10 Kuangyun's Demise

Jasmine was left speechless. She didn't understand why this man in front of her asked to be her friend.

"It's nothing actually. If you don't want to, then don't" said Yun Che looking at Jasmine's perplexed expression. As he was still new, just someone would suffice to sate his boredom. Yun Che can't think of being by himself all the time. A companion to tag along would be better, he thought.

"I agree. This princess agrees to be your friend" said Jasmine indifferently. Yun Che didn't ask much from her aside from seeking her friendship. It wouldn't matter if she became a friend to a mortal just so she can regain her body.

"But... I need your help in finding some things which will help me to rebuild my body" said Jasmine quickly as she felt Yun Che might not agree to this.

"Yeah, sure! No problem. I will get it for you" said Yun Che casually without even hearing Jasmine's requirements. His system already tasked him to aid Jasmine in her so-called revenge. In doing so, he had to gather all the materials. It might even help him to explore this world. So, he didn't have any problem.

"Hmm... okay" Jasmine agreed.

"Then, Can I know your name?" asked Yun Che. He already knew her name from his system. But he couldn't call her directly. It would arouse suspicion from her. So, he could only ask her.

Jasmine's expression disinclined. Her name Xing Tong was given by her father. And she doesn't want to relate herself to him in any way. Pondering for a while, she said.

"You can call this princess, Jasmine"

Jasmine was the title given to her in the Realm of Gods. As she was hesitant to use her name, she thought this name would be better.

At this moment, a pair of footsteps starting approaching Yun Che's present location.

A young man was walking in the forest, he has a normal build and mediocre features. His white face contained a trace of sallowness and he had the appearance of an excessive hedonist

This man appeared to be a little over twenty had a mediocre body figure and a plain-looking face. Xiao Kuangyun was cursing his elder Xiao Moshan who was escorting him to the Floating Cloud City to select a disciple from the Xiao Clan to fulfill the last wish of Elder Xiao Zheng.

On his father's insistence, Xiao Moshan was appointed to monitor his actions. As the elder's cultivation is way higher than his, he could not do anything but silently endure.

Today, Xiao Kuangun slipped away Xiao Moshan's watch and headed to this forest as he was getting sick of it and came here to vent out his frustration and to clear his thoughts.

Soon, taking a walk, his eyes feasted looking at Jasmine's figure. He was so dumbstruck and couldn't believe a beauty lives in this tiny land. He was so entranced by her beauty that he didn't even register Yun Che's presence.

Even though the beauty in front of him was no more than 13 years, he didn't care at all and wanted to ravage her. His mind was instantly clouded with lust. It has been a long time since he enjoyed bedding a woman forcefully. He sped up towards Jasmine.

Jasmine felt someone approaching her. She didn't even turn back.

Feeling the man's lustful gaze on her body, she felt annoyed and lifted her finger. Immediately, the space around Xiao Kuanyun distorted. Jasmine just used a speck of her power. She can't bear the rebound effect of the poison and the being in front of her isn't even worthy.

The man's body was sliced into a million pieces in a fraction of a second. Xiao Kuanyun didn't even know how he died.

"My name's Yun Che. Hope we get along well" said Yun Che.

Yun Che witnessing the scene was amazed by her strength. Even though a cultivator in a higher realm can easily kill someone in the lower realm, but the disparity is so much. Jasmine's expression told him that she doesn't even need to think to kill her prey.

Earlier, he killed many profound beasts, but Jasmine just killed a human without even blinking! It's not the same.

"Same here" said Jasmine flatly and gave a nod.

Even though she said monotonously, a smile could be seen on her face which even added to her majestic charm. She was a tsundere by nature and would never admit her feelings.

Xiao Moshan waited for his young master's return. Not finding him anywhere, he gave out an order for a thorough search but still couldn't find out any whereabouts of his young master. Fearing Xiao Sect Master's outburst, he canceled the trip to Xiao Clan and headed back.

Xiao Sect Master was infuriated on listening to Xiao Moshan and even using the Soul imprint which was laid on Xiao Kuangyun yielded no results. They mourned for the Young Master's demise. And yet now couldn't find any clue of the culprit.

The said culprit was happily getting to know Yun Che even better as days passed.
