He wasn't reborn as some special race, not a high human with a long lifespan and infinite potential, nor an Elf with Magical Talent, Much less a High Elf. His soul most definitely couldn't be beautiful, he had nothing that could make himself valuable, no photographic memory that allowed him access to the worlds greatest secrets just by looking back into his anime addicted days, his only strong point lay in his reflexive instinct honed over dozens of years standing at the barely top level of video games. That's what he thought but... maybe Dreme underestimated himself a little.
Reincarnation wasn't that bad for someone like him. He who thought his only value existed to play games, clown himself for others to laugh at and donate money that he wouldn't ever be able to see in his life if he worked for any other 'job', would have never thought he had any form of talent. He had no photographic memory, his intelligence was barely average, sitting at 131 IQ on his official tests, a nerd that was just slightly better than other gamers at the games he played. His Rank 1 Plaques were all just flukes in his head, taking advantage of the early days of his games to make a difference.
He didn't know that he was worshipped by other gamers across the world, his criticism and hate for himself so severe based off of his life as a younger child blending into his personality as an adult blinding him from seeing himself as anything other than a failure. He was unaware of his status, gamers throughout the world getting their own panic attacks upon meeting him, screaming out in fear as they prayed he had a burst of horrible luck that they could capitalize on.
However, even though all of these things were unknown to his mind, he was definitely aware of the fact that in this life, he wasn't just some 'Run of the mill' guy, or a 'Stepping Stone' for the protagonist. The clues were much more obvious in this world, with all of his memories being completely relocatable, and in the manner in which he sees the world compared to others.
A supernatural reaction speed gained through his past lives experiences, capable of acting within microseconds of an action shown, enhanced massively due to the lack of visionary issues in this life made it so the only thing he could call the citizens of Orario was slow, as an 11 year old boy, practically counting seconds in his head as he watched footsteps fall to eventually flap on the ground as people walked around was closer to a game at this point, being a way to pass time rather than anything else.
In a way, all of his spiritual knowledge, efforts, and achievements found themselves truly at value here, his memory seemingly enhanced, and his desire to become someone different was brewing rapidly.
Checking through some papers in the adventurers guild, filling out a form with basic questions, simple things about himself that might make him stand out for a Familia to recruit him.
Q14. Do you know how to read Hieroglyphics?
A14. *******
Q28. Why do you want to be an adventurer?
A28. To have the power to be alone and because...
With his quill tapping on the paper soothingly, his eyes lifted upwards slightly as he saw a group of drunk adventurers walk in, noting the leisurely attitude in the guild changing to one of hostility as other adventurers tried to act like they didn't see the group of drunkards as they walked towards the counter of one of the newer advisors, barely a month in, and already becoming famous for her 'Supremely Bitchy' attitude.
"Eina-chan, we think we're ready to hic- go to flo- hic- floor six, wou- hic- would'a give us- the necessary hic- info?"
"Paul-san. I've already explained this to you man..." He drowned out her voice realizing that the reason the atmosphere changed was because these adventurers were the Adventurers were both arrogant and ignorant, believing the world revolves only around themselves, and unaware of their mediocrity.
He finished writing down his answers, and went to the booth next to Eina's, greeting her colleague who graduated on the same year as the Young Half-Elf.
"Misha, I'm back with the form filled out."
"Oh! You're done so quick? Most people take hours just to finish them."
"I've answered all 125 Questions. I'll be going out to try and enter some Familias." Turning around and waving back at her, he ignored her head tilt in confusion as he walked out the door.
"I thought there were only 38..." Looking at the papers in confusion Misha counted every question intently, frowning as she got to the same answer. Shaking her head as she shrugged it off, she went to her Senior Guild Advisor to hand in the papers over.
"Rose-senpai, I'm here to drop off these applications, could you run them through the system?"
"Sure, hand them over."
Grabbing sheet after sheet of paper, and putting them in the center of a metal object that people would connect as an Image scanner, laying them on a clear platform and watching the information transfer on a ancient-like computer screen.
Eventually came the paper of Misha's protege, scanning into the computer screen, Rose's eyes opening wide as she saw the truck load of information appearing on the screen.
"This is..."

"You want to join my Familia?"
"Yes."
"Why?"
"I can be left to my own vices, and your justice won't stop me from being who I am."
"We're an all girls Familia."
"That makes it easier for me to stay away from interacting with them." Astraea frowned as she rubbed her forehead, normally she would just kick a man from joining her Familia, however he wasn't even physically mature enough to harass her Familia, so she gave him a chance to convince her, however everything he said made her feel more and more worried.
"Do you have any sense of justice?" She murmured to herself in worry, not intending for him to hear, but his answer obviously showed he had listened.
"Justice? Don't ask me such a selectively ignorant question after saying you were an all girls Familia. You obviously don't understand why I want to join your Familia, and use your inherent thoughts in attempt to judge my ideals, I would almost regret trying to join your Familia off of this impression, If I didn't know that this was a test that I passed." Astraea didn't react in surprise as one would expect, she's lived long enough to not be shocked by such cunning existences, instead she only smiled in appreciation, seeming to have made a decision that would lead her entire Familia's fate to change.
"Then welcome to your new Familia..."
"Dreme. Dreme Stormhart."
