Opening up we can see a random god lazing around in a luxurious room. He had what looked like a tablet that he was scrolling through, "no. No. Seen this one. No. Is there nothing interesting to watch." The 'god' said to himself. For a being that has live for eons, he was extremely bored. He has seen everything that exists and has even seen some of his fellow gods 'creations' that they have done by sending mortals to other worlds. "Maybe that can cure my boredom." The god said aloud as he stood up and walked over to a different part of the room.

The god now stood in front of what looked like a very realistic globe. You can even see movement on it. "Hmmm let's see." The god said as he peered into the globe. After a few seconds he plucked what looked like two white orbs from different locations on the globe. "Why take one when it's more interesting with two." He then walked back over to where he was before.

He then pulled up his tablet and was flipping through it, "where oh where to put you." Then after a second his eyes lit up and clicked the screen as a different globe, bigger than the one the god went to before, appeared in front of the god. "This one will due, Its a classic. Tho let's make some modifications." The god said as he pressed the globe and what looked like a status modifier appeared. "Lower that, activate this option, change that to this." The god muttered as he fiddled with the controls.

After he was done and approved all the changes the globe glowed for a second before returning to normal. The god looked it over and nodded in satisfaction. "Ok now you two." The god said as he turned his focus to the two white orbs. As he focused, he was modifying them. "Let's reverse your ages, We'll also erase your memories of any personal attachment such as family, friends, even a name. Of cores we won't erase everything. We want you to still have the memories of common sense and all the media you have watched." The god said as the white orbs glowed a bit brighter then went back to normal. The god then pulled out two smaller orbs, one blue and one purple, and put one into each of the orbs. "Now it would be no fun if you're both the same so you will get this and you will get that."

After he was done he went back to the globe he modified. "Hmmm we're to put you" he then shrugged looked at one part of the globe, and tossed the white orbs in. "Let's see where they land." He then laid on his bed and grabbed a remote pointed it at the globe and hit the play button.

A young boy could be seen lying on a bed with bandages around his head as he slowly starts to wake up. He wakes up and looks around at his unfamiliar surrounding. He tries to think about his last memories but he can't remember. He then widens his eyes, he can't remember anything. What's his name, who's his family, did he even have a family? He then looked down and started hyperventilating. Why? because his hands were smaller than he thinks they should be. He distinctly remembers being older.

After so long of having a mild panic attack he starts to calm down and assess his situation, 'ok, need to calm down. Freaking out won't help my situation. I need to figure out whats going on.' The boy thought to himself. He then looked around. 'I seem to bee in a typical room, not a hospital.' He could see a desk with a computer and quite a bit of shelfs that held many books. There was a window that the morning sun rays were shining through.

As the boy was about to get up he could hear people talking, and they were geting louder making their way to his location. So he just sat back in the bed, waiting for who would come through the door. The door opened and in came an old man with grey hair, wearing a white lab coat over a red shirt and tan pants. The old man seeing the boy awake says, "ah I see you woke up. Good, you seemed to be in bad shape when I found you. I did what I could but I called the nurse from the neighboring city just in case." He then moved over to let the other person in the room.

The boy wondered why the old man would call a nurse and not a doctor but then he saw the person that came in and couldn't help but quirk an eyebrow in confusion. The person that just walked in was a girl that wore a pink short skirt dress with a white apron over the top of it. Her hair was pink with two loops on either side of her head and on top she wore a nurse cap with a plus sign on it. 'Why is this person cosplaying nurse joy?' The boy thought to himself. Before he could say anything the 'nurse joy' pulled out a red and white ball and a second later a white light shown out from it and what appeared was a pink creature with an oval shape body letting out a cry of chansey. The boy, with wide eyes, looked at the 'chansey', the old man, and the 'nurse joy' one after the other, then fainted from shock.

The boy came to and found a cold rag on his forehead and took a sigh of relief. "Man it was just a dream. I mean, of cores it was but seeing a pokemon in real life was cool even if it was a dream." He said aloud to himself feeling the coldness from the rag on his face.

The boy then took the rag off his face, sat up and froze. He froze because the old man, the 'nurse joy' and the chansey from his 'dream' were sitting and standing not far from his bed. One with a face of shock to his words and the other with intrigue. "What do you mean by 'pokemon in real life'" the old man asked as he looked at the boy. The boy gulped not knowing how to explain himself.

A few hours later the boy finished telling his story. Over the cores of him telling the story he learned that the old man was none other than professor Oak himself and that he was currently at his lab in pallet town. He told them he has no memory of his name or any family. He also told them how Pokémon wasn't real and was only a game where he came from. The professor marveled at a society that developed without pokemon and asked the boy many question but was stopped by nurse joy who reprimanded the professor who had a wry smile.

The professor then had a thoughtful look, "well I think we should find you a name shouldn't we? We can't just keep calling you kid or boy." He said and the nurse joy nodded in agreement. As they pondered the professor snapped his fingers, "how about ace?" He said and looked at the boy seeing if he agreed with the name.

The boy thought it over in his head, 'ace, ace. Not bad, short and sweet. Rolls right off the tongue' the boy, now ace, smiled and looked at the professor and said, "I like it, we'll go with ace."

Oak smiled at ace, glad he liked the name. He then looked at ace and asked, "now ace, I know all this might be new to you but what do you want to do now?" This made ace freeze. What does he want to do? He has no idea. He just found himself in a world he thought of as fiction not to long ago and hasn't got a clue how to proceed.

Oak, seeing the dilemma ace was in, thought on it. He then had an idea and asked ace, "well if you want, I know my daughter in law would love to adopt you. She always wanted a boy and it would be nice for ash to have someone to play with when he comes around the lab. Of cores we will keep your origins a Secret. I'll just say I found you on the side of the road, which isn't too far from the truth." He finished then looked at ace to see what he thought.

There was a lot of information in what the professor asked him. One ash was a thing, so is he in the anime timeline? But if ash is alive why isn't Gary because he said his daughter in law always wanted a boy meaning no Gary. After not getting anywhere by just thinking about it he answered the professor, "if it's not a bother, I would be happy to take your offer." He had no reason to refuse.

Professor Oak smiled, " excellent. I just need to make a few calls and everything should be fine. You just rest here and I'll take care of everything." He then spoke to the nurse who told him ace was fine and healthy. The professor thanked her and told her to keep everything she learned here top secret and she nodded as they both left. Ace laid back in the bed thinking about everything that has happened and what the future holds.

It's been six months since ace arrived in the pokemon world and he has learned quite a bit about the world he now calls home. He could be seen reading a book in a room that was given to him by the Oak family. He first figured out he is most likely in a variation of the anime timeline after learning ash is a thing. Second was that over the last few generations the birth rate of males has drop causing polygamy to become legal in this world, tho only the really successful people with lots of money ever get into relationships like that. Ace remembers reading on the pokenet that the current champion lance is currently in a relationship with four people. Thats also a reason there's no Gary in this world. There is also the fact that people don't start their journey at ten like in the anime and games. Kids get a general education till age ten then they can either continue general schooling or they can go to a trainer school till the age of seventeen were, if they pass there schooling, they can go on their own journey.

Ace remembers his meeting with Jane and daisy Oak, professor Oaks step daughter and granddaughter. Apparently Blue Oak died a few years ago along with his friend Red Ketchum exploring mount silver. After professor Oak explained to Jane the situation ace seemed to be in, the next moment ace seemed to be scooped up in a tight embrace by the mother saying word of comfort. Ace was stunned by Jane Oaks actions, not use to the sudden kindness she was showing so he just stayed still at the time.

Over the corse of the months ace got use to things around pallet town. He would go to school where he met ash and became friends with him, even tho he was annoying at times. He helped out professor Oak around his lab whenever he could so he could soak up as much knowledge the man would bestow. He even helped out his new family around the house with chores and other such activities.

Daisy Oak took some time to get use to, but she also enjoys spending time with ace. They usually learn about pokeblocks and poffins for pokemon because daisy wants to be a breeder in the future and those help with the care of Pokémon. Ace thought it would be good to learn how to make them because pokemon would get better training with poffins and pokeblocks.

As ace continued reading he could hear from downstairs, "ace it's time to go. Ash and Delia are already here."

Ace closing the book replied, "ok I'm coming." Ace grabbed the bag he had next to the table as he got up heading downstairs. For the next month ace and some other children including ash will be going to professor Oaks summer camp and Carl can't wait for it.

Getting downstairs ace saw Jane and Daisy Oak along with ash and his mom. Ash was visibly shaking with excitement, "ace ace, you ready for the camp? Do you think we'll see some cool pokemon? I hope we're able to touch some." Ash ran up to ace streaming with excitement.

Befor ace could say anything his mother, Delia, lightly ruffled his hair, "now now ash, you will have to wait till you get there."

Jane oak then piped in, "that's right, and we should hurry or we will be late." With that said they all made their way to professor Oaks lab to meet up with everyone els going to the camp.
