7 Chapter 7: There's Still Humans in This World!

After obtaining so much wood, Senju could finally make various tools and supplies. He was full of hope for the future for a while, but now he still needs to continue collecting items, so let's go see those animal specimens and leave this bare place.

After entering the botanical garden, Senju sealed the place where he entered with a concrete block.

When he came to the animal exhibition stand, there were giant beasts made of huge animal fossils outside.

Senju dismantled these into cute bones in a few clicks. However, looking at so many specimens, Senju found that he was not short of these for the time being.

He had collected dozens of bones just now. These specimens are of no use yet, but it is better to put away a few for commemoration and emergency use.

He casually collected the cow and sheep specimens on one side. However, when he saw the appraisal, he discovered that these two specimens had actually turned into mob eggs. After putting away the horse specimens and seeing two more animal eggs, Senju decided to find time to try them out in the future.

The objects within the animal enclosure left him momentarily bewildered, yet he couldn't

shake off the memory of the armor sets he had glimpsed in the cultural relics exhibition area.

Those sets were exquisitely crafted, adorned with an array of jewels that mesmerized Senju.

It was then that he realized he had nearly overlooked a substantial treasure trove. Abounding with an assortment of gems, from lapis lazuli to diamonds, they were all precisely what he had been seeking.

With this thought, Senju began to work on the items inlaid with gems. After a while, Senju harvested a bunch of gems, and the surrounding items became tattered. After sorting out the gems, the gems he collected are; diamonds, emeralds, lapis lazuli and gold nuggets were recognized. All other gems were just debris.

Senju was a little dissatisfied that rubies were not considered red stones, but for the sake of other gems, he shrugged it off.

All the gems on the ground were put away. These unrecognized gems were all piled together and became a member of the debris.

Looking at the several groups of debris in the backpack, Senju was still very happy about this setting, because he could identify things deemed useless by the "Interferance" being piled up, but there were some things Senju felt were necessary.

Seeing that everything on hand was complete, Senju began to make a workbench, put diamonds and wooden sticks on it, and a diamond pickaxe was born. After putting away the workbench on the ground, Senju came outside Start working on the statue that just couldn't be shaken.

After Senju came out, he found that it was completely dark outside. Only the street lights were still shining. He got on his car and slowly headed towards his home.

Apart from the street lights, there were only Senju's car lights along the way. , gradually the wind and snow began to get stronger, and Senju stepped hard on the pressure plate, hoping that the car would speed up.

A long time has passed, Senju finally arrived in front of his home. The lights in front of the door were also turned off, but this may be due to the wind and snow.

He continued to drive into the corridor, and then found that there was a car parked inside. Driving a special vehicle with tracks on with wheels, but looking like a tricycle in front of it, Senju felt that he could finally see someone.

However, he was a little worried about who the other party was. Maybe they were a violent gangster, but his base didn't seem ransacked. Senju came to the door of his base, and a little light leaked from the crack in the door. It was so conspicuous in this dark night, and he knew that the other party must have discovered it.

However, before confirming the other party's attitude, he was careful not to think of crazy ideas, he was afraid of misunderstanding the other party, so he mustered up all his courage to-

Knock on the door, and the deafening sound resounded throughout the building. Even the sound of the wind and snow outside seemed to have become quieter, but the people inside seemed to be asleep, so Senju had no choice but to continue knocking on the door.

After a while, he heard movement to inside, and a young, femenine voice rang out.

"Wake up quickly, Yu, there is noise outside, something or someone is out there."

"..." The other person named Yu either didn't respond, or Senju didn't hear their voice clearly , and then he heard the voice continuing to call her companion, but the other person hadn't seem to have woken up yet.

Senju felt a little cold while standing outside, and quickly shouted.

"Who is in my home?!"

Upon opening the door and stepping inside, he was met with the glare of bright light. A girl, clad in a sturdy military uniform, vigorously fanning herself, while another girl appeared to be chewing something familiar.

As he turned his gaze, he discovered that all the wheat he had previously planted had disappeared.

Senju no longer cared about the two girls, and rushed to the field and groped around.

"My wheat! Did you ate all of them!?" He shouted.

After searching carefully, he finally found a seed in the water tank.

Looking back at the two girls angrily, one with blond hair was still sleeping, and the other with black hair, the latter saw the angry Senju trembling with anger in front of her, to appease his anger, she took out what she thought was green 'things'. Those are the wheat seeds of Senju.

"I'm sorry, we didn't know these were your things. These were the things dropped by those plants. I hope you can forgive us."

Upon receiving the other party's apology and observing the wheat seeds, Senju began to ease up. Taking a deep breath, he worked to quell his anger, realizing he might have overreacted, whether it was due to the person's revelation or the destruction of his wheat farm.

"It's okay. As long as these seeds are here, I can still grow them. By the way, my name is Senju. Who are you and where do you come from?"

"That's great. This is the first time I've seen such a strange plant. My name is Chito, and this is Yuuri. We just came up from the city below and were attracted to it when we saw the light at the door."
