8 Jasmine Awakening
(Cyan Forest)
"Booom!"
On the outskirts of the Cyan Forest Town, a booming sound echoed throughout the forest. All the Profound beasts were seen huddled, trying to attack a single man but their attempts were futile. As one of the beast's claw came in contact with the man, the next second, receiving the tenacious punch, it was shredded into innumerable pieces.
The man was none other than Yun Che. Even though surrounded by such beasts, a smile never left his face. He kept on flinging his fists, not even bothering to dodge and killed each of them.
Yun Che's profound veins throbbed in anticipation as if enjoying each moment and savored the profound energy of the beasts.
[Ding!]
[Host killed Elementary Level Profound Beast]
[Host killed Elementary Level P.....
[Host killed Elementa.....
....
....
....
System notifications rang in his mind to which Yun Che paid no heed. He already adjusted his cultivation level to that of the Elementary Realm so these beasts still hoped they would be able to beat him after some time.
This continued for a long time. Seeing the scattered bodies of their mates increasing by second, they quickly retreated in fear. The beasts were said to not have much intelligence but here looking at this gruelsome scene, their bloodlines were shaking and fear crept in their hearts.
Gazing at the retreating figures, Yun Che's eyes revealed a cold glint and he wiped off the blood on his temples and cleared all the sweat oozing out of his body. Yun Che slowly started to make his way to enter the area where Nascent Level Profound Beasts reside.
Earlier what Yun Che did was just getting used to killing. He thought it would take time to get used to that feeling but surprisingly he felt nothing even by killing a horde of Beasts.
Yun Che kept on killing them as the profound strength of the beasts were collected and seeped into his veins by his system. It is not like he enjoyed killing these weak creatures, but more like training and to hone his battle experience with this. Yun Che needed quickly raise his cultivation before he reached New Moon City and this was the best way he could think of.
Yun Che walked deeper into the forest and called out his system.
"System, Can you give me some skills or weapons so I can easily take care of these beasts?" asked Yun Che as he was feeling quite tired taking down all these weaker beasts with only his bare hands. If he used any weapon, at least that would be a lot easier.
[Anwering to Host...]
[System feels Host currently doesn't require any additional things to take care of these beasts]
[Host will receive the weapon soon during the quests]
And the link was cut down. Yun Che was somewhat curious about what weapons he would choose if he indeed got one. He felt what the system wanted to do was to train him independently as its sole purpose was to make him stronger.
"ROOOAAAAARRRR!!!!!" a thunderous roar soon followed by a group of Nascent Level Beasts greeted Yun Che's vision.
Yun Che let out a sigh and increased his pace approaching the beasts and to start his massacre. The beasts felt their prey was heading towards them and felt happy and what happened next was their visions turned blank.
Yun Che threw out punches and the system's notifications kept on ringing in his brain. It finally stopped only when the ground was completely dyed red. By now, Yun Che had already grown numb of his hands and his whole body turned heavy, and could hardly keep his eyes open.
Coming out of the forest, with whatever strength he could acquire, he sat under the tree and drank water making his throat wet. His muscles loosened up. Resting for a bit, he heard the system's mechanical voice.

[Host is now at 10th Stage of Nascent Profound Realm]
Looking at System's leveling up notification, Yun Che's heart felt content. His previous exhausted and sore body was now filled with renewed energy.
At this joyful moment, Yun Che's right palm began to blink with green light and green particles started appearing in front of Yun Che.
[Host, Xing Tong's (Jasmine) poison is now balanced]
[Jasmine's consciousness is now awakening]
After some time, Jasmine's body was completely formed in her spiritual form and she slowly opened her eyes.
