Retribution!

Narrator Pov

After having dealt with lobo! Clark and the rest of he world have finally recovered from the threat of the Invincible war. Clark used this time to spend time with his family, and catch up with his friends, however like all good things must come to an end, Clarks time on earth had reached it's end as well. It was time for the hero to return to his mission to stop the viltrumites.

Clarks pov

(clark)" All right guys it's about time for me to leave again." As I say this I can see the sad faces of my mom, dad, and the others. Especially Mark. " Hey Mark! Listen to me man I know it might seem selfish of me, but someone's got to be up there helping out."

(mark)" I know clark. It's just I'm gonna miss you man. I don't know if I can do this without you. Time and time again you've proven to be better than me, faster, stronger."

(clark) I can see the disappointment on his face. He believes himself to be weak and inferior. " Mark listen to me man, while I agree with most of what you said, there's one thing that isn't true. You don't need me mark! You are so much stronger than you give yourself credit for. Mark look around you man. we're surrounded by people who love us and support us. I might not be here, but they will. Trust them, rely on them and they will help you. I am sorry about eve though mark."

(mark)" What eve why?"

(clark)" I can't imagine it's very pleasurable sleeping with a shrimp dick loser."

(martha)" Clark! Language."

(clark)" Sorry ma couldn't help it." I said giving them a light chuckle. " Listen clark all I'm saying is to keep believing man, keep your head up and you'll do great." these words seemed to have brightened marks mood as I can see him smiling again.

(mark)" Thanks clark! you're right don't worry man we got earth. Go give those bastards hell." Mark said with his new found strength.

(clark)" Damn Right! Take care everyone. Stay safe, protect each other, And remember I'll always be a call away."

Narrator pov

Having finally said goodbye to his friends and family clark leaves once again for the great beyond of space, however before returning to talescria he makes a short stop. On a planet known as thraxa.

Clarks pov

(clark)" Hmmm so that's thraxa is it. Time to have a word with omniman!" With great force I smash into what I assume is the thraxan royal palace. I look down as the dust clears and there I see him. " Yo omniman long time no see." I can see the fear in his eyes as I stare him down. " We really need to talk." I waste no time I rush him hard knocking him from the palace. " You know mark told me what happened." I punch him in the face twice sending him flying farther. " And while he may be able to move past what you did. I can't!" I Fly past him and catch him by his face face slamming him into the ground below. " So I'm gonna let this beating serve as your final warning. YOU WON"T GO NEAR MY FAMILY AGAIN!" and as I say those words I beat omniman into the ground. Each blow harder than the last. " Remember this beating the next time you get even the slightest idea to attack them." I see the thraxans coming to help omniman so i take my leave from the planet. " Now then let's get back to talescria."

Narrator pov

Clark unleashes his anger on the man who almost killed not only his friend, but his parents as well. Now clark heads back to talescria not knowing the situation he's about to return to.
