2 Chapter 2: The First Fallen

[??? POV]

'urgh, my head'

I slowly opened my eyes

But it is constantly closing in itself when I am trying to open it

and due to the constant breeze, that is hitting my face,

it's hard to keep my eyes open

'What's going on, why can't I open my eyes'

When I tried hard enough to keep it open and adjusted my vision

It appears that I am not on the ground

Because apparently, I am currently free falling from a very high altitude right now

'Wait! Why am I falling?!'

I don't know why I am falling in such a high altitude

and I can't remember why I am falling in the first place.

'OH SHET! OH GOD! OH F*CK!'

I started to panic and tried to think of something to break the fall, but I can't...

because for number one, I don't have the time to think because I am falling to the ground very fast

and for number two, because of the mild headache that is constantly hurting my head, it is hard to think.

But then I noticed that next to the ground is a cliff that leads to a huge lake, I assume that the lake is deep enough to soften the impact of the fall.

'A lake! If I can hover myself over there, I can safely cushion the fall, right?'

I then quickly spread my limbs outward and maneuver myself towards the center of the lake's position

I then have noticed that my body is surprisingly light for some reason

But I don't have time to think about it now because I am closing in to my destination

My body came contact with the water and my body slowly sinks to the bottom

While I am currently sinking, my body was facing towards the sky

'Ah, it's night time' I've noticed the dark starry sky that is being blurred by the water of the lake.

and then, I started to ponder.

I pondered on why is this happening to me

Why did I fell from the sky?

Why did I fell in the first place?

Also why is my arms look slightly skinnier than usual?

I just.... don't know why

'This sucks....'

These questions in my head were left unanswered as I am now losing my consciousness

Before my consciousness slowly fades away,

I saw a glimpse of a silhouette of a person swimming towards me

as if they are trying to save me

'Ah, a person, thank god'

That's the last thing I thought, before I closed my eyes shut

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I felt that my mind is still swimming as if I am still submerged in the water

But I am not

I still feel that my body is still wet, but I my back is feeling a solid ground

"Cough cough"

I coughed out the water that is still in my lungs and gasp some air to breathe

"Oh thank heavens, you're still breathing"

and slowly opened my eyes

My vision is blurry but I can see someone

Three people to be exact, one adult and two children

I can't see much because of the darkness of the night

"Where.....am I?"

That's strange, why do I hear a child is talking

"Don't worry, little one. you are safe now"

Ah, an adult male is talking to me

Wait...

Little one? What does that mean? Is he referring to me?

Then adult male lifts my body easily as it is a just a small bag

'Woah, wait? I am grown-ass man, how did he.... wait, am I man?"

I tried to recall the events before I fell from the sky

However, my memories are quite blurry and static

and then

*bbzzzzzzzzzzt*

"ARRGH!" I screamed with a high-pitch voice while holding my head with my two hands

"What's wrong, little one?!"

"My head....it hurts" I told the adult while my hands are still holding my aching head.

"Just a little longer, little one we will get there soon"

"You two, call the others. Tell them to prepare some medical supplies and a bed"

""Hai""

The adult male told the two children and they run pass the adult and went further.

I closed my eyes to ease the pain

eventually the pain subsides and I went to sleep.....

'seriously, what the heck is going on'
