4 The New Beginning

Everywhere around the world, the people who snapped away were reunited with their friends and family. Everyone was in the Stark house in the woods. Pepper, Harry, Morgan, Happy, Steve, Charles, and Rhodey were gathered in the living room, watching the holographic video of Tony projected by his Iron Man helmet.

"Everybody wants a happy ending, right?" Tony asked and Harry grips his aunt's hand. She smiled down gratefully at him, kissing the top of his head, then kissing Morgan's head. "But it doesn't always roll that way. Maybe this time. I'm hoping if you play this back, it's in celebration. I hope families are reunited, I hope we get it back, and something like a normal version of the planet has been restored. If there ever was such a thing. God, what a world. Universe, now. If you told me ten years ago that we weren't alone, let alone, you know, to this extent, I mean, I wouldn't have been surprised. But come on, you know? That epic forces of darkness and light that have come into play. And, for better or worse, that's the reality Morgan is gonna have to find a way to grow up in. Harry Potter and Morgan P. Stark, you have a long way to go." Tony said.

"So I thought I'd probably better record a little greeting... In the case of an untimely death on my part. Not that, death at any time isn't untimely. This time travel thing that we're gonna try and pull off tomorrow, it's... it's got me scratching my head about the survivability of it all. But then again, that's the hero gig. Part of the journey is the end." Tony said and got up and walked towards the camera, "Uh, what am I even trippin' for? Everything's gonna work out exactly the way it's supposed to." He said and leaned up and smiled, looking right at Morgan, "I love you 3,000." He said and the message cut out.

Pepper walked outside of the house towards the water. An audience watched as both of her children clung to her. She carried a wreath with her. She laid the wreath in the water. On top was Tony's first arc reactor which Pepper had framed for him, saying "Proof that Tony Stark has a heart," and the flower Tony had gotten Pepper on their first date.

Pepper held onto Morgan and Harry as everyone watched the wreath float in the water.

Morgan, Harry, and Happy were sitting on a bench in front of the house, "How are you doing, you two?" Happy asked them.

"Good," Harry said.

"You good? Okay. You hungry?" Happy asked.

"Mm-hmm," Morgan said.

"What do you want?" Happy asked.

"Cheeseburgers," Charles and Morgan said together and Happy smiled while Harry looked astonished.

"You know Morg your dad liked cheeseburgers?" Happy asked, "I'm gonna get you all the cheeseburgers you want."

"Okay," Morgan said.

"Harry, what do you want ?" Erik asked emerging from the woods.

"I don't know maybe cheeseburgers" Harry answered.

"Very well I bring some" Happy said.

"You have more power than you imagine Morgan." Charles speaks to 10 year Morgan Stark. And his voice echoes into the empty rooms of the X-Mansion. "Question is will you control the power or let it control you?"

"She's just a kid." Jean said. "She'll fear herself."

"No not unless you teach her." Charles said. "And I will do my job." He said as he placed his hands on Morgan's forehead.
