Chapter 9
"Excuse me miss, I'm here to return a lost cat" Xander said while pointing at Shiina. "Huh? We don't have any cat he-" She stopped midway when she followed his finger, and saw a young girl with blonde hair. "..shit, Mashiro, I was suppose to pick you up, I'm sorry I got too drunk and forgot about it" Sengoku Chihiro apologized for her blunder.
Xander face palmed hearing this, 'Can this woman really take care of her? Wait, what happened to Sorata? Isn't he supposed to be the one who's gonna pick Shiina?' Shiina just tilted her head not understanding why Chihiro is apologizing. "She's apologizing since she forgot picking you up and haved fun on her own" Xander explained as Shiina's face gained some kind of enlightenment.
"Hey kid, you're quite good at understanding her, would you like to be her caretaker?" Chihiro suddenly proposed an idea that made Xander's head ache even more. "Sigh, you don't even know me, how could you just hand this responsibility to a stranger?" Xander said as he shooked his head. "You're a bad person? I can't seem to see that" Chihiro tried her luck again. "Anyway, I can't take care of her, I know that she has a mentality of a child but, she's still a girl you know, I'll just visit her from time to time" Xander said while staring at the naive girl he met at the convenience store.
"Sigh, I can't force you now, can I? Thank you for bringing her back kid, My names Sengoku Chihiro, what's yours?" Chihiro gave her gratitude towards Xander while asking for his name. "Xander Ranvil, you can just call me Xander, goodbye Sengoku-san, Shiina-san, its already late, I need to sleep" Xander said as he started going back to the road while waving his hand.
Xander went to a alley and when he noticed that there's no one, he used his teleportation and immediately arrived at his room. 'So this is what the interesting thing that the system added huh?' Xander wondered if its just Sakurasou was added or are there other works plugged in this world.
'Still this reward is...kind of unique, does it want me to become that?'

"Should I become a author?" Xander started thinking about this, picked his laptop and started writing the light novel. He doesn't have to worry about grammatical problems since he's just shamelessly plagiarising the original work.
After writing for 3 hours he finally finished 1 volume. He stopped since its already late and he still need to wake up early tomorrow to make bento for the whole Student Council members. He closed his laptop and put it inside his bag, he turned off the lights and went to the bed where he immediately fall asleep because of the exhaustion.
The next morning Xander woke up early and started preparing their bento, after cooking everyone's portion he stored in his Storage, as he also started preparing for school. He took a shower and wore his uniform, he went out and just walked towards Kuoh Academy.
He encountered Tsubaki at the entrance where he handed her all the lunch boxes, she thanked him for doing something so troublesome, which he accepted happily. "Just announce that I did this to gain their blessings for pursuing Sona" Xander winked at Tsubaki intending for her to catch his intention.
When Xander was walking in the hallway he was stopped by an Art teacher, saying that after class he should come to the teacher's office because they have something to talk about. Xander accepted his words and continued walking towards his classroom, he followed his daily routine of sleeping without caring for the lessons since his knowledge is already at University level.
At lunch, Xander went to the rooftop to meet his favorite Kouhai, which he saw sitting in the bench waiting for him to hand the lunch box. "Sorry I was late, the teacher stopped me for a few minutes" Xander said while sitting beside Koneko. "No, its fine senpai" Koneko just accepted his reason as she was already salivating for his food. "Oh by the way, did you like the bag?" Xander asked gaining a enthusiastic reply from Koneko "Yes!! I really loved it" Koneko smiled sweetly.
"That's great" Xander said while patting her head making her squirm in joy. "Senpai, what do you do when you're at home? Koneko asked, curious about her Senpai's hobbies when he's alone. "Recently, I've been writing a light novel story, I'm quite confident that it would become a big work since I am the one who made it after all" Xander said while raising his chin, making Koneko stare at him with bored eyes "You can really be narcisstic sometimes, Senpai" Koneko said while turning her face with a hmp.
Xander suddenly took Koneko and placed her in his lap "Hyaa.." Koneko squeaked startled by the sudden move. "What are you doing, Senpai?" Koneko said while slowly raising her right fist ready to put a dent on Xander's body. "Wait, wait, put that don't first Neko-chan, although my body is quite sturdy I'm not ready for pain yet!" Xander said while trying to calm Koneko. "Oh by the way, how come you're body didn't grow sexy when you're eat too mu-" Xander's body suddenly flew at quite a distance. "You're the worst" Koneko said while her eyes is being covered by her hair.
'I'll stop messing with her next time' Xander thought with a defeated smile on his face.

After eating with Koneko, Xander was about to enter the Student Council room when he suddenly heard a series of moaning coming from it. He kicked the door with a camera in hands and screamed "Stop! Stop defiling the school grounds by doing erotic things!" He shouted with a righteous look on his face while constantly clicking the camera. Everyone stopped what they are doing and slowly turned their head towards Xander with dumbfounded gaze. "Y-You!!, Xander!.." Sona was about to beat him when he suddenly vanished in their sight. ""Xander!!""
Xander was quite satisfied with his harvest as he went back to his classroom and continued his day sleeping in the desk.
After class Xander directly went to Sakurasou to visit Shiina, he was curious to what happened to her when Sorata isn't there to corrupt her. Shiina Mashiro was a higher being that falled in the mortal level because of a insecure guy, in the anime Shiina even deliberately lose a competition just to make Sorata happy, he wishes that Shiina wouldn't win so that they can stay on the same grounds.
Xander arrived at Sakurasou and knocked on the door. Instead of Chihiro, the one who opened the door was a young woman with short brown hair. "Ohh, a guest! What are you doing here~?" Misaki asked with her usual bubbly tone. "I am Xander Ranvil, a friend of Shiina Mashiro" Xander introduced himself while indirectly saying his purpose. "You're a friend of Mashiron!? Wait a minute, I'll call her!" Xander was dumbfounded as the young woman merely left him in the entrance.
Misaki was quite curios about the guy. 'Mashiron's friend? But she only arrived here yesterday, how could he become her friend? He's also wearing a different school's uniform' Misaki kept thinking of the possibilities where Xander and Shiina became friends as she arrived at Shiina's room. "Mashiron~! A friend came her to visit you!" Shiina who is at the table drawing something suddenly stopped and tilted her head "..Friend?" Misaki chose to elaborate more to escape misunderstanding. "He's a handsome guy with gray hair and blue eyes, he said that he's your friend" Shiina eyes shined and she started running downstairs.
Xander has no choice but to stand outside and wait for Shiina to arrive. After a few seconds a loud footsteps could be heard. "..Xander" Shiina said while panting, Xander smiled when he saw her still alive in one piece. "You're still alive huh? I thought you wouldn't last a day here" Xander said with a teasing smile on his face. "Rude" Shiina pouted at his words. Upon seeing that they really know each other Misaki invited Xander in and lead him to the living room.
Xander asked the question he came here for. "By the way, who is handling this girl? She can't take care of herself right? Xander said gaining a light blow on his side by Shiina. "Oh, I'm the one taking care of Shiina~!" Misaki joyfull said. "Then I can be at ease, even though you act like a child, you at least can handle a responsibilty" Xander complimented Misaki gaining a light blush from the alien girl.
Misaki was curious about him too so he asked. "I didn't introduce myself yet right? My name is Kamiigusa Misaki, a student in Suimei University of Arts and a Animation Designer~!"
Misaki introduced herself with great vigor. "Oh, I'm Ranvil Xander, a student of Kuoh Academy and a aspiring author" Xander also introduced himself to Misaki. "Ohh!! A author huh~? Do you have any work?" Misaki asked excitedly, unknowingly closing her distance with him.
