39 Chapter 39: My time has come
[I am not gonna focus much on Raditz and Nappa's battle against Super Buu as this is just their appearance, they will have their own time to shine but that is in the future, not now]
Goku and everyone else who is watching the fight between Raditz with Nappa against Super Buu are shocked to their core as they never expected to see a day when the enemies of yesterday will be saving them.
Both Raditz and Napp are giving their best to fight against Super Buu but no matter how hard they try, they couldn't do much against Super Buu who holds the battler power of 200 billion

Just how strong is this guy?" Raditz asks as he starts feeling exhausted.
Both Raditz and Napp knew the difference between them and Super Buu so they soon changed into SSJ 2 but then also, there was no difference in the result.
Raditz hold the battle power of 15 billion, whereas Nappa holds the battle power of 10 billion, the difference in power was just too much for them to cover even if they combined their strength.
On the piccolo's side-
Goten and Trunks are finally awake and they both went inside the Time Chamber for one last practice as they will soon be fighting against Super Buu
As piccolo sees the battle between the two Saiyans and Super Buu, he starts thinking about the whole situation and also why the hell are these two helping them?
But Piccolo didn't try to think about an answer, he is at least happy at the fact that the two Saiyans will stall Super Buu until Goten and Trunks get ready for the battle.

The battle against Super Buu didn't last long and both Saiyans got absorbed by Super Buu
Super Buu (after absorbing Raditz and Nappa in SSJ 2) Battle Power = 225 Billion
Supper Buu comes back to the Kami lookout and the story goes as it, Super Buu manages to completely overpower Gotenks in SSJ 2
After the Fusion Dance, both Goten and Trunks became one and their battle power also increased by many times, still, it was not enough.
After the fusion, the base power of Gotenks is 1 billion
[The real boost from fusion is not clear, all we have seen and read so far is that it is a lot, and every time the two Saiyans fuse, they become absurdly strong
But in my novel, I wanted to keep things in a proper form so I have made a difference between Fusion Dance Usage and Potaro Ring usage
When using Fusion dance, the two people have to match their power level and those two-power levels will be added and then a boost will be given depending on the user's skills.
So, Trunks had a battle power of 60 M (after training in Kami Lookout) and Goten had a power level of 50 M
Trunks lower his power to 50, thus, their power level is added to each other
50 + 50 = 100 M
This 100 M is then multiplied by the boost, and they received x10 boost because of their low skills (it can go as high as 1000)
100 M x 10 = 1 billion
Thus, their base strength is now 1 billion
Potaro Ring fusion is special, but that's for later]
Gotenks, who had a base power of 1 billion, tried his best but he couldn't beat Super Buu, and even when they turned into SSJ 2, then also they were not enough to defeat him.
Seeing the situation, Piccolo blows away the door to enter and exit of Time Chamber, in the hope to seal Super Buu but Super Buu managed to get out
And then, Gotenks, in a desperate situation, also attained SSJ 3 form and they also managed to get out of Time Chamber
Outside, they come to know about Gohan fighting against Super Buu and even managing to beat him.
The story is the same as the original one, Gohan beats the shit out of Super Buu but then he gives Gotenks SSJ 3 a chance to fight but somehow Piccolo and Gotenks get absorbed by Super Buu
And then Gohan is also absorbed by him.
On the other hand, Goku, with the help of Elder Kai, gains his life back and he goes to the place where the battle is taking place in hope of getting fused with Gohan with the help of Potaro Ring but finds out that Gohan is also absorbed by Super Buu
Currently, Super Buu's strength is 851 billion after absorbing the full power (the whole SSJ 3 form of Gotenks) and there is no way that Goku can defeat Super Buu by himself.

On the other side of the Planet Earth-
Vegeta stands by the side of Fortune Teller Baba, Vegeta is still dead but he was brought by Baba in the hope to save the earth
"There was no need for you to bring me here by yourself but okay"
"Sorry for dropping you so far, but you know, I am really scared of that Majin Buu"
"hahahaha
Well that is expected but you should leave now as Kakarot will be here any time and so will be Buu"

Goku appears by the side of Vegeta and Baba leaves the planet
Goku shows Potaro Ring and tells Vegeta to wear it but Vegeta starts thinking if he should wear it or not because he clearly holds a huge amount of strength if he goes SSJ with Sage Mode
So, what shall he do?
"Hurry up Vegeta!!!
We need to fuse in order to defeat Buu
Hurry UP!!! We got no time!!!"

But I should also not underestimate the plot armor
I should not be making any mistakes'
Vegeta sure holds more power than anyone else right now, especially now that he has fused with the real Vegeta's last fragment, his potential has been unsealed and he is now much stronger than before but still, he don't want to take any chance
He decides to go for a fusion BUT

Goku screams as he evades the energy ball, but because he was giving Potaro Ring to Vegeta, he couldn't manage to hold on to one of the rings and it got destroyed by the energy blast done by Super Buu
"You can't run away from me," Super Buu tells Goku as he appears in front of two Saiyans
In the Kiaoshin realm, everyone is trembling in fear as they can't believe that Potaro rings got destroyed and their hopes for the defeat of Majin Buu also got destroyed with the ring.
Goku is also scared right now as Super Buu is no longer at the level where he could defeat him.
Vegeta looks at Goku and then at Super Buu, he smiles and asks Goku
"Oye Kakarot!
Do you finally feel any regret about your past action?
You clearly had the chance to kill him yet you didn't do it because you wanted to let the young ones handle it, how are you feeling right now?"
"I do regret my decision, I thought that the young ones would be able to handle this problem but I guess I asked for too much"
"hahahahaha
I am happy to hear that Kakarot!

Allow me, Prince Vegeta, to show this Pink Bubble Gum the difference between him and me"

At first, Goku didn't want to let Vegeta handle the situation by himself as the opponent holds way more strength than they all had imagined but…
Goku remembers the power Vegeta had shown him during their battle
There is hope.
In the Kiaoshin Realm, the Elder Kai, Kibito, and Kiaoshin are having a serious meltdown as they can't believe that Vegeta is going to fight by himself against Super Buu, whom Goku also can't defeat
Kiaoshin and Kibito thought that this is the end, so they fused together using Potaro Ring in the hope to become stronger and survive when Super Buu is on his rampage.
They fused and created Kibito Kai
BUT
Their expectation was ruined when Vegeta started showing his power
In the mortal realm-
Vegeta activates Sage Mode, which turned his hair color green and a greenish aura appears around him then he starts turning into Super Saiyan and goes straight for SSJ 2 form.

JUST WHAT IS THIS MAN?!!!!" Kibito Kai screams as they see the Vegeta
Goku also can't believe in his eyes right now as he sees Vegeta power up and the current power he holds right now is way more than what he showed during their one-on-one battle
After Vegeta absorbs real Vegeta, his power rose by a 100 M
His current base power is now 800 M + Sage Mode's x20 boost = 16 billion
16 B x SSJ 2 (x100 boost) = ????? [how much would that be?]
"After so many trials and defeats--
