3 Speeding Thoughts

As the rain comes pouring down almost without a stop, by now I was fully soaked in water. As the sound of droplets hit the floor. Thoughts run in my head, the thought of that voice fills my head.

"Who exactly was that?... and where do it come from?...hmmm dammit, wait let's not get frustrated and think about every possibility."

I proceed to make a turn down the corner. The street lights almost blinding with a cold air filling the empty space that was this block almost freezing.

"The same as the voice, but it can't be Miyuki that the voice was from neither could it have been anyone else there was no one there...could it be just in my head? if so then I need to figure out why I would suggest joining the council."

As these thoughts fill my head I suddenly halt, with the speeding car passing through. I'm almost pushed to the floor, the one there is a girl with a hood.

"you okay? my bad, but you were about to get run over" the girl in a light purple and white hoodie spoke.

"I'm fine" I reply.

"Thank goodness, I'm glad if I had not stopped you you wouldn't be here would you?" she states with a sigh of relief.

"Here let me help you up," she says with her hand out.

As I'm soaked in even more water as I landed right on the puddle on the sidewalk. There my reflection was being displayed. My black hair and blue eyes with my uniform soaked as well as my white coat. I reach out my hand to grab hers and pull myself up.

With that, the light turns green and I proceed to continue walking. With that I need to get home as soon as possible I'm pretty much soaked on all my clothes. I continue to walk for a few minutes when it occurs to me.

"Could that weird dream and this voice have a connection? while vague the voice sounded similar to the girl in that dream but the thing is what exactly was the DREAM"

"I have about zero evidence for this but at this point, it's the best I got dammit there's got to be something missing."

"Then the question now is what exactly?"

By now I had reached home in a matter of minutes. I slowly reach into my backpack to grab my keys to find a letter, it was from Miyuki.

It read"Oh by the way we have council meetings each Wednesday." followed up by a smiley face.

"Well it's not like I have anything to do since I don't have any friends, but still."

"Oh whatever all deal with it in two days then." I proclaim to myself.

As I proceed to open the door and enter my house or more like an apartment. I continue to walk in and as expected no one's home. "well I guess mom did say she was working overseas." I think to myself well I guess I'm a just take a shower and eat then sleep it's not like I have anything better to do.

"Still tho that voice bothers me... the fact that it could make me change my answer is certainly something..." A few minutes later I take a shower and eat. "yeah I pretty got nothing but even without that I have those dumb council meetings and now that I realize it I didn't say thank you or any form of gratitude did I to that girl?"

"Damn I have a lot on my mind don't I? and with me being in the council I'm a have to participate more... I hate the idea but I think there's a high chance I can use that to my advantage. Just maybe." With that these thoughts fill my head and I feel sleepy laying in bed and in a matter of minutes I fall asleep.
