29 She can't stay here anymore
After the call when Drihn is the one who answered Hiro never called again. So Layla thought that he gave up already. But that's not the case. He was just biding his time waiting for the perfect time to approach her again. And that time came rather quickly just after two weeks Hiro called her again.
"She's here"
"Who are you talking about? " Layla is rather confused.
"She's here, Lei is here"
"What Lei came? "shock ran through her
"I thought she's not keen on coming here"
"I said that you got married"
"Damn you! Don't let me see you or I'll rip you to shreds" Layla is shivering with anger.
"Yes I will appear infront of you and I'll make sure you get your head straight. Do you really think you can run away? We let you be an actress because it's your passion but your freedom in acting doesn't include marriage" Hiro coldly said
"Try me, I can acquire my freedom. Remember it's only ten years. And that is ending soon" A noise is heard outside the door. She hurriedly hang up and chase after the culprit. Base on her movements it's not the first time she did this. And she's atleast a professional in chasing after someone. Her moves, her speed and the aura she's emitting. Everything screams I'm a professional in this. But why would a heiresss be professional at this? It only means one thing, things are not like what it shows on the surface. The person got caught after a fews turns.
The man is already running out of breath when Layla caught up without even a hint of sweat.
"Why are you chasing after me? " panting heavily the man ask
"Why are you running away? "
"Because you're chasing me? "
"Don't give me stupid reasons" Layla coldly stare at the man. The her right now is unlike the usual gentle her when facing other people.
"Ha! so you're really red. And here I thought that my boss have become stupid ordering me to spy on a spoiled young heiresss"
"Who sent you? "
The man still not paying heed to her question continue his own monologue . "When I asked boss why, he just said that your favorite color is red. I even rock my brains to think about the reason. Maybe boss is interested in you, maybe boss change his type and wants a different one, maybe boss turned stupid or maybe he's now old and is just thinking using his lower part. But you just prove that my boss is still the same. He is so awesome, who would have thought that Red is hiding from the limelight by being in the limelight. Ah! boss you're still the boss I admire. "
From this Layla got a hold of many information though vague she can still deduce some things. First, someone ordered him to monitor her. Second, someone already knows her whereabouts.Third, someone betrayed her. Fourth, that guy's boss is viewed like a god in his subordinates eyes. There are only few of such people existing. It looks like she can't here anymore. She need to get everything done at the fastest speed and leave.
