Upon arriving to the nobles estate I was ushered to his price chamber for him to prove my identity.

Upon seeing the noble I was immediately disappointed, he was fat and sweating profusely even in the cool weather and his disposition only worsened upon seeing me.

Noble-"G…g….greetings Princes I had heard your family had been murdered but I am truly happy to see you in good health." Immediately he began too sick up to me, but I could tell he was already planning something what I wasn't sure but this man was a coward.

Ana-"I am the only survivor of my family, but I can not mourn as I need to lead my people during this turbulent time, I need to announce my survival and meet with what ever war council is still holding on and centralize our defense."

Noble-"Of course your majesty I'll have a telegram sent out and an escort to Chita, where the ministers are securing the fronts."

Within hours I was bathed, fed, and was being escorted to the war council to announce my survival. As for the nobles he was fleeing into Manchuria from what I gathered and taking his families riches with him.

I only made sure he didn't take any military supplies with him, but didn't even try to stop him I didn't need cowards like him many of the nobles were fleeing and rightfully so but I knew I would never be safe if I fled.

Before I met with the minister I used my charges once again but this time I used multiple, one went into Politics, another into efficiency.

Which interacted in interesting ways with my points, as with my espionage and political points I know knew how identity untrustworthy politicians, while my efficiency points pointed on how to make a effective bureaucracy that would allow myself to have large amounts of power while keeping the common people satisfied.

I was eventually escorted to the minister who I my old memories showed me that most were to be trusted while other were to be lightly watched, so I could work with this situation.

Semyon Sokolov-"We are truly excited to hear of your survival your majesty, but sadly we can not truly celebrate your health as we are trying to secure a front line." I knew this man was an actual true loyalist to the Romanov Dynasty.

Ana-"Thank you minister Sokolov, I can actually give this body some information. First any land past the Urals should be written off ass they have completely joined the Soviet cause and with the collapse of the Polish front I sadly do not see a way of taking them.

The political talk continued from here, as we had a lot to discuss on the provisional government and how to even supply a front with what little industry is present in the far East.

With me as a uniting force we were able to plan around using me as a propaganda piece for the national and international stage and after multiple days of back and forth on plans I was heading for Vladivostok for my own safety as if I got hurt or died the provisional went with me.

I would be focusing on gathering international and introducing the new industrial improvements and equipment that I had designed with the help of my perks.

As with all the travel and talking it had been a month since I took over Anastasia body, I put my last original perk into industry which grab me enough knowledge to boot strap an industrial base to the equivalent of the 1950s while the other I put into engineering which did the same as it gave me a basic understanding engineering to the 1950s no Nukes or Saturn five rockets but better engines and guns.

And with the perks interacting with one another allowing me to write comprehensive laws on efficient use of resources and machine use.

So by the time I arrived in Vladivostok in August of 1918 I had a lot of plans, which were promptly interrupted by a force of allied troops from Japan and the USA which had asked to land and help secure the city.

In the governmental "palace" rather the mayors manor that I had requisitioned for my uses my men has escorted one Major Nichols of the 330th Infantry Division along with Major Takagaki of the Japanese Imperial Army.

Ana-"Greetings, Majors I ask we speak in English for this meeting for simplicity sake as to my knowledge that is the only language we are all fluent in."

This was met with agreement from the tow men.

Ana-"Good, now I am going to be up form with you both as I don't have the time or energy to deal with even more politics. First your men will be welcomed into the city And rooms provided as the many hotels don't have anyone visiting, Second I shall ask you to help train the mobilized troops in basic training of the troops translators will be provided and lastly if any of your men have construction experience they are needed to help build or repurpose facilities. Now what do you need to complete these jobs."

Both men looked at one another, in both of there cultures for a 16 year old girl to speak to two men that way was mind boggling. But she was a empress of an entire nation she got some leeway.

Major Nichols was the first to speak, "Your majesty, I have not problem completed those jobs and no fighting is a blessing to my men and I but I know on my mid is will you be suppling food for our men?" The last thing he wanted was his men to starve or have to go and hit For there own food.

Ana then looked amount her various files for a moment till she found one bearing the seal do the Russian navy.

Ana-"With the Soviets navy half way across the world, our own navy which was mostly made of patrol and other small to medium craft we have repurposed them into fishing ships.

As our food situation while stable before lacked large amount of meat for rations, so our fleet has begun fishing and hunting in the deep ocean."

The men nodded, while Ana felt a little bad for what she had to do to provide better rations and increase the moral of the Loyal populations, she ordered at least 10 whale to be hunted along with seals and other animals.

This also provided a distraction for our sailors as with some speeches, promises of land and perk help, they were mostly convinced of there great duty.

The majors asked some more questions about the training and how to communicate with the locals.

With the incoming allied troops helping calm the nerves of the population and our military taking multiple key locations along the Siberian railways I focused on the industry of the far East.

The Russian government had not invested greatly into the industry of the area much to my annoyance now but what was here was based around food production and the naval shipyards.

Naval production was a multi faceted chain from steel for the hull to shells for the guns, the steel mills didn't change much but repurposed factories began pumping out the new firearms I had developed based off the Sten Gun as it is extremely cheap and quick to make with little change in our factories.

As much as I would like to go straight for Ak-47 we didn't have the time to teach workers and make new machines to make the specialized part, these were a boon for our soldiers compared to the Soviet using Mosins for urban combat.

The tractor factories have also been requisitioned for building new half tracks that were based off the M-2 Half track, they were being used from suppliers to juryrigged tanks and armored cars.

With the production of various military supplies slowly began production I was approached by the incoming ambassadors from the allied government for licensing agreements.

I knew that they were wanting them for study as the war had proven that Bolt actions were a thing of the past and more close quarter weapons were needed.

I after some dealing was able to secure more military supplies from the various allies that they no longer needed with the peace in Germany.

Which meant I was on an even shorter timer as the world was tired of war and they wanted there sons home.
