In the underworld, 4 people could be seen sitting in a round table while discussing about something. "Serafall, why did you call a emergency meeting?" Ajuka asked while looking at the serious looking Serafall. The others were also wondering what is this about but they kept quiet since this is one of the rare times that Serafall is taking something seriously.

"Just earlier in the morning, the Kuoh Academy was attacked" Serafall said while looking at them. "What!?" Sirzechs was the one who reacted strongly, her sister is also one of the student of that school so he can't help but worry. "Are they okay!?" He asked while Serafall just nodded her head making him sigh in relief.

Ajuka was still staring at Serafall, he doesn't understand what's the connection of this emergency meeting to their sister being attack so he waited. As if understanding Ajuka's thoughts, Serafall explained what happened clearly.

"My sister said they were attack by an newly made organization, that organization is founded with the purpose of opposing the growing alliances of various mythology, and they are being led by the Dragon Ouroboros" Serafall said making them concern, a organization with the head being the 2nd strongest being is rather worrying.

They started to take this seriously, even the lazy Falbium is wide awake now that they heard the information. "Serafall, are your informations true?" Falbium asked as he stared Serafall in the eyes. "That's the problem, I came to inform you of the possibility, I don't know if its real but just by thinking that there is an organization out there that are being led by the being made me decide to inform you about it" Serafall said while sighing, although the other Satans were even more serious now, handling a unknown truth is more terrifying than knowing it.

They started talking about it however Serafall wasn't done yet "There is more, and this is the most scary if its really true" They perked their ears when they saw that Serafall has a complicated look on her face. "What's even more scary than this, Serafall?" Sirzechs asked as he couldn't take it anymore, more unknown variables means they can't prepare for it.

"So-tan said that the man he took the information from came from a faction named Nilrem, it's leader is Euclid Lucifuge who is in service of ...Rizevim Livan Lucifer" Their eyes shrinked when they heard that, the mere thought of them still living is giving them head ache.

The kept quiet for a few seconds before Sirzechs finally spoke "It seems like its time to push that plan huh" He said while having a determined look on his face. "Are you serious, Sirzechs?" Ajuka asked as he know what plan Sirzechs is talking about, pushing that plan would result of a change in the whole Biblical Mythology.

"We can't helped it, it would be better if the others know about it before they can attack first, although we still don't know if its true or not, my instinct is literally screaming at me right now to start the plan" Sirzechs said making the others nod their head. "Okay, Serafall, you will be the one to inform the other factions and Ajuka please get ready for the incoming meeting" Sirzechs instructed them and was about to end their meeting.

Ajuka then remembered something they missed in the meeting. "Wait a minute, Serafall you forgot to mention why the organization even attacked your sister" the others also turned their heads towards Serafall who have a happy smile on her face. "Right! I forgot to tell everyone that my sister is already engaged~!" She said happily making every weirded out by her actions, usually she would hate the person to his very being but she is happy instead? What kind of person is he to gain Serafall's approval. "I see.. congratulations? How about the reason?" Ajuka said making Serafall snapped out of her thoughts.

She nodded her head and started to explain. "Its because of my sister's lover, he gave our family something precious that made the organization look for him, they just couldn't go the my father's territory to take that item right? So they targeted my sister who they know is the fiancé of the man"

They were surprised that an item made a dangerous group like that to reveal themselves. "What is the item that is so precious that it made them rush for it?" Sirzechs asked while thinking of various things.

"I don't know where it came from but Xander called it City Core, its an item that can make you a literal king in your territory, it has many functions and one of them is improving the territory, it can even kick out person that the owner doesn't want to enter, and the only thing you need to do is hand it mana and it can last for centuries with barrier so strong that it can handle my strongest attacks, it has even a firepower that can reduce a army of High rank devils into ashes" they thought about it, if such item really did exist then it could potentially change the system. The item is so versatile that even they wanted something like that.

"Serafall, does this man named Xander still has more of that?" Sirzechs said, they were also curious about it. "Hmm, I think he has more but he said that he wouldn't give anymore since he said that its uses are scary. I even want one but he didn't gave me one" Serafall with a sad voice while the others twitched.

'I think he knew that you would just play with it so he didn't gave you one' that was what on everyone's mind. "Then can you introduce him to us? We want to talk to him if possible" Ajuka asked as he was interested in the artifact that Serafall mentioned.

"Okay! I'll ask him, don't expect too much though, he's always busy. Right I overheard him talking to my father, I think he mentioned about a City Core he made that could shroud the whole underworld itself, though he said that there is a downside" they were interested by what Serafall said,

A City Core that can occupy the whole Underworld? That would be the best for their race. Just the thought of banning any uninvited people in the underworld is rather salivating for them. "No, do your best to make him appear or just invite him in the meeting if possible" Ajuka was more interested now that he heard that, they need to get that core.

After their meeting, Serafall called his Father and Mother. "Hello~? Father? There is something important I want to tell you" Serafall said while his Father replied. "What is it, Serafall? You didn't do any trouble now did you?" Lord Sitri asked thinking that Serafall may have done something.

"Nope~, I am not a child anymore Father! Anyway, there are rats in the mansion, please take care of it, the information about the City Core was already leaked and now they are looking for Xander's information" Lord Sitri turned serious as he nodded his head and thanked Serafall. That day, the whole Sitri Clan was shrouded in darkness as many traitors fall in the ground.

Xander walked to his home while he started thinking whether there is something he needed to do today except for meeting Machida. Seeing as there is nothing, Xander just went home and started drawing the other chapters for the volume 1 of the manga. After writing the whole volume he stopped and went out, he was bored so he ride a train towards the paradise of otakus. Akihabara!

He arrived at Akiba where many people can be seen in the road. This is the first time that Xander went to this place so he don't know many things here, he only knew that if you need some otaku type things then Akiba is the place you're looking for. He went to a manga shop and saw that there are a lot of manga stuffed inside.

He started looking at them and saw that every piece of them was average. There is no art that can be compare to a NTR doujin, no offense, NTR doujin's art are really beautiful, at least most of them. Xander only loved the art, not the thing itself.

When Xander saw that there is nothing special about the manga in this world, he went to the sacred zone. He went to the doujin section. Officially doujinshi means independently published manga, but its widely used around the interwebs to refer to hentai works.

He went to the 2nd floor where the sacred works were placed, he arrived there and started looking at the arts of it. He was disappointed when he saw that even doujin didn't have beautiful art, he was about to go down when he saw a person in a white track suit, a cap and a mask. Quite a suspicious get up for him.

Xander walked towards the person and asked "Hello? Is this outfit the trend nowaday- wait, you're still young, why are you in this section?" Xander was about to ask when he saw that the man was still in highschool.

The girl was surprised by his question and started backing away. The suspicious person was about to run when Xander suddenly caught his arm. "L-Let me go!" Xander was quite surprised when he heard the voice, its not a man but a young girl's voice.

The girl was surprised by Xander's strength as she couldn't get away from his grasp no matter what she did. The girl finally gave up as she pointed at Xander. "W-What do you what?!" She asked while glaring at him. "Oh, did it hurt? I'm sorry, this is my first time visiting Akiba so I want someone to tour me in this place" Xander said while scratching the back of his head, the girl heard what he said and started to relax, she thought he might assault her that's why she started running away immediately.

The girl took a long breathe before talking "Why did you choose me? There are a lot of people out there, doesn't it?" She asked while still being wary about this guy, holding a girl out of nowhere and asking her to be his guide.

"Sorry, I just thought that since you came to this section, you might be a comrade too" Xander apologized sincerely since it was indeed rude of him to ask a person he just dragged before. The girl can see the sincerity in Xander's eyes as she finally let go of her suspicion of him.

Xander realized that they still don't know each other so he introduced himself. "Right we haven't introduce ourselves yet, My name is Xander Ranvil, just call me Xander" Xander said while gesturing at the girl to introduce herself. "M-My name is Eriri Spencer Sawamura" Eriri as she introduced herself was fidgeting in her spot wondering if its really a good idea to say her name to this man.

"Oh, Sawamura-san huh, just a random question, but what are you doing here? The books in this place is rather average" Xander said gaining Eriri's attention as she said "Huh!? Are you saying this is average!?" Eriri took a book from a shelf an push it infront of Xander's face.

Xander stared at it for a moment before rating appeared in his mind '6/10' he tilted his and said, "If I were to rate this one then it would reach at least a 6/10" He said plainly as if she was asking for the obvious. Eriri was even more enraged by his words as she took more doujins in the shelf and shoved it to Xander's face. Xander started to rate them, though nothing really passed the 6/10 ratings that he gave, everything was average for him who read a lot of doujins in his past life.

Eriri was finally exhausted from all of things she did, "Hah, hah, hey! Why is your rating about these masterpieces so low! Do you even know how to draw?" Eriri asked while controlling her breath. She never thought that she would see a otaku not appreciating good things like this.

"I mean, they don't really has anything to be proud of, average story getting drawn by a average artist" A arrow pierced Eriri's heart when she heard those words. The works that she picked were her favorite ones so someone insulting them would be and insult to her too.

Xander thought for a moment then got a brilliant idea. "How about a competition? Let's draw a more erotic character, if I win then you're going to give me a tour about this place and if you win, I'm gonna pay for what you will buy today" Eriri immediately accepted the challenge, she don't really care about him paying for her things but him insulting good works made her enrage. "Okay! Let's do it!" Xander took a paper and pencil in his bag and handed it to Eriri, they looked for a table inside this shop and started drawing.
