku."
After finishing my food, I am now reading a manga while waiting for Raku, not long after raku arrived and after he finished his breakfast we immediately head to school together.

After the school Raku and I were heading back together.
"Raku tomorrow you will accompany me to a meeting I already schedule myself to meet with the investor."
"Is it alright for me to be there?"
"It is fine, I will be the one who handle everything, you only need to observe everything from the side."
"Why do I need to be there then?"
"There's nothing wrong with that after all you are the one who will invest to him, I only become the middle man and overseer to make sure you will not lose your money in vain, make sure to sleep early."

Today I brought Raku to the office in the central of Tokyo.
I was in my office with Raku, I brief him on what he needs to watch out when meeting someone new, and how to deal with different people with different social background and status, the most easy way is to treat them respectfully but be careful not to become a yes man who listen to another people word.
"So what should I do when I met the person?"
"Mainly listen to what both he and I talked about, if there's something you want to ask you can just immediately ask, without worry about me, and before that read all this first we will meet with him at after lunch."
"Then what are you going to do now?"
"I am meeting with a few manager and CEO for the idol business, I heard from undisclosed source they have a project that were coming up in the future, this time I want to meet them because I want to see them if they are interested in funding."
"Then why do I need to meet the person at lunch?"
"Because you have a lot of money that you can spend, you are now in a position of privilege since you have access to so many information and connection, they would love to be invested by us."
He then nodded at my words, I further explain.
"The fact I ask to meet them is probably already spreading in the entertainment circle, since most of the business after Dad gave me power is focus on Technology, they are searching on why the sudden interest."
"So basically I am now under their radar?"
"Yes, this was also in my plan." Raku become confused and looking at me weirdly.
I then explain that I was planning to make him known that even though I am the head of the Shuei group, there is another person who is just as capable to take over if anything happen and also gave Raku a identity and background so some people will not think of doing something idiotic, from the anime raku was also capable of helping Chitoge Mother handling her work for a whole day without having any problem.
"Wouldn't this be a problem to you Aniki, this will give birth to a different faction in the group."
"Don't worry the group is basically already unanimous and already know the decision I made, they were all in on this, they may look scary but those guys are kind-hearted and huge softie."
"So what should I do from now on?"
"Starting from now you will be my personal secretary, I will show you the rope, when I graduate and you built a foundation for your own business you can detach and stop working for me and work on your business."
"Is it alright to do this?"
"It's fine as compensation I will help you acquire connection and skill." after saying that I return back to reading some of document and files for work while Raku is now seriously reading the document, like it or not he is very smart unlike what he looks.
'Well a SSR secretary acquired, but this only will continue until I graduate, I need to find a permanent secretary.'
Then suddenly a knock on the door was heard, it was my subordinate saying that the guest is now on the elevator and are heading to the meeting room, after that he excuse him self and went back to his work.
"Ok Raku follow me we will meet the people." After saying that I asked him to follow me to the meeting room.
We then arrived at the meeting room, I took my seat at the chair in the head of the table position, Raku was sitting next to me, the seat was customize so I can reach the table easily, not long after the visitor coming to view.
"Mr. Yamada and his subordinate is here sir." One of my employee knocked and introduced the visitor.
"Please come in." after that the door opened and showed a middle age man with clean hair cut, simple but high-quality suit, and a very healthy body for a middle age man showing that he seems to be a very discipline and responsible.
After escorting my guest inside my subordinate bowed and immediately went out of the room to bring refreshment for the guest.
"Mr. Yamada, it is nice to meet you." I then go down from my chair and walk towards him to shake his hand, it is basic courtesy to do that since I was the one inviting him to talk to, Raku also followed behind me.
"Yes it is nice to meet you Mr. Arima, it is very surprising that the company is run by such a young boy, the Shuei group is very blessed to have a capable young master."
"Hahaha... thank you for the compliment, please have a seat, I have many things to ask you about."
"Of course it is good to deal with business first."
After that both parties sat down in our respective seat.
"Before we start I want to introduced you to my future Vice-president, this is my brother Raku, please take care of him for this time."
"Ohh the second young master of the Shuei group, it is nice to meet you Mr. Raku."
"It is nice to meet you too Mr. Yamada." Raku was kind of awkward since it was the first time he was in this kind of situation.
"I also would like to introduce one of my Producer working under me he is called Kotaro."
"It is nice to meet you Kotaro-san." he bowed a little bit after being introduced by his boss.
I begin to ask him about my question, it seems he also have the intention on getting to have investment on the project so he immediately let his subordinate Kotaro explain the project that they were planning to do.

Raku who is beside me seems to be writing some note while Kotaro were doing the presentation.
It was very informative since I got the scope on how much the cost and scale needed for a normal size Idol group.
"That is all for the presentation Sir Arima, is there any question Sir?" Kotaro then asked towards me.
"Yes I heard all the plan and the projected time for the project, Why Male idol group?, it may sounds weird coming from a kid but male idol will not be very popular now, since Japan is dominated by Male idol fans." I was asking it to confirm if the market for this world is different from the previous world, since I did not have the time to acquire the demographic for fans.
"Yes it is true that the plan pioneering, we plan to be the first to make it into a big Male group idol like Korean Boyband group."
"It is interesting it has potential how about we end the business talk here first, I hope to hear the deal from your side first, from there we will further discuss, how about that Mr. Yamada." Seeing that the demographic is not too far I nodded and suggested.
"I also agree, after all this is the first discussion." Mr. Yamada agreed to my suggestion.
"Then we will meet again if the negotiation is done, how about I invite you and your subordinate for lunch?"
"I accept your offer Mr. Arima."
While I was dealing with Mr. Yamada, Raku was dealing with Kotaro, seeing this I was smiling without anyone noticing it seems he know what he needs to do as a secretary for now.
We then head to a restaurant to have a lunch, Mr. Yamada started to talk about his family and time when he just started to build his business, I was listening for that part since it was a good anecdote story since it may help in the future after all he has experience I don't have.
He also joke in hoping to let me marry his daughter if he had one.
After finishing lunch Raku and I were heading back to the company.
"How is it Raku from the discussion do you have anything you noticed?"
"I never really heard you say no directly Aniki, but I noticed you become un-interested after hearing they are planning to make a Male group Idol, you become even more interested after hearing Kotaro answer." He explain to me his finding, I let him continue to elaborate more.
"Because of that you throw the discussion to your subordinate right?"
"Did you noticed my habit?"
"You have a bad habit of ignoring something you don't interest and throwing it into someone, like the time you throw me towards Mom so she become more interested in me, so you are saying you are not interested in Arisu-nee is a lie." He tried to take a jab towards me.
"Ok then you better not say that in front of Arisu if not I will take Onodera away from you." warning him of the consequence.
"That's low even for you Aniki."
"Ok let's stop here we need to prepare to start meeting with the guy I am talking about it seems he brought one of the candidates for the group and intend to let them demonstrate, it seems they just lack some money to promote and do their show."
"Understood, then will I be in the entertainment business Aniki?"
"Yeah after all it is still growing, in the future when Technological breakthrough is achieve it will be a very lucrative business, even now it is very profitable, of course if you don't like it I will help you on the other field."
"No it seems quite an interesting thing, even politician needs to appeal to the media to gain support."
"It seems you notice it too Raku."
"Yes after all I intend to become a government employee it is fine a good thing if I want to become a politician in the future."
I nodded at his words and continue to enter the elevator and return to my private office with Raku.
