2 Late night escapes

Dinner was fine quiet conversations about school and things. I was so done with everyone and everything by the time we had to go to sleep I wasn't tired I was to stressed and upset to even think about sleep I sit on the window cil and look at the moon that's surrounded by millions of stars. I phone vibrates causing me to jump hope fills my body as I grab it hoping it was Alex I flip phone over

Alex: look out side I'm here and I'm not mad at you however your brother needs to chill...

I smiled at his text

me: Agreed were are we going to...

Alex: let's walk the path of the moon lit roads and see where it takes us...

I blush and reply quickly looking around to make sure no one was awake

Me: Sounds fun...

I look outside my window and see him standing by a tree and shake. my head

Alex: well..are you coming?

Me: of course I am

just like that I climbed out of my window glad that we live in a trailer I jump and land on my feet I walk to him quickly what I didn't expect him to do is grab my shirt collar slam me against the tree and kiss me like it was our last good bye. "I-i love you Toby" he breathed out before ending our kiss Alex has never said that to me before sure I guess you could say we were "dating" and I was the one hopelessly in love with the guy but he never got that sentimental with me. I blushed and looked up at him "I love you too Alex" I reply pulling him close I kiss him again and grab his hand and started walking off.

"so...Uh what's going on with you Alex ?" I ask wanting to know he seemed unhappy or just completely lost "My parents well my "dad" he's drinking again and i can't deal with it and I'm pretty sure he wants me dead when he's drunk" he replies. I look into his eyes "Hey hey Alex it's okay okay when you're dad is acting like a complete jerk come to me and we will find our place away from both of our parents and take over the world and find our rightfull place in the stars" I tell him that was are thing ever sense we started our thing. I asked where are you Alex Jensen he said he was lost in the stars...with you. that was his way of saying he cared about me and I did the same to him. he smiled at me and griped my hand tightly but gently he found a huge Willow tree and climbed it.
