9 Sora vs Irene

the next morning Sora slowly woke up as he sensed Irene was not sleeping by his side. after the fun that had last night, Sora thought she would say.

Sora fell into deep thought as he remembered something from his past. within a small village, red-haired teaching him to read. Sora's heart shook, holding his head he tried to remember her face,

flashback.

"Stay down here, I will draw them away. wait a few minutes before running," a little red-haired girl said to a fearful kid, before giving him a deep hug. she ran off and quickly closed the door behind her before running off as drew the attention of the dark mage.

"E... E..." Sora fell to the ground in pain as he tried to say her name, but all he could remember it started with E.

'i have an elder sister?' Sora thought as he quickly got dressed and ran out to find Irene who left. Irene frowned seeing Sora entering her room.

"do I have a sister? where is she?" Sora asked before she could say anything, Irene's words were caught in her throat.

"Y-yes. come sit, I will explain everything." She said with a sigh softly. Sora sat down and waited for her to speak. but Irene didn't know where to start, they sat there quiet for some time before Sora broke it and told her what he remembered.

"is Erza alright?" Irene asked in shock, Sora's mind seemed to shake before memories began returning to her.

"How do you know Erza?" Sora asked as he held his head in pain,

"she is my..." Irene said as her eyes landed on the tattoo on Sora's hands which was slowly glowing. but she couldn't finish her words

"The tower of heaven... my sister is there," Sora said as turned and jumped, turning into a red dragon. Irene stapped her staff on the ground, enchanting the walls entrapping Sora, but to her shock, Sora's enchanting capability was better than hers. Sora broke her enchantment and shot through the roof, before flying towards Ishgar.

Irene flashed as she transformed into a pink dragon, Sora's eyes shrank as Irene appeared above her. he quickly turned to block her attack, but he was second too slow. he slammed heavily into a mountain, before Irene landed on top of her, and slammed her dragon claw against his face.

"I said I will kill you if you ever try to betray the empire." She said coldly.

"i'm not even a part of this empire, i'm regaining my memories. I never once met you." Sora said as he tried to struggle free. but Irene's dragon claws suddenly dug into his chest, Sora let out a roar of pain,

"We never met? I brought you into this world, you..." She said angrily as if remembering someone. Sora's roar of pain only got louder, before he suddenly let out an iron dragon roar which sent Irene flying into the sky.

slowly flying up, Sora covered his chest in pain. irene flying above her coldly looked at him,

"get out of this empire. if you ever return, I will kill you." She said coldly, Sora gritted his teeth, he was cut offer guard by her sudden attack. She was stronger than him, but Sora had copied her. although it would be a hard battle, Sora could put up a good fight and retreat if need

"What do you by brought me into this world. you not much older than me." Sora said coldly. Irene's killing intent slowly grew, Sora gritted his teeth, with his current injuries he was no match for her. unwilling, he turned and flew off towards Ishgar

Irene watched him leave as memories flashed across her head. memories that she had suppressed out of love for her child

more than 20 years into the past, Irene was trapped in a dragon form. but a powerful wizard was able to help her regain a human form, and with this, she tried to live a normal life. but she was a real dragon that had taken a human form, she was still a dragon, but looked like a human.

her senses were too powerful, she lost all sense of taste, and she was unable to enjoy the life of a human. this drove her crazy, making her go almost mad.

but she met a friend, a red-haired woman who was also pregnant. she was able to hiddle the suffering being with her, they pretty much became a sister. the red-haired girl also had a daughter named Ellie.

the red-haired woman and Irene ended up giving birth to their child on the same day. sadly, Irene's friend died giving birth. She hated Sora to the core, but she had to help Sora be born.

but her mental state was degrading over time, she wanted to steal Erza's body, but she could bring herself to. She wanted to get revenge for her friend, but she knew her friend wouldn't want that.

in the end, she left Sora, Erza, and Sora's elder sister and had them live like siblings before she got away from them. she was a danger to them, and she feared if she stayed with them, she might end up doing it.

she already made a mistake and slept with Sora, she almost killed Sora. last night she thought she could be the mother to Sora, Sora lost his memories, and she wanted to start over and be the mother Sora could never have. yet even that she failed, so before anything else could happen she wanted Sora to leave. she was an unstable mess,

Sora remembered he had a twin, but that was Erza. his elder sister was a few years older than him, and Sora's memories had been messed up ever since he arrived in this world.

it didn't help that Erza and his elder sister both were quite similar, both being brave and heroic in his eyes. it's one of the reasons he is drawn toward Erza, she reminded him of the person he looked up to while going up, even though he didn't remember her.

Irene hoped to never see the 2 again, for so many days she have tried to kill Sora. but now he was safe, far away from her...

(I wanted this to be a huge plot twist, but I realized some people might start dropping and stuff... and I was having my fun making you all thing stuff. so many people with dirty minds)

meanwhile, Sora flew across the sea at high speed as he remembered everything. he relaxed slightly as he had nothing to rush for, but he was confused now. who was he going to question about his elder sister? thinking slightly, he remembered there were a few people who survived and left the tower. he would have to hunt each and every last one of them down. Sora headed towards fairy tail, as they were with the fairy tail members when he last met them.

about only a day later, Sora appeared in Ishgar and headed toward the Magnolia Town located in the Kingdom of Fiore.

everyone within Magnolia at this moment was having annual Fantasia, but it was interrupted by Laxus Dreyar starting the Battle of Fairy Tail. Laxus was the grandson of the fairy tail guilder master, one of the strongest members within the guild. he had sat the Thunder Palace around all of Magnolia and had it set to go off

currently, Erza and everyone within the fairy tail were about to lunch attacks to destroy the Thunder Palace. A Magic spell in which the user creates multiple Lacrima filled with enormous amounts of Lightning Magic and suspends them high up in the air in a circular formation around the target.

When the orbs are released, everything below the circle is struck by powerful lightning bolts. If all the Lacrimas are released at once, this spell is said to be powerful enough to destroy the entire Magnolia Town. If the orbs are destroyed by an outside force, the attacker is instantly electrocuted through Organic Link Magic.

as they were all about to attack, everyone within Magnolia froze as they saw a huge dragon appear in the sky. Natsu and Gajeel who fought Laxus who was also a dragon slayer also froze to look at this newcomer, their nose twitching as they knew they seemed this dragon before.

"..." Sora looked down at the whole city, his sharp eyes seeing everything. slowly landed outside the fairy tail guild hall, destroyed all of the orbs in the sky, and was instantly electrocuted he eat the lightning.

slowly, Sora began transforming back into a human. the fairy tail guild member all came to see what was going on and were shocking seeing Sora standing there butt naked.

"you're alive." Erza was overjoyed seeing Sora, but she quickly blushed and turned away, along with a few other females. but they couldn't help but throw a look at that perfect physique, the size of that thing, they could find no flaw. although that mark on his chest was a flaw, it could be overlooked

"... what are you doing here?" Sora smile from seeing Erza disappear upon seeing Gajeel, and Juvia... and Sue... and Boze.

"The phantom lord guild has been disbanded," Juvia said softly, Sora frowned deeply here. everyone seeing this slowly got on guard, not sure if Sora might attack.

"p-put your clothes on first," Sue said as she looked away from Sora with a blush when her brother caught her looking for a second too long. Sora was shocked seeing he was naked, he didn't feel a thing. this new body of his was so resistant to the cold. with a flash, clothing appeared on Sora

"so you're a dragon this whole time?" Natsu asked as he walked up to Sora.

"no, I just transformed into it. I can use magic I have seen." Sora said calmly before turning towards Erza

"Erza, I need to speak to those who left the tower of heaven. the reason I was there was to find someone, but since it's destroyed, I can only ask them for help." Sora said stunning Erza and those who were at the tower of heaven.

"They didn't join the guild and choose to travel on their own. they said they would join their own guilds... sorry." Erza said softly, Sora shook his head

"you have nothing to be worried about..." Sora said softly as silence fell. Juvia and Sue frowned seeing how Sora and Erza were acting, it was clear they were in love. they both looked at each other before nodding, they didn't need to say a word to know that had to take down Erza

suddenly lightning fell from the sky, aimed towards Sora, Sora opened his mouth and eat the lightning. he had copied Laxus when he had arrived. So, he could now eat lightning.

"not bad..." Sora said as looked towards the top of the fairy tail guild hall. Laxus was shocked seeing Sora eating his lightning, he didn't expect Sora to also be a lightning dragon slayer.

"Laxus," Erza said angrily, but Laxus snorted and with crossed arms, looked down upon Sora.

"After we kicked you sorry guilds ass, a few of them joined fairy tail. did you come to join as well?" He asked mockingly, Sora frowned hearing his words,

"Laxus right? you're nothing like the fairy tail guild master." Sora said softly,

"I take that as a compliment," Laxus said with a smile as lightning slowly covered his body.

"is it? the guild master is wase, you're an arrogant cocky brat. with a hint of cowardly, who attacks someone who not paying attention." Sora asked as lightly also covered his body. Laxus was enraged by Sora's words and shot down with a lightning fist.

Sora smiled as he was about to counter with his own fast, but he suddenly coughed up blood, as the injury from his chest was not healed up. he didn't even treat it yet and allowed his dragon physique to do all the healing, but even so, he would need more than a few days to heal. the damage was deep.

Sora quickly blocked the punch and was sent sliding backward.

"haha, is this all you had? when I heard the blood demon that destroyed 2 dark guilds on his own within a day, I expected more." Laxus said as his fist came flying towards Sora.

Sora wrapped the blood off from the side of his mouth while catching Laxus's fist with his other hand. Erza who was about to help Sora was shocked to see this scene.

Sora writ off his shirt, revealing the dragon claw imprint on his chest. everyone was so forced on his perfect physique, that they overlook the imprint on his chest was not a normal imprint but an injury which hasn't healed

"thats a dragon claw... I'm sure of it." Natsu said softly, Gajeel nodded in agreement as they matched Sora using healing magic to heal himself.

"... my strength is something a brat like yourself can't comprehend. a dragon slayer? you will have trouble slaying a chicken with your strength." Sora said as he slowly put pressure on the hand holding Laxus hands, making Laxus scream in pain before he tried punching Sora.

But before his fist could touch Sora, Sora put more power into his hand, the sound of bones cracking sounded, as Laxus fell to his knees while holding his hand.

"what were you saying about my guild?" Sora asked as his eyes slowly began glowing red, but his chest was filled with pain. Sora let go of Laxus, who quickly used this chance to attack.

"Die," Laxus yelled as he took a deep breath, but before he could attack. he was sent flying by Erza, Laxus was enraged as he quickly landed on his feet, he let out a roar as a beam of lightning shot towards them.

but the beam of lightning turned as it flew towards Gajeel who had made a lightning roar that attracted the lightning before he and Natsu rushed towards laxus.

"... you're injured are not light, the claw was around your heart. you could have died, your lungs are also damaged" Erza asked as she laid Sora down and checked his injuries

"I just fought a dragon slayer..." Sora said softly as he remembered his past life and Irene. he had a strange feeling towards her, and the feeling was even stronger towards Irene... was it a warning sign which he got confused with love? looking at it closely, he didn't have this feeling with Juvia, and Juvia never once turned into a dragon and stabbed her claw into his chest.

But was it a warning? Sora was confused, what was he feeling, he knew he felt happy near Erza. But he also got a similar feeling from Irene, what were these emotions. Sora wanted to leave but, Erza frowned him down to rest on her lap.

"you always disappeared before I could tell you how I feel... every time i'm around you, I also feel like something I searched for all my life is found. I have known you for a short amount of time, yet it feels like I knew you for a long time. I don't know if this is love, but I feel like I lost a huge part of myself when you leave." She said softly,

Sora was left in confusion, was she laying so she could find a way to steal his power? this sounded similar to the stuff he said to her, so she could be laying... but he felt she was telling the truth, his heart was telling him to trust her, yet his brain was telling her she would steal everything he has hang him to a fan and watch him die.

but what did she have to steal? none other than his power to copy stuff, maybe she had special magic which he couldn't copy and allowed her to steal magic and made him feel close to her...
