6 Chapter 5

Poe turns around and says ' I thought you were better than that Rey'.
I begin to cry. Not just with heartache but knowing that I have disappointed one if my only friends.
A few hours later...
My sobs begin to come to a halt and I gather myself together. My eyes, still swollen from crying. I begin to head back towards my room. Luckily, this time I hadn't seen Finn or Poe. I really don't want to face either of them right now. I know one day I will have to tell Finn but by how Poe reacted I am scared to even face him.
I get to my room and close the door. Trying not to disturb anyone. I slide my back down against the wall, breathing a sigh of relief and sorrow. My eyes begin to become heavy and I let sleep take me.

"You know I can take whatever I want," kylo says, cruelty in his voice. He begins to enter my mind. Fear is now coursing through my veins. I tremble a little in fear, hoping he doesn't notice. He doesn't, luckily.
"You're so lonely... so afraid to leave," he says as he searches through my memories of my childhood. " Don't be afraid .. I feel it too" my heart beings racing, knowing that I was helpless. "I'm not giving you anything" I reply with bitterness and despite in it. "at night...so desperate to sleep. Imagine an ocean. I see it... I see the Island. And Han solo... you feel like he's the father you never had. He would have disappointed you." he continues the search for the map in my mind.
"GET OUT MY HEAD!" I yell back with anger filed inside me. " I know you've seen the map. It's in there somewhere and now you will give it to me." he says sinisterly. He continues to be the search through my mind, his hand getting closer to my face. With everything I had I resist the temptation to give in.

I wake up screaming. My heart racing with fear. I try to slow down my breathing but it makes it worse I begin panting with panic. I let out another scream. Hoping that someone nearby would hear. All of a sudden, the door opens and Finn comes rushing in. I breathe a sigh of relief.
"Rey what happened?!" Finn says with urgency.
