Finding a Partner in Crime

Thanks to Tai, The breakfast was eventful for all of them. By the end of the breakfast, Ling understood the relationship between all of them. She was amazed by the down to earth behavior of these guys. All of them, Mingyu, Yu, Yun and Tai came from a wealthy family, but they don't seem to be making a fuss about being like a simple person. Ling thought maybe, they were brought up like that. Anyways she was happy to find such people like Mingyu and Yun, Now Tai.

Tai was also very happy, she took multiple pictures and posted in her closed family chat group.

Suddenly Ling remembered that Tai mentioning about she being bullied

"Tai dear, you were saying in the park that someone bullied you and threw your phone in the lake, who was that?"

Tai didn't expect this question especially in-front of her brother.

Initially Mingyu assumed that she forgot her phone at home, thats why she called from Ling's. Mingyu asked

"Little sister, do you care to share the details with your big brother"

"Actually brother, Sorry for not telling you because i didnt want the issue to blow up a small reason.

Mingyu got angry " Are you telling me that bullying my little sister is a small thing. can i take it to father then?"

Tai got terrified and looked at Ling and Yun for help.

Ling placed her hands on the Mingyu hands as a gesture to pacify his anger. To Yun and Tai's surprise, Mingyu anger melted instantly.

Ling looked at Mingyu and said

"Mingyu, Is this how you talk to your little sister, dont you see that already she is hurt."

Tai took the opportunity and made a sad puppy face. Yun was surprised to see influence of ling on her Ming ge.

Mingyu was about to say something , Ling stopped and she continued

" Leave this matter to me and Yun. I will talk to Tai about it. let us women handle the girls matter, what do you say Xiao Yun?"

Yun was very happy to assist her best-friend. "Xiao Ling, Absolutly lets handle it. Ming ge, dont worry"

Mingyu didn't pester much after that. Mingyu and Yu left the house right after that since they have full packed day with meeting and work.

Before leaving the house, Mingyu came closer to Ling, Gave her a hug and quick peck on her cheeks. Ling was frozen for a moment. By the time, she came to senses, he had already left.

Both Yun and Tai were laughing at her. Lings face became so blood Red.

Ling glared at two girls who were teasing her and she said

"Enough, both of you. Tai darling , Quickly tell me whats the issue"

Tai was not hesitant to share the details anymore as she felt comfortable with the both ladies in front of her

"Remember Yun jie, i went to volunteer for a event on-behalf of school last month."

Yun nodded her head as a sign agreeing to know about the event

Tai Continued

"By mistake i had spilled drinks on one women dress. she got pissed and was about to hit me. my principal came saved me in time and asked for apology for me. No one in school or cycling community knows i a m a Shen. Since i wanted to known for my own efforts. Nobody should think of my achievement is due to my family influence.

After a week, i met a guy in a couple of cycling event and he was trying to talk to befriend me. Later when i found out that he is also from same school. we started going for cycling practice together. Apparently that guy is the little brother of women who's dress i had spoiled. so she got super pissed thinking i m seducing her brother and what not. she started behaving very weird and torturing me wherever she sees me.

Though he is a nice guy unlike his sister. Later,i have also stopped going for cycling with her brother thinking that i shouldn't attract any problem because what if the issue goes till the ears of Father Shen. But she seems to have some vengeance left. Now she is trying to get me banned from entering cycling competition. "

Tai was letting out all the things she had in her heart and eyes teared up when she mentioned cycling

she continued

"Ling Jie, Do you know, What is my biggest dream. My biggest dream is to be a part of Olympic Cyclist team. I want to represent the nation and win a medal for the country. Today that women was trying to hurt me so that i will not be able to compete anymore. "

Both Ling and Yun became very furious after hearing Tai

Yun asked who is this women

Tai replied " She is from Wu family, Wu Zexi"

Ling was not aware who she is. Yun knew her and thought to inform Mingyu about it.

For the time Being , Both of them pacified Tai and asked her sleep for couple of hours. Yun decided to work from home to take care of Tai.

Ling left to finish her pending product comp shop. On the way to comp shop, she messaged Mingyu and asked if he heard everything.

When Mingyu hugged Ling, He handed her a small microphone in her palms. He wanted to know whats happening with his little sister at any cost. Actually he was very upset from the moment he saw her hurt in the park. He is usually expressionless, so no one noticed. Ling and Mingyu planned to extract information from Tai while they were cooking in kitchen.

Mingyu knows his little sister very well, she will not open up easily. So he planned everything ahead and Ling cooperated with him. But sudden hug and kiss was not part of the plan. He liked working with Ling, He patted himself for finding a partner in crime

Thanks to microphone on Lings hand. he heard everything and sent a recording to Yingjie by email. He also sent a message to him saying

"I want a action from you in a day"

He got a reply instantly " Okay"
