The sounds of leafs rustling and cars passing. Blinding lights fill my vision as I continue to walk from school to my apartment home. The sound of my footsteps echoes alongside those other students exiting at the same time all moving alongside the pavement. Multiple stores from my left and the same to the right. In amidst, all these thoughts go rushing into my as I truly begin to wonder if that purpose that Miyuki said I could achieve if I let it up to her or just help her out.

"Even back in middle school even in elementary, you said you would find a way somehow all because I got involved. In the end, I don't think it was the worst choice if it wasn't for her im guessing I wouldn't be using what she says are my talents to succeed." I say to myself in a quiet voice.

I reach a sudden halt as the street lights turn red and multiple cars pass right in front of me.

"Whatever these so call talents are all thank you someday or at least I hope I can repay you," I say to myself.

Then a familiar sort of worrying and caring voice fills my ears.

"Are you talking to yourself?" A girl asks me as the light turns green.

"Oh..yeah my bad....wait you're that girl from before aren't you?" I say to the girl standing in front of me.

"Surprised you remember me but yes that's right." the girl states.

"Oh then let me thank you I sort of forgot and left so thanks," I said to her

"There really isn't any reason too u enjoy helping people out also my name is Rin mind if I ask for yours?" Rin states with an honest face.

"Yuri," I said back.

"Yuri, huh well nice to meet you but I should probably leave now the light turned green again and I wouldn't want to keep you here," Rin states with a smile on her face.

"Right." I reply back

As I proceed to continue walking I have already reached my apartment complex so I put my key into the door nob and open the door and enter.

As soon as I close the door behind me I feel very tired almost as if someone had hit me on the head.

"I can't keep my eyes open damn I feel like im gonna pass out..." I think to myself as my eyelids feel heavier and heavier.

"I can hardly stand up anymore as well damn." I think as I truly begin to fall and eventually I hit the floor and my eyes close.

As I get up a figure of a girl stands right in front of me only the background is almost pitch black almost like a void.

"Here let me help you out" The girl states.

Then that thought rushes to my head "She sounds familiar and quite similar to that voice from back then and in my dream. What exactly is going on..." I think to my self as other thoughts rush into my head.

"I'm guessing you probably have some questions right?" The girl in front of me with her hand out says.

As I get on my to feet as she pulls me out I begin to speak "Yes exactly and if you don't mind I want you to answer all of them." I say with a stern face.

"First where am I, im certainly not in my house, in fact, it doesn't really seem to be anywhere at all. Second, your voice is quite familiar or just you your self, in general, are you that voice I heard in that dream and back then with Miyuki?" I say as she clearly is shocked.

"Sorry one question at a time im, not a robot but this is a closed space think of it kinda like your mind in a way since your real body is still currently on the ground right now. As for your second question yes that was indeed me." She speaks with a soft tone.

"Please allow me to speak first my name is Erika and as of right now you and I share a life link of some sort." She states.

"So that dream I had was not a dream then if I understood her correctly. I should probably just ask her, wait if this is my mind could she hear my thoughts and a life link then that would mean I died? something tells me she's not done. She doesn't seem dangerous or at in general quite the opposite." I think as multiple thoughts fill my head.

She looks at me almost starting as she almost is like trying to figure something out. Amidst all this, I notice that she has long white hair purple eyes and what almost seems like a dress. She then proceeds to speak.

"You're probably wondering im guessing why im here and why we share a life link no?" she speaks.

I reply" yes but also if you and I do in fact share a life link im assuming one of us died which would be the reason why you and I would share one. Also what exactly happened that night my memory of it seems quite vague almost gone entirely."

"All try to answer all your questions I can. First yes we do the reason being you were, in fact, dying at that moment if it weren't more me that night you would have died there. As to how this happened you just happened to be near me at the moment a "phenomenon" occurred which in turn led you to get sucked in and at that moment there some guys trying to kill me. Since you were in the area instead they killed you off or they thought all cause you seem to have something quite unique what it is I have no clue, to be honest." She sighs with an honest face.

"I died so..then im alive cause of her what's her bane Erika got it all cause of something called a phenomenon and I was sucked in?" I think to myself.

I make up my mind and ask "Erika was it well then what is this phenomenon first of all and second, if you and I share a life link how do you exist here at the moment or more like how?"

"Hmmm, the easiest way to explain that is well it's an error that happens in the world all cause a thing called the virtualizer is the thing that keeps the world together but due to it doing this all by itself self it naturally is gonna mess up. In other words, we go out of time and space into another version of this world. As for your question, for now, im here well since I share my life with you and because of that I can not maintain myself in a physical form so, for now, im basically in your mind and is the only way to communicate with you." Erika states.

"This might be a bit much and im sorry but that's just how it is now but speaking if that it seems I can no longer keep you here as your already waking up in the real world so we will have to continue this some other time." Ericka states.

"WAIT what do you mean by that? huh? what the--" I say before being cut off as I suddenly am being swallowed by darkness again until I begin to open my eyes once more.
