12 Aftermath
There can be no creation without destruction. There can be no evolution without that process being repeated again and again.
The Great Titan War served its purpose. Gaia had made such machinations since the beginning, she understood everything that was happening had its purpose.
But at every turn, she hoped that many things didn't come to pass, the suffering her children suffered. Every living thing on the planet was her child, she had no grudge, no hatred against anyone. The one fair thing granted to everyone is an unfair reality, this was her kindness.
And the second round of destruction and creation was completed. And even if not much changed from her prediction and planning, something was amiss.
That child Hades was different, he was "better" than his "species" so to speak. He possessed something that was "foreign" yet familiar.
She had an inkling of Hades' plan since the first time she saw him, and it seemed Nyx had chosen his side. And while she knew the third round of "evolution" will occur, but the results seemed vague.
'Pity, he wasn't the one the prophecy spoke of.', it is sort of an open secret that an Aberration can not become King and will be forced to become the Horse, the example being Atlas who very much disliked serving Cronus but "something" within him.
However, Gaia was mistaken, while it is true that Aberration can not be King and must be the Horse, Hades was never an Aberration he became one by forcefully taking Atlas' soul and the "Aberration factor" thus allowing him free dominion over his actions. And while Gaia made this mistake she still made sure to retrieve the Scythe and push Zeus' strength to come near Hades'.
After the war ended, Gaia came forth proposed splitting the power amongst the three brothers. Hades stopped it then and there, declaring that he shall not have a seat on Olympus and would be the sole ruler of the Underworld and the Lands of the Planet.
Almost all of the Gods were secretly very happy at this development cause the pulse of fear spread throughout the battlefield and paralysed everyone. Though some were genuinely sad like Poseidon who started throwing childish tantrums, Hestia who started crying, Demeter who looked a bit sad and Rhea who would not accept such a degree of separation amongst her children.
So to appease them Hades agreed to visit Mt. Olympus on every Winter Solstice. Zeus was very pleased with such an arrangement as he knew that even though he could still fight against Hades it was only with the help of the Blade of Olympus, without he knew he'd get massacred. He was now King and allies, while his brother was now an Aberration with massive war potential in that he could bring back the dead to fight beside him. This was why he didn't kill the Titans and only imprisoned them.
Poseidon took the entire ocean and every water body on the planet thus giving him the most influence on Earth and a seat on Olympus and in the Sky Land.
Zeus was crowned King and sole owner of Sky Land (The Greek dimension) and Hades became the sole ruler of the Underworld. All Three Brothers were unbeatable in their realms.

At the edge of a rainbow-coloured bridge stood a tall man with rugged red hair, shining brightly, looking at the vast expanse.
— "Heimdall. How has the war been progressing?", behind him, a voice called out to him.
— " It has reached its conclusion, my King. The Gods triumphed over the Titans.", looking behind he saw the King of Asgard, Odin, now standing alongside him with the Gungnir.
— "Are the Titans dead?", Odin asked as he looked in the stars with his eye.
— "No my King. It seems the new King Zeus just imprisoned them.", Heimdall responded.
— " *tch* What a Foolish King, you erase every potential opponent till only you alone have complete dominance.", Odin snorted displeased with such an outcome because he knows that he'll never make such a mistake when Ragnarok arrives.
His ambitions were to erase all roots of a possible Ragnarok and slaughter every Pantheon so that he has sole Dominion on not only the ENTIRE Sky Land but also Underworld and then finally he'll charge into both Heaven and Hell and conquer them as well. He had no plans on just being a failed "Species" and be swept away by Evolution.
— "Continue monitoring them.", Odin ordered as he walked away preparing to bed Gaia to create the ultimate Aberration.
— " Yes my King."

In the dark, stary sky, a boat floated with a man brimming with a red-orange aura, was sitting meditating, "So the process evolution continues, right Chaos?"
After he asked that question slowly an apparition started to form, it looked something like a cosmic horror, "Ti si a yrassecen ssecorp, 'Ra'.", no sound came but everything was understood.
Ra just sat there looking in the distance as the apparition of Chaos dispersed away, " Of course, I understand that. Among the various major Pantheons, it was us alongside Tiān and Shàngdì and the Trimurti that were the very first to exist."

Ea, the strongest of the Mesopotamian God's just laid back and watched the entire aftermath with no variations in emotion.
But he should have been paying attention to his safety as Enlil was watching him with a cunning glint in his eyes.

A muscular man with a trident by side, wearing a lion's hide with a snake wrapped around his slight blue neck was sitting meditating. Suddenly a third eye opened on his forehead and closed soon after.

P.O.V. ???
On a planet far away, full of darkness and aesthetic of an apocalyptic world stood a humanoid with an omega symbol on his chest, with arms crossed behind his back.
— "Uxas, did you acquire the Omega Factor?", a humanoid being with horns and an "alive" armour asked the young ''man'' in front of him.
— "Yes I did. However, I'm not able to utilise it at the moment. And uncle Steppenwolf, how many times must I remind you my name is Darkseid... did you kill my mother?", Darkseid turned around, his skin was now grey and cracked around his orifices but his eyes still lacked that blood-red colour.
— "Yes I did. Will you mourn your wife now?", Steppenwolf asked with a touch of care in his eyes.
— "... You are no longer need here, you may now begin repaying your debt of conquering 100000 worlds. Send for DeSaad on your way out.", Darkseid just ignored that question and sent Steppenwolf on his way to atonement for the act of his betrayal.
— "... as you command Darkseid.", Steppenwolf just completely to the floor and retreated. Soon after his exit, DeSaad entered.
— " DeSaad! Begin the search for the Anti-Life Equation!!"

A/n:- Hello there.
So I finally completed the chapter and man it was difficult to juggle so many moving parts, have them make sense, show the aftermath and set up things for the future. As you can see I missed a lot of stuff like pov of Chinese Japanese and Aztec pantheon and some other cause they more or less don't give a shit about stuff. And I also see that a lot of people are unclear about the current hierarchy of power which I'll explain in an auxiliary chapter so calm down. And I wanna address so other stuff as well but I've kinda forgotten about it cause it took me two days to write the chapter. After all, I like planning stuff ahead of time.
