Hello all of you SAO fans!

Usually, the author's note appears at the end of the novel. However, I don't know how long this fan-fic will go on for and I might end up forgetting why I wrote this in the first place. Anyway, the reasons.... well there are 0 good SAO fan-fics on this website! Well, no offense to other SAO fan-fic writers but I have not seen one. Yeah there are probably some good ones fanfiction. net, however, I never really liked reading on that site... maybe its just how the writers write there or something. So, I thought, well if I can't read it why not write one myself!

The main story that forced me to write this was "A Titleless Story". Even though the grammar was meh, I still liked it and it was a fun short read, however, the author stopped writing it! Now, I don't mean to talk shit about another writer and what they got going on (I think he said writers block or something. It happens and he is not obliged to continue, no one should force him and I don't think people will). Who knows he may pick it back up and I hope he does. But, as a reader, when you got something good going it is sad to see it stop. Anyway, that basically brings us to the present now.

Initially, I thought that if I was ever going to write a fan-fic then it would most likely be dxd. Maybe that says a lot about me, who knows? However, there's a lot of dxd fan-fics so I decided not to. If I end up writing one then I may for my next work. I am a Rias Gremory fan and an Issei hater, so she would be the main heroine while Issei is out.

Anyway thats enough about dxd as this is an SAO fan-fic!

For this Kirito will simply be a companion and a friend to the MC and I may throw him the loli girls if I feel like it. I don't know if people want him out entirely, but considering how strong he is, he will stay in. I am a Kirito/Asuna fan, but not to the point that I won't have someone else (the MC) take asuna for themselves. This is mainly because I like Asuna way more than Kirito.

I plan on the MC staying in SAO rather then going to other worlds. If he does, then he would take his harem with him. I really hate when an author has the MC leave his harem behind and simply leaves.

This SAO fan-fic won't follow the plot exactly like some fan-fics. Rather I hope that the MC can create his own plot instead of keeping it exactly the same to read the future. Considering that SAO isn't complicated when considering the plot and there's not a whole lot of need to read the future, it should be fine. However, I am not sure what to do about the arcs. The fairy dance arc will be out. No one liked that arc except the sugu moments. There will be a part of the novel thats placed in alfheim, but I will be no where near like fairy dance. Aside from that I liked the GGO arc, so I would like to add something like the tourney, we will see.

Aside from that, I plan make this slower compared to the original (excluding how long alicization took). So, there will be an increase in the amount of time he is in SAO. At least thats the plan for now, if its taking too long then I will speed it up. For the childhood arc, I won't know how long I will make it until I do. I could just rush straight into SAO. I would like to make some chemistry with sugu before the dive at least. For Sinon, we may just have to wait till after the SAO arc to introduce her. But, I could have the MC meet her in the childhood arc for a brief time (maybe have him help her cure her, then she moves to tokyo only to learn he's stuck in SAO).

There will be a system in this novel, I am still thinking about whether there will be a voice or not. If I do, I think it may be of some Goddess or angel (it has to be female, basics here). I think it may be an angel kinda like situation in "Everyone else is a returnee", just without the shitty God. The system itself will probably be of my own design instead of based off of any other system (it may be similar to some type of system, but it's probably just a coincidence).

Well anyway this is my first time writing something like this. I also believe it will help me if I ever decide to write my own original work, mainly the dialogue. I have tried writing an original, and I am confident in my creativity, but I feel like my dialogue can be stale (note to self to socialize more). So I appreciate all comments that you guys make as it can help me improve! The haters as well, as long as you make a reasonable comment, even though it is negative, I do hope it helps as well. I would also want to look into foreshadowing, it can be tricky so I don't know if I will add a lot or none at all.

Sorry for the long note. I know its way too long, but I like the let people know what to expect. I plan to create another chapter to update the MC's stats as the novel goes on. I will be sure to include the spoilers in the title.
