12 12. Beautiful Lady

"Yudis?" Adeeva whispered with her eyes never leaving the man in front of her.

Yudistira smiled warmly then lowered his head slightly and aligned his face with Adeeva. He observed the girl's face as if the girl was an item with a mysterious engraving.

"Hey, beautiful lady!" Yudistira replied, straightening his body again.

Adeeva smiled happily then watched Yudistira from top to bottom to make sure there were no injuries on the man's body. "I'm glad you're okay," Adeeva can breathe a sigh of relief now until finally the question that comes out of Yudistira's mouth makes her stunned.

"You know me?"

"Have we met before?"

Damn!

Adeeva felt like there was an arrow stuck in her heart all of a sudden. It was very painful to hear this. Her eyes looked disappointed at Yudistira who replied with a calm look as if this was not something to think about.

"Y-you are Yudistira?" Adeeva stuttered for a moment. Her tongue seemed difficult to move. Her heart throbbed painfully as he said that. I don't know what happened to Yudistira, even Adeeva didn't understand. She still couldn't comprehend the current situation.

"Yes, I am Yudistira the CEO of Vashesa hotel and several other properties," Yudistira said with a wrinkled brow implying confusion.

Adeeva had tears in her eyes. Somehow the grain slipped out without permission in front of someone who had promised Adeeva happiness. The girl looked down and gripped the hospital gown she was wearing until it was wrinkled.

Seeing the girl in front of him made Yudistira a little panicked. He immediately grabbed Adeeva's shoulder which was shaking between sobs. "Are you okay?" Yudistira asked.

Adeeva shook her head quickly and jerked Yudistira's hands. She was disappointed that Yudistira could forget her like that in just five years. Where is Yudistira's sweet promise that once made her feel alive even though she was haunted by death many times? Where is Yudistira who is always the direction of the wind for her when she loses his way?

Yudistira remained where he was, he turned his eyes around who began to notice Adeeva's cry. This made Yudistira feel as if he had just done something inappropriate that made Adeeva cry. He felt cornered, hey, even Yudistira had helped him, why did the girl cry like a devil-like that?

"Did I do something wrong?" asked Yudistira.

Adeeva shook her head between sobs. "I am the one who is guilty of hanging my happiness on you," Adeeva answered with a heavy heart before leaving Yudistira just like that.

"Yudistira lost her memory completely because of the accident," said Adenia, nodding, not daring to look at Adeeva's disappointed face.

The girl had just received news about her parents being imprisoned, and now she received news that her lover had lost his memory. Does this make sense? Even after five years, God made her fall into a deep sleep without doing anything, now that she was recovering slowly the girl was hit hard again by reality.

"Didn't you tell Yudistira about me?" asked Adeeva. The girl looked a mess after crying for two hours straight. Even the nurses there had to give her a sedative so that the girl would rest, after all, Adeeva's body was not fully healthy.

Adenia shook her head lethargic, "Father was so angry when he found out the facts behind the accident that he wanted to keep Yudistira away from you, Adeva. Ma'am can't do anything because, to be honest, you still need your father's property to pay for your hospital for five years."

Adenia sighed for a moment remembering the difficult times after Yudistira's accident. At that time, she had just started a fashion business which of course drained her money and thoughts. On the one hand, she also has to solve Adeeva's problem because she knows the girl has no one. Fortunately, at that time, there was Bastian and Zion who had time to help her, they still agreed to hide Adeeva from Yudistira until the man regained his memory. The three of them were only afraid that later Mr. Adyatama would do bad things to Adeeva.

"Thank you, Ma'am. I don't know what to repay with Adeeva's debt to you.." Adeeva thanked her. She felt that Adenia was even better than her mother.

"What is the reason you are as good as me?" asked Adeeva.

Adenia licked her lips. She smiled with her lips pursed in thought. "Maybe because you're beautiful?" Adenia chuckled trying to lighten the mood.

On the other hand, Yudistira wanted to find out about the girl who had made him dizzy just because of her crying. For some reason, his mind was focused on that familiar face. It felt like Yudistira had seen him somewhere, not to mention he felt quite close to her.

Yudistira's legs pressed the elevator button to the highest floor of the hospital. That's where people with high positions are here, one of them is Yudistira's friend. Yudistira's footsteps reached a room with frosted glass as the door. The owner of the room was the hospital's current Director.

"If you're just here to make sure that I'm up to the challenge or not, you'd better go and follow devil!" snorted a man who was the same age as Yudistira. He wore a black suit paired with a pink floral tie. Of course, wearing a brightly colored tie was not his will, but the will of his friends.

"Idiot, Me and Zion are still kind enough to give this challenge, this time there are mothers who ask you to marry you after seeing Bastian's handsomeness in his bling-bling pink!" Yudistira mocked, ending with a small laugh. Yudistira who was cold and rarely laughed had died in an accident five years ago.

"Do you think my taste is like yours? What aunties like is not caressing." Bastian replied, not accepting it.

"So what's your taste like? Little kid huh?! Are you a pedophile? Do you want to consult with Zion?" Yudistira raised his voice.

"You're the one who should be consulting with Zion, you idiot! You forgot that every day you talk and feel like your life is empty?!" Bastian shouted as he folded his arms in front of his chest.

"I think I consulted myself, it's crazy that I took care of a hyper-sex person until he lusted after me. Even though he's a boy," Zion came behind Yudistira and passed his best friend and sat on the sofa with a wrinkled face like he didn't intend to live. He took a deep breath several times.

They are still good friends and are getting closer to each other even though when Yudistira wakes up, the three of them feel awkward but now they are getting used to it. Moreover, Zion is very patient in dealing with his two friends.

All three are successful in their way. Yudistira became the youngest CEO without a bachelor's degree because he was still a perpetual student, Bastian with the position of Director of a well-known hospital owned by his family which was given in vain just so that Bastian wouldn't make a mess. Even so, Bastian managed to finish his studies well even though he had to pay lecturers. While Zanipolo Vegard or Zion, he managed to become a psychiatrist because of his seriousness in college at that time.
