Before Alvar entered the village he opened his dimensional storage and stored the monster crystals he gained from the goblins and threw them inside his backpack to not gain suspicion.

'I should probably take out a weapon as well since I don't know how rare magic is.' He said while taking out a 'Normal' katana

This katana has a golden-like hilt and a circular guard with a blue wave-like patterned blade, its name is Muramasa. He placed the katana inside its scabbard and fastens it along his waist.

'This should do, I hope.' he thought while he put on his backpack and walked inside the village while looking around.

While he was walking through the village he saw someone sitting on a barrel and something decided to walk toward him to ask some questions.

This person was a guy who looked to be in his 30s. The villager heard footsteps coming closer to him so he turn his head and looked at Alvar walking towards him.

"Oh, An adventurer I presume? Is there something you need?" The villager asked while staring at the katana thinking he was an adventurer.

"Sorry to bother you sir, but is it fine if I ask you some questions?" Alvar asked the old man.

" Of course, I don't mind at all. You can call me Andrew." Said Andrew standing up and holding out his hand for a handshake.

"Thank you and you can call me Alvar." said Alvar with a smile.

Andrew went inside his house and asked Alvar to follow him. Andrew went towards a table and sat on a chair while Alvar sat across from him.

"So what would you like to know?" Asked Andrew with interest.

"Well the first thing I would like to know is anything that is common knowledge, please." Alvar said

"Is that so? If it's common knowledge shouldn't you know it?" Andrew asked

"Well... I lived in a forest alone for a while so I don't really know anything, which is why I asked." said Alvar with the corner of his lips twitching slightly.

"Oh? is that so? well, let's start with something everyone knows or should know at least."He said while thinking."Do you know that gods have descended from heaven?" he asked

"...No I did not."Alvar said hoping he doesn't have to go on another god killing spree as he did in his world.

"...I see, I'll start with the reason of why they descended." said Andrew wondering how Alvar is still alive without a blessing.

"So, The Gods and Goddesses started to come down to the lower world from Heaven 1000 years ago. Some were around since then, and some only recently came down. They are forbidden to use their powers, known as Arcanum, and have the same physical abilities as normal people. Gods and Goddess emit an aura known as divinity which is how we recognize if someone is a God or Goddess. There are parts of their Arcanum that they can still use but it's mostly sealed. If this rule is broken they are forced to go back to heaven." He said.

"Now Familias are made up of adventurers and supporters headed by a God or Goddess. They are named after the God or Goddess in charge. Most familia are exploration type familia, though there are other types such as business type, industrial type, medicinal type, and even nation type. Each familia is given a rank ranging from I to S based on size and achievements, which is taken into account in determining how much money each familia has to pay the Guild during their monthly taxes. " He said

"Next is about guilds. The main goal of the Guild is to manage the monster threat created in the dungeon. Aside from this, the Guild buys magic stones, loot drops and maps created by adventurers about the dungeon. The Guild also provides weapons and armour to new adventurers who are just starting out.

The Guild staff also take the position of advisors for adventurers, often suggesting at what depth an adventurer should go in a dungeon in accordance to their level and skills, as well as warning them of any special dangers of certain floors and how to prepare against them. A staff member may be in charge of one or more adventurers.

There are many branches of the guild with different purposes but the main one is in Orario which has the only dungeon." He said

"Now a Falna is the grace, sometimes called blessing, given by Gods and Goddesses to their familia members. Those with a falna can gather excelia to raise their status and grow stronger and excelia is gained by fighting and defeating monsters while the status shows different parameters and abilities. You level up when you have gained enough excelia and if your God or Goddess thinks that your stats are enough for you to level up. It usually takes years for people to level up and it takes longer the higher your level rises." He finished

"Any questions?" He asked

"Hmm... I understand most now but what's the currency people usually use? and am I able to use gold coins?" Alvar asked

"You really don't know anything... The currency is Valis and 1 gold coin is equivalent to about 10k Valis I believe" Andrew said.

"You sure do know a lot." Said Alvar in a thankful tone.

"Of course, I was an adventurer in Orario for a long time so I learned a lot and these things are pretty much common knowledge." he said laughing for a bit, remembering the past.

"I see well thanks a lot for the information and can you point me in the direction of Orario?" He asked Andrew

"Of course, I'm glad to help. Orario should be west from here. You'll know it when you see it since it's very hard to miss. Also, it would be smart to join a familia when you're there." he said with a smile.

"I see, well here's the payment for the information." Alvar said while handing Andrew 2 gold coins

Andrew was shocked since that was a lot of money but Alvar just shook his hand so he accepted it. They went back outside and said their farewells.

'So I'm off to Orario... he says it's west from here and the Silver orb also wants to go west meaning she should be there as well... or at least in that direction.' He thought while going to Orario.
