I thought you are mine now

Keila hooked her hands around his neck and hugged him and he couldn't help run his hand on her butt to her laps slowly as they wrap his waist.

He stood up lifting her with him effortlessly and turned he placed her gently on the bed but Keila's hands were still hooked around his neck he stared at her and she releases him after few seconds.

Khalid placed a kiss on her forehead and turned to leave when she grabbed his wrist

" Please stay " she had little glisten in her eyes was she about to cry he rushed to her side on the bed and he couldn't help but grimace at how light and tiny the mattress was .

"Your bed is small and I have some work today I could stay with you tomorrow and I promise to come early" he persuaded with he and she couldn't help but pout before nodding he drew her into a hug and kisses both her eyes earning a giggle from her.

'oh how he loved her already'

"Goodnight baby " he said leaving a peck on her lips.

"Goodnight my prince " hmmm they already gave themselves nicknames how sweet .

Keila woke up feeling really good and she was all smiles as she brush her cloak, she had breakfast which was some vegetables and fruits strange for a wolf but she was different.

She got ready and was leaving for the kingdom of Realeria where she always go to for work, food and where she didn't get judged but admired.

Realeria was a kingdom where humans and witches co-exist the witches there were less powerful than average witches because of their lack of carrying out sacrifices amongst themselves, they had been together for a long while that they had gotten married and they off springs were mixed breed so it reduced the selfishness among witches but not so much for the greediness among human men.

Keila found out about Realeria one day her father had ask her out of the house for not being able to climb what every other wolf her age circle were, He said he was embarrassed and disappointed that she was a failure and he regrets ever knowing her mother who was apparently weak and had to die birthing such a child .

Keila was so hurt by her own biological Fathers words she ran and ran till she noticed she wasn't in Fursbed anymore, she immediately came back to reality wiping off her tears to notice the way people were looking at her , she looked strange but ethereal and they couldn't stop staring, a little girl walked up to her and waved her left hands at her, she was surprised they didn't look at her like she was a piece of shit, so she smiled and got down on her knees she drew the little girl into a hug .

" You're beautiful you " the little girl complimented when the hug ended

" Why thank you lady " Keila smiled, bring her hands to the girls unruly hair she arranged it

" My name is Keila what about you ?" the little girl with big brown eyes already have her eyes wide open in surprise at the mention of Keila's name

" My name is Leila, our names sounds so alike just that mines L and yours K " Leila explained smartly looking genuinely happy about that fact.

" Yes we are meant to meet don't you think ?" Keila asked standing up straight, she dusted off her knees and held out her hand for Leila to take quickly.

" Where is mummy we need to get you back before she starts looking for you " Keila told her calmly so she wouldn't feel like Keila didn't want to talk with her .

" No no I don't want to go home now , they are going to find me soon I know, they will think I probably saw a new pet " Leila answered looking adventurous while swinging her other hand and drawing Keila to the other side of the kingdom where they were lesser people.

Keila was beginning to think about getting lost so she decided to go back besides the girl lives here so she probably knows her way .

" Leila but I have to go now my Daddy would be mad if he finds out I'm out of the land " she carefully said to the 7 year old Leila who immediately stopped walking and raised her gaze to meet Keila's

"You are leaving?" she asked her voice shaking slightly

" But I thought you are mine now " Keila was taken aback by that question of hers that sounded more like a confirmed thought.

" Oh no Leila we are indeed friends but we can always let each other go and I will come see you someday again " Keila indirectly promised before asking herself if she could ever come back here again. She pay she can.

" But I don't want you to - "

"My princess! My princess!" the proclamation of two guards of the royalties of Realeria interrupted Leila's words and she whipped her head their way, shooting them an angrily look

"Now why are you two screaming like lost puppies to their momma!, you clowns " she sent quite harsh and authority filled words their way that shocked Keila hard.

This was the princess of whatever kingdom this was that she had ran into and she was internally happy the princess liked her but also scared she could ask her guards to take her by force with the way she was treating her like a pet earlier.

"I'm sorry my princess but the Queen and the King are their way to a tea party and wanted you to come with when they found out you went out they are just down the road if you may follow us so you can go " one of the guard explained quickly without taking a bath he didn't look human though he had little horns on his head . A witch Keila guessed this was the first witch she had ever seen.

"Tell mother I can't come today I have an acquaintance" Leila dismissed them also with a wave of her hand. Keila just stood motionless watching the interaction between them.

"I'm quite surprised you found yourself a friend..... finally " a strong thick baritone voice sounded from behind Princess Leila and she knew it was her father , King Francisco of Realeria.
