Trust has to be earned, not built

In business field one has to be very sharp and ruthless. There is no place for emotion in business. Mingyu is no less. He is ruthless business man, learnt all the things from his grandfather. After he took over the Shen industries, He took it to great heights by expanding the business everywhere.

One thing he learnt at the young age is that, there is no limit for learning. One can not be know-it -all person. As the time evolves, the knowledge evolves.

So when he started the position in the company, He hired a subject matter expertise to do research on the every field of his company and send him reports every week. this is one of the reason he was on top of the Game.

When he reached office, He called for a urgent management Meeting. He always had his employees in control. but recently he heard a report that Fu ming was creating lot of problems. He also came to know that she has a very bad attitude towards fellow employee. Mingyu doesn't look down on people because of their wealth and status and he abors such people. He was planning to get rid of her even if his father didn't mention about it.

Though employees know Mingyu doesn't raise his temper unnecessarily, He is like a military officer. He expects his employees to disciplined and follow company protocol. All the heads rushed to the meeting and was prepared to answer if any questions fired towards them.

Even Ling was rushed to the meeting from comp shop, Yun made sure Tai is fine and came just for the meeting.

Mingyu entered the meeting with Ling and Yun on the sides. Everyone was surprised to see the new face Ling. But no one had guts to raise a question their Boss.

Mingyu sat at center and asked Yun to start PPT on screen behind. Already he had planned on restructuring the entire team.

Mingyu asked Yun to quickly go through the organization restructure . The new structure of management didn't include Fu Ming, Lot of people were happy seeing that.

Then Mingyu looked at his team and spoke in a authoritative tone.

" I hope you all understood new responsibilities, You guys are already aware of Qing Yun. She will replace the posting of Jiang Yu. She will oversee the administrative and management responsibilities. "

He pointed at Ling at his side and said

"This is Gao Ling, She is my assistant and research head. Going forward, All the research reports should be forwarded to her".

And he paused and continued

" Marketing Manager Fu Ming decided to take a break for personal reasons from the current job and she is going to her support her Family business. I request all of you Congratulate and send her off today, Congratulations Ms Fu Ming, we wish you well"

With that he ended and left the room.

Ling was surprised by his quick actions and how ruthless he is in his decision. Overnight he changed the entire empire organization structure. It's not an easy task, it's a mammoth one. if all the people in the room understood or not, she understood that. he doesn't like anyone getting comfortable with the role. if they get comfortable, then it's time for change.

She felt the respect for him increasing. It felt justified that it was good decision to take up a job at Shen industries. She remembered his confession in the morning suddenly. she took her phone and typed

"Mr.Shen,Trust had to be earned, not built"

He replied "Yes, Milady. I will earn it".

She got another message from him in a second

"So one beautiful girl is thinking about me"He teased her

She sent her reply " No No Mr. Shen, I felt pity and gave you my two cents. Like friend helping one another"

"Please give away your two cents often, this man is desperately in need for it" Mingyu typed and staring at screen like teenage boy waiting for reply.

"Okay, Mr. Shen I m at your service. Let's call it a day and please get back to work" Long replied and got back to hey pile of work.

Fu Ming rushed to her father Fu Zhelan's office. She started complaining

"Father did you know what happened to me today. I was told resign in front of everyone. It was an humiliation for me"

Father Fu just gave her a look and went back to look at his file.

" Father, are you even listening to me. I m your only daughter, how can you let this happen"

Father Fu was trying to control his anger and asked

"Xiao Ming, Don't you think, it's Shen industries decision. Who am I to interfere"

" Father why are you talking like this, I need your support now. please talk to Elder Shen or your friend Father Shen. Shen Mingyu listens to them alone. "

Father Fu couldn't keep everything inside, he bursted out.

"Fu Ming, it's my mistake I had spoiled you. I should have raised you like how father Shen raised his kids in a strict manner. it's because of your stupidity, the 40 yrs friendship with him was about to break. "

Fu Ming was about to lash out, he said

" I hope you don't to anything stupid with your friend Wu Zexi. I want you too end all forms of relationship with Wu Zexi.If I hear or see any form of revenge on any employees of Shen industries, I will disown you as my daughter, think carefully and act from now onwards".

Father Fu knows that the photos he sent it across to father and elder Shen was actually a work of Wu Zexi.

Father Fu learnt from friend that Wu Zexi is using Fu Ming for selfish reasons. Fu Ming has had reputation because of that. Father Shen collected all the evidence and handed it over to Father Fu. Father Fu decided to take action for his daughter wellness.

Fu Ming was completely devasted by the sudden change in her father. she felt betrayed by her own father. But she loves him the most, so she managed to reply

"Yes Father" She left with teary eyes.

She left his office and went to Cafe nearby to clear her head.

One thin girl wearing cropped know length dress walked towards her table and sat across.

Fu Ming lifted her head and asked

"Wu Zexi, how did you know I'm here"
