8 Let's be friends!! Can we?

Looking at myself in the mirror putting the button of my white shirt. I was already wearing my long brown pants. Tied my hair into a high ponytail with the ribbon leaving a bow. This is more comfortable wearing that short dress tho.

Lifting up the shirt to see the scars which were caused by this war some were too old. Somewhere so fresh too just healed. The scars of battle I didn't think Aurora would be having this many scars. Deep inside I can feel the pain but at the same time like I'm so proud of it. To save someone for whom I love are the scars are carving their name. Tugging the shirt in, as I wear the jacket upon it.

Looking toward my neck the tip of my fingers tracing the scar. Where there used to be the white bandage. The scar is thick but not long. So this must be the reason I lost my voice for real once again I'm thinking about it.

Voice.....

I want to hear the voice of Aurora, the beautiful where all were so desperate to hear her sing. The voice which would take you to the world of fantasy which you desire the most. The voice which can also be the nightmare at the same time.

If only she was in the real world, the number of awards this girl would have won. The love, the fans would be so crazy for her. Not only for her voice but for her beauty too.

Looking down at the dressing table a small box of cream. Lifting it up as I twist it open, Taking the small amount upon the scar on my neck.

Applying the cream upon the scar, said it would heal it as the time pass. Taking another ribbon in black as warping it around my neck tied it. To hide the scar, I don't know why but I just felt I just have to hide it.

Looking back at the mirror I smile at myself ready for the day. Where I will do my best and take care of animals as I use to do in the real world if mine. Now I have to just consider them my family first, rather than the animals.

"They aren't just animals you have to love and take care of them as there are your family you care the most love them as you are their mother takes care of the child a father who protects the child as a parent. The voice to comfort them the touch to make them feel you mean no harm, just to love them"

I remember the words of my father he said. How he and mom used to take care of them, how they had taught me to understand the situation as we see into their eyes.

"Hey princess mute mutt, will you keep standing there or will you move to work too. The animals aren't going to feed by themselves" looking at the reflection of the mirror to see Ronnie learning against the door her hands folded over her chest.

"I'm sorry I forgot mute mutt isn't the princess now"

I learned her name is Ronnie who has been only the one to give me a troublesome life the day I became a maid like throwing the bucked full of water upon me. Putting her leg in front of me as I walk. Literally making my work worst day by day. I really want to teach a lesson to this brat who is she calling a mute mutt.

Nodding my head turning back to face her, smiling as I started to walk towards her. I remember this girl has been giving lots of trouble to be lately, I just want to punch her but I know I can't act like a brat.

Only if this was the real world now she would have been gotten some free makeup from me. Only if she knew what this girl does the one who bullies, just of make her a pussy pully.

That sounded so wrong, what did I even say, ugh leave it. Well wasn't I a quite a brat in my real life too just like Aurora was to beat up one who acts as a brat.

Standing an in front of her, I stare into her eyes giving her a fake smile. I can see how uncomfortable she was getting the longer I stare. Avoiding my eye contact this time.

"See mute mutt I... mean I didn't mean I me-"

"RONNIE!!!!"

The nanny screamed as behind Ronnie making her jump out of her skin. Even tho my heart skip a beat but I didn't show any reaction. Just to make me step away from her.

"Granny why-why are you here?"

"That doesn't matter why I'm here! Don't you know who is she? This is the way you talk to a princess huh apologize to Princess now!"

"Granny she isn-"

"I said apologies to her now. Even if she is working as a maid she is still a princess don't forget that. I didn't raise you this way you disappointed me!"

Ronnie who was looking as if she is going to bust into tears. Looking back towards me with her teary eyes. Bending her head down her hand holding the dress into a tight fist.

"I apologize, Princess, this maid was stupid who was rude to you. Please forgive me forgive this stupid maid" she said as nanny bows at the same time too.

"This maid apologize too my princess it was careless of her"

Making my eyes go wide, shaking my head no. What just for this small I did wanted a sorry but this is too much why nanny is doing too it wasn't her mistake.

Placing the hand on her shoulder as I lift her up. Smiling placing the hand over my chest. Then I put my arms around Granny hugging her, I felt as if she jumped out of her skin. But soon she relaxes and hugs me back. Pulling back away from her as I look towards Roonie who is glaring at me.

Moving towards her hugging her too. Isn't it like the hug of apology or love. I hope they understand what I'm trying to say. Pulling back to just to see her looking down.

I know the words truly hurts when you hear by the one you love, isn't it? Holding her hands as I give her a light squeeze.

Tabbing on her shoulder as Ronnie looks towards me. Pointing my finger at here first then at me then I join my both hands together. Even if I don't know the sign language not to say anime series has helped a lot not to forget The Silent Voice. I hope it works.

"So you have forgiven us My princess?" nodding my head in the response of Granny as she smiles response. "And you want Ronnie to be your Friend?" once again I nodded my head I can feel the flowers falling upon me as people clapping for me. I'm so talented yes I can feel I have just master in this.

Looking towards Roonie who is shocked her eyes wide open with her mouth too.

"You are so kind princess, you aren't as the rumours say"

Wait what are the rumours spreading around about me? Like, am I a brat or something scary or whatever it is don't care tho it's not about me but Aurora.

But now I'm Aurora... So it's about me

I can't do anything stupid until I find a way to go back to my world or at least to escape from this place. First I have to just get some support and earn their trust, well if I fall in trouble there must be someone to save my life.

Let's just say I can play with this plot the way I want as this is the story after ending. I just have to get back to Zoe where I know she must be waiting for her sister.

Removing my jacket hanging it in the nail, as I pull my sleeves up if my elbow. Cracking my knuckles and my neck, running in the spot giving myself a small warm-up.

Walking towards wheelbarrows pushing it out of the stable as it had one wheel, even tho it's easy to use sometimes it becomes difficult when it's all filled up.

Well at least I'm able to take care of them or I don't know where I would be working now. I guess picking grass in the garden or thrown in the dungeon chilling there. The mistakes I had made.

Walking towards the old man who was cutting the grass in some kind of grass cutting big machine. He stops when he sees me, smiling at me.

"Where is Olive? Shouldn't he be here?" he signs in response. "The boy overslept once again I guess"

"you have come here to collect the hay right?" nodding my head as he walks toward the grass. Helping me to fill up the wheelbarrows, with the hay.

Well, hay is a kind of food what horse is made to feed. The grass which is cut and dried under the sunlight. It is said it is good for them to eat. But sometimes it is also good if they are made to feed the grass too.

"If Oliver comes tell him to meet me. The princess shouldn't overwork herself" I nodded my head again. Well, I don't know how I'm going to tell that guy to meet this grandpa.

Oliver the guy in his late 20s works with me at the stable. His hair is dark grey well you can say not fully black I guess. Reaching till his shoulder light brown eyes with thick eyebrows. A beauty mark on his left cheek under his eye and tan skin.

That guy just disappears out of nowhere and appears when all work is done. I know he is doing that on purpose. I don't know why the young generation seems to hate me but the elders seem to like me.

"I can see how hard you are working just don't overwork yourself if you need any help you know where to find me" I nod my head again at him smiling as he pats my head.

Well, how can I even tell him that you have called out for him? Last time I remember he doesn't even know to read, where I have to explain him through the actions which he didn't understand for a long time. Until drew a stupid art work for him out of frustration. Well, I didn't know Aurora was so bad at art when in my actual world I had received many certificates and prices for it. Even I had my account to teach others. Well now, that all goes in the grave of my old life.

Walking away from him inside the stable as I push the wheelbarrows in front of the horses keeping them in front of the open box. The horse came forwards breathing out in front of my face as I smile looking towards the back horse of Daisuke in front of me.

Going out again and coming back in as I put the food for the horses, pigs, cats the dog too. Even for the little rats who seems to enjoy their breakfast. It almost does filling up the water in the tub finally as me breathe out looking around the work of the morning.

As I was working I even pet them or feed them with my own hands. As some of them seemed to be a bit of fear or suspicious of me. But eventually, they learned I mean no harm.

Walking towards the black horse of Daisuke who was licking the end of his neck. Stopping in front of him as I raise my hand. As if he has noticed my presence he stops looking towards me.

Riding my hand up towards him, as he makes a sound-making my hand stop in mid. Bitting my lips as I stare at his eyes with a gentle look on my face.

Touch in his neck as I stroked it as he shakes my handoff. He opens his mouth as if he was going to bite me pulling it back before it could.

Taking a deep breath, 'patients be gentle the eyes lead to the soul' Opening my eyes again the black horse with dark red eyes glaring at me. Well, he hates me or he hates being someone other than his master. Even if Oliver washes other animals here but I haven't seen him washing Daisuke horse.

Lifting my hand again towards him as he breathes out heavily. Gently touching his head as I stroked it.

I don't know if you can feel it but I mean no harm. To you and to others you are the one who seems to hate me most here.

I don't like being hated by you guys, as all of my life I have a taking care of the guys like you. I hurt to know someone rather than humans hate you. I can take it all if a human hates me or talk bad about me anything but not from you all.

I didn't even know I have to close my eyes as I open them again the tears on my cheeks doesn't seem to stop. Looking in front of me the horse is also clam and closed his eyes. As I kept on petting him rubbing my hand over his head gently then as I move towards his neck.

Making my eyes wide as it responds to my touch learning at my hand. Making me smile as I towards him. As he opens his eyes to look at me as if he had understood what I mean. Well, I guess life isn't as hard as it seems.

"Move what do you think you are doing!??" then I knew it pushed away me making me fall in the ground. As I hear the neigh in back. Looking up to see who has pushed me away to see Oliver who is back now glaring towards him as he glares at me back anger on his face but fear in his eyes.

"Are you stupid to touch the Majesty horse!" he said "He could have to bite your army off or even worst kicked you so hard to break your bones"

I cough in his response as if he didn't do that to me from past days. That time you didn't show your presence now you are doing it when that horse liked me.

"Wait already did you do that? How are you even alive or not even injured? ugh, I shouldn't have left you alone here really I was having a bad feeling about it"

Oh well, isn't it like your sense just gave you a late trigger?

Breathing out as I look towards Daisuke's horse who was glaring towards Oliver as if ready to kick him. Once again it neighs.

I hiss getting on my feet as Oliver extended his hand towards me making me just to glare towards him. Ignoring it as I straighten my back making a bone cracking sound. Making my way towards the house as I raise my hand towards him again.

A tan skin hand caught my wrist stopping me, "Don't act so recklessly you know, just for the price from his Majesty whoever will touch his horse has either died or has been worthless forever"

Well, I didn't know there was even this kind of stupid deal was going out here. Wait, I remember it now, in the story no one could do it. Are really either injured forever or are just death. Even Zoe wasn't able to do this.

Looking back at Oliver giving him a smile as I removed his hand from my wrist. Looking back at the horse who was still glaring at him.

Rubbing the spot on his head as he clams down closing his eyes enjoying the touch of mine. Isn't it truly amazing like, I can see Oliver jaw must have hit the ground?

"How? how can you do that!!" Rubbing on the nape of his long neck I can see he likes it more this time as he kicked his left feet back moving forwards making me smile.

Pulling my hand away as I smile looking at him. Well, compared to before it isn't glaring at me. Them I knew another hand were reaching towards him. Soon the expression of Daisuke horse changes leaning towards to bit it. Just in time as Oliver pulled his hand back.

"Well, he still doesn't like me. But how can he like you when you are here barely even has been a week"

Waving my hand towards the horse as he neighs walking away as Oliver following behind me. Picking up long broom make of stick at the end as I swiped the ground.

"Tell me how you did it. Common don't be quite it has to be a trick of you-"

"Oliver!!! did you forget my lady can't speak"

Looking up to see Ronnie standing at the entrance of the stable with a basket in her hand. Smiling as I drop the broom walking towards her giving her a hug. Pulling back I can see the faint blush on her cheeks.

Pointing my finger at her then at the ground and shaking my hand left to right and the knuckles facing the ground.

"Oh, you are asking why I'm here?" nodding my head. "Well, you skip your breakfast today too so I thought I should bring your lunch here to apologize to you"

Smiling at her as I walk away I can feel it disappointed her what I did.

Walking towards the bucket washing my hand with the water as I wipe it off over my pants. Half running towards my jacket which was at the left side. Taking if off from the nail as I wear it.

Getting back toward Roonie as I caught her wrist dragging her out of the stable. "Oh, you went to wash your hands I though you just walked away didn't want to see my face what I did to you" Looking at her shaking my head no.

 A moment later we both were sitting under the tree. Ronnie who had made it like a picnic spot for us. Matt and the fresh food spread out. Handed me the lunch, I can even see like she even brought extra which wasn't even in the list of lunch they give us.

Handing her the half of my meal even tho she said she doesn't want to eat. She already had her, I knew she was lying tho when her stomach growl not agreeing with her. But it wouldn't be good when I'm the only one eating here. Eventually, she ate with me.

Like the fruit salad, juice and dessert, well I guess she isn't that bad. The time we reached here she has been all quiet and didn't even say a word. Well, what will she saw when she isn't even going to go get a reply?

But I'm happy it's the first time I'm having lunch with someone beside me rather than being alone in the corner of the dining hall of all workers.

"I-I can really be your friend," she said making me stopped in mid before I could take another bite of rice and curry.

Looking back towards her I smile in response nodding my head yes.

Well, it seems this being here isn't that bad in the world of fantasy where nothing bad is happy I hope nothing will happen in future too.
