27 Chapter 27 Healed

"AAaagHhh!!"

Inside a fully lit room, a young girl suddenly woke up, and with a scream like she has dreamed of the most terrifying nightmare.

"What happened? Where am I?" Feeling confused as before the world turned black, she was still with her companions on the ship preparing for a retreat. Then they heard that the enemies ships were smoking and suddenly the Knight Captain yelled and went towards her. Something then came towards her and that was the last thing she knew.

Though bewildered, she looked at her surroundings to asses her situation. Now she is inside an unfamiliar room with lights, that was not the light of the Sun nor some candles, on top of the ceiling. She was then lying on a bed, comfier than her own though it was smaller. Next to her was a simple cabinet, a coffee table, some chairs, a rectangular box made of an unknown material and also a black mirror like frame attach to a wall.

"Sir Knight Gregory! Captain Vin! Cassy! Matthew! Anyone there?" She tried calling but nobody answered.

She then decided to stand up to look for anyone and at least know where she is. Their shouldn't be any chance of danger since she was placed on a room that was not like a jail nor a secret dungeon. She doesn't even have any sort of injuries, she doesn't even feel any pain.

Scarlet was even surprised to find out that even her wounds just disappeared. She almost thought that the war was just a dream of not for even her scars that left back from her childhood was also gone.

"Could the Allied Kingdoms have captured us?If this was the enemy's base, they should not shame me since I'm a noble. Right? What about my companions? Damn! Hopefully their fine or not.." She was thinking them, apart from the Knight Captain who was a local lord, the rest has no titles whatsoever. "I could- No! I can't be rash or it could end in a horrible way. Who knows if there are guards on the opposite side of the door. Heck, this place should be littered by their soldiers."

"But, where am I?" She suddenly realized that she wasn't inside a ship! The room where she in doesn't even sway!

"Did they returned to their home? Another base or maybe this is Our territory! Did they already landed! No! I need to go out!" She was full of questions and the more she think the more she thought of a horrible possibility!

Just as she was about to stand up and look for a weapon to use, she heard footsteps coming towards the door. The experience of her training and some actual combat can perceived that two pairs of feet were coming.

Female footsteps? Who could it be?

She immediately hid at the corner of the door and patiently waited for those people to enter. Using a chair, made out of unknown material and surprisingly it was light and also sturdy. If she can knocked one of them and capture the other one. She then can interrogate and learn something useful.

She really didn't want to be clueless again, like the secret weapon they used. She don't want to experience again the fear of the unknown.

The footsteps stopped right in front of the door.

She was slightly nervous but since the footsteps were made by two unknown female, she should overpower them slightly since she trained on closed combat.

As the beating of her heart intensified, the door was suddenly opened by a middle-aged woman followed by a young girl, who was a little older than Scarlet.

She was about to slam the chair on the middle-aged woman but before she could do that she realized that the two in front of her was slightly familiar, no, too familiar to be exact!

"WHAY ARE YOU DOING!" The Queen spoke, surprised as her second daughter, who she wanted to see, was holding a chair and was about to slam it towards her!

Before this, Luis told them that Scarlet has already woken up. Upon hearing it, both the Queen and the First Princess excitedly went to see her but upon opening the door, they saw something unexpected.

"MOM! SISTER! You two were captured too!?"

Before Scarlet was about to say more, she was suddenly hugged by her mom and sister.

"SCARLET! Oh! I thought I would loose you! You know how many times I wanted to close my eyes since I saw you like that!? But I didn't dare to sleep not even rest since if I opened my eyes the next time, I would suddenly heard that you're gone!" The Queen crying, tightly hugged her daughter and making sure that this was real. She doesn't want to loose any one she loved.

"Little sister! I'm sorry! We have promised each other when we were kids. I promised that I would treat any injuries and making sure that you are safe! But-but I couldn't! Good thing something like this happened or else I wouldn't know what to do! Sarah was also crying and hugged her at the back.

As she was hugged both by her mom and her big sister, though bewildered, she unconsciously kept quiet as seeing their tears.

"Mom? Sister?" Feeling their bodies tremble.

It was a few minutes later did both of them adjusted their mood and wiped their tears. Scarlet then decided to ask them what had happened.

"What!? I was injured? Lost my arm? Almost died!?" As she heard, she was more and more bewildered as hearing the things they heard, especially part were her arm was separated!

"Are you kidding? Stop joking mom, sister. Look! I still have my arm and I'm currently healthy! Well even my scars were gone but I was dying?" She naturally didn't believe it! Wait!

"You mean apart from me and some of the crew, most of them died on the way including the Knoght Captain!?"
