4 Mages Association

"Finally I'm at the Mages Association she said it was close." He said as he entered the building. "Hmm, where should I go now?

"Oh hey were can I go to see if I have an affinity in magic?" He asked.

"I can take you to do it now."

"Thanks but I think I'll need the Head Mage to watch."

"Why is that?" She asked curiously.

"You'll see soon enough."

After she went to get the Head Mage we all went to the crystal ball.

"So I'm guessing that I need to put both hands on it?"

"Yes"

"Ok here we go." When I placed my hands on the ball this time it just glowed bright enough to blind us and then exploded.

"What was that?!"

"This happened at the adventurers guild too."

"How! That crystal ball can store up to 100000000 MP. HOW COULD YOU DO THAT!!!?"

"I don't know but I don't fell tired at all aren't I suppose to fell tired after spending a portion of my MP."

"Yes you are. What are you!?"

"I'm the same race as you."

"That's impossible, no human could have an MP pool that large!"

"Well besides the MP amount do I have an affinity? If so what kind?"

"I don't know, you obviously have an affinity but there wasn't any colors. There was just a bright light. So we don't know what kind of magic you have an affinity for."

"That alright thanks I start earning money so I can repay you." He said with a smile.

"Your welcome and that would be much appreciated."

"Ok I'll see you some other time, bye." He said as he walked out of the Mages Association.

'Hm I should go back to the adventurers guild to get a quest."

At the Mages Association.

" Hi I'm back I need a quest that will get me at the least 10 gold coins."

"Ok sir please wait while I see what we have." She said as she walk to the back room.

"Ok so we have a request from someone asking for any capable adventurerers to hunt and kill 10 rock golems and to bring back the life cores as proof for a reward of 20 gold coins. Is this quest acceptable?"

"Yeah that should be plenty for now."

"Ok you should find the rock golems somewhere near the mountains."

"Ok thanks for the help."

Once he arrived at the mountains he immediately found two rock golems walking around.

"That's convenient, lucky there doesn't seem to be any people around so I don't have to hold back."

He went up to the first golem and punch it with only 0.001% of his strength and the rock golem exploded shattering into a billion pieces and yes he could count them all.

"Uhh..."

"Well that was a bit to much. Well at least it won't be to difficult."

About an hour later he arrived back at the adventurerers guild and gave all the cores to the receptionist and due to him returning so soon the receptionist looked at Halbert dumbfounded.

"How did you collect so many so quick!?"

"What? Was I really that fast?"

"Anyway here's the reward."

"Thank you."

When he left the building he started walking toward a near by cheap inn.
