Reason

The old man carried the unconscious boy towards a clear area that looked like a camp site. He than poured various pills and poitions in the boys mouth.

"*Sigh* It's almost time" The old man said as he looked up into the sky, seeming lost in his thoughts. He had been doing this for a few years now.

....

Woken up by a sweet aroma and a growling stomach, Henry felt something heavy on him but all he saw was darkness. Digging deep he pushed away the heavy blanket made of animal fur. His vision was greeted by the starry sky.

Sitting up he looked around and his eyes landed on a big piece of meat that was being roasted over a fire. The meat was big enough to feed an entire family for days and still have some leftovers.

Despite the growling stomach and strong urge to devour the meat Henry held himself back and just sat there like a puppy staring at the meat.

"Your finally awake " A few minutes later the old man came back with some clothes.

"Thank you Uncle Hue" Henry said as he got up and took his clothes.

"Wear that and I'll prepare the meat" Uncle Hue said as he lifted the huge meat off the fire.

Henry moved towards a nearby river. Although his body was healed, fatigue was still eating at him and his right chest was slightly numb but there wasn't any wounds or scars. This caused his movement to be sluggush but the prospect of food kept his movements going.

Henry came back cleaned and wearing new clothes. He made his way back to the camp site and took his seat. Looking at the hungry boy, "Uncle Hue" prepared the meat and served it on a makeshift ice plate. They sat down and ate in silence.

*Burp* *Burp*

The two men let out satisfied burps after they had their fill. The seemingly endless meat was finished and a large bone was left behind.

"Time to go kid" Uncle Hue placed out the fire and got ready to move. He said as he looked at the kid who seemed surprised.

"Are we finally going out again? ." Henry was surprised by this. For the past few years his training had changed all of a sudden and got harder and he was brought here and hasn't left since. Henry stopped wondering when he would leave as his uncle would always dodge that question.

"Yep... And there is a surprise waiting for you" Uncle Hue said with a smile.

"What is it? " Henry asked, somewhat excited.

"Patience, patience" Uncle hue laughed.

They made their way outside the forest and appeared infront of a small door that seemed to be floating in the air. This was a training area designed to mimic an environment, some training grounds would be as hot as a desert while some would be as cold as the artic, one couldn't tell this from being on the inside though.

Opening the door they were greeted by a spacious hall with tall pillars, the hall gave off a vintage vibe. Multiple doors simular to the one they just exited from, could be seen lined up next to each other, they led to other training grounds.

"Go and pack a few cloths I will meet up with you outside" arriving outside uncle Hue instructed him.

Coming outside Henry watched as his uncle dissappear under the moonlight. The sky was brightly lit by the moon with a few stars barely visible.

This is the private property of one of the five royal families located in the middle of hope city, the city where humans made their last stand and also the smallest human city.

The castle in the distance, the stores, the restaurants and other establishments that Henry was looking at were all property of this one family. It was not as big as a normal morden town simular to the old 21st century but it was not small either. The buildings and resembled that of the 21st century with a few advances here and there. Giant walls could be seen in the distance enclosing the entire area.

Not sparring a glance at the suburb sized town, Henry turned around and made a few turns that lead him outside of the town, there weren't that many people outside pluse it was night time which made it easier to navigate. A small distance away from the town was a "French"-style mansion with the words "Orphanage" by the gate stood.

"It's been a while" Entering the mansion Henry felt nostalgia kick in. Making his way through the dilapidated state of the mansion, he came to his room. The dark corridors was brightly light by the strong moonlight coming through the large windows. The mansion didn't seem like it had any other sauce of light.

Although the intirior was filled with exquisite furniture all of it was in a horrible state and dust was lying everywhere on the ground.

Henry pushed open a door and entered with a smile but it quickly faded as his eyes stopped it's search around the room. Two beds cound be seen on each side of the room, one of which looked like it has been in use recently and the other had a collection of dust.

"I guess he's not here, huh? " Henry said as he looked at the messy side of the room.

He sat down by a desk and started writing a letter. A smile unknowingly formed on his face as he wrote the letter. After packing what little he had in a small backpack, Henry went outside and found his uncle waiting for him.

"Have you said your goodbyes? " Uncle Hue asked.

"Hmh but Alex isn't here" Henry nodded with a response.

"Do you wish to visit your sister? " Uncle Hue asked

"Are we going to be gone for a long time? " Hearing the question Henry's expression changed and a hint of sadness was visible so he inquired.

*Sigh*

Uncle hue didn't respond but grabbed Henry's arm and Henry's vision went dark but then quickly returned to normal. Well not entirely normal as his stomach churned and he felt like throwing up what he had eaten, it took a while but the dizziness and headringing stopped.

Henry looked around the hospital they were in and instantly understood where he was, he turned around and made his way as if familiar with the way.

Coming infront of a door Henry hasitated at first but still opened the door and made his way towards the bed. A lady that was wearing a maids outfite stood besides the bed, she quietly stood up and left.

Looking at the woman with heaven defying beauty, lying still and peacefully he got emotional. His heart arched as he sat down besides her. He closed his eyes and memories of the past started flooding in. This was his older sister that raised him when their parents left them but because of the family bloodline she was reduced to this state.

"I'll save you" after a few minutes of silence Henry finally opened his eyes and declared. His eyes were filled with determination. He stood up and kissed the girl on the forehead before turning to leave.

"Thank you very much" Leaving the room Henry thanked the maid that was waiting outside the room to which she simply smile and went back inside.

The door opposite of Henry also opened up and a mascular man Clad in armor came out. Inside the room a woman of heavenly beauty but with much older age could be seen also lying peacefully on a bed.

The man was very tall and almost reached the ceiling, his red and black armor almost couldn't contain his hug muscles but in contrast to his masculine body his face which was also masculine had a calm expression but not any kind of calm expression but the kind that belonged to a little boy in front of his parents.

"Uncle hue?" The man didn't spare a glance at Henry and left, he stop a few distance away when he saw a familiar face.

"Young Vlad, nice to see you" Uncle Hue said with a smile as he got up.

"Yeah it's been a while" a calm yet strong voice sounded as Vlad nervously smiled.

Henry watched on from the side as they greeted each other and conversed but Vlad quickly left after saying his goodbyes. Henry was surprised to see a man like Vlad show so much respect to someone like his uncle especially considering this man's reputation.

"Ready to go?" Uncle Hue asked with a smile.

"I'm ready" Henry responded with a strong voice.
