I followed Robert to an isolated room where a squid-shaped individual was sitting there drinking a cup of coffee. "it's Timothy" I said, for which he snorted "That's sir for you". Robert smiled and left us. "so, sir Timothy what is it that you want to talk about?" I asked sitting next to him. He continued to drink his coffee and replied "You said there was a complication on your way. so I was curious to know the details". "that wasn't anything serious actually. It was just a villain attack" I said and explained the whole story from the start.

After I explained the whole story to him he showed me a tablet, "There are a lot of similar incidents reported in the capital. I don't know if it is some sort of parasitic quirk or a parasite. Our research has found that it affects them randomly.". I was really shocked, there wasn't a parasite attack on the cannon. But at this point, nothing is the same as the canon so I don't know what to think about this whole situation. "I understand," I said.

"I have something to give you," he said pulling an ID card which was different from the lab ID given to me by Ethan "This is a temporary hero license for you. I had to pull a lot of strings for this, so use it for helping others.". I received the ID card, I had my face plastered on the side and my name and other details were on the other side.

 "Now that you have given me this, tell me what you want," I asked, Timothy rolled his eyes "We are short-handed on heroes, especially the powerful ones. I assume you understand the purpose. our number one hero is injured right now so she won't be able to help the situation for some time. So, I want you to fight crime after your classes." This guy is a professional liar didn't Katie say that her sister or the number one hero and is trapped on the other side of the portal?

"Sir, he knows about the situation." before I could make a statement Etan entered the room, Timothy looked grim "So you know about the situation then. Before you say anything Is it possible to save her.". "it is possible," I said the truth, "thank god, I am really happy that we recruited you. Now then when are you planning to bring her back?" He said standing up.

I shook my head "No, sir it's not safe for me. I see that you and the others are inclined towards saving your superhero, but I don't see a benefit. As much as I love to show off, this is different." I said firmly. "Katie said you will help in the rescue. What game are you playing? " Ethan asked, I shrugged, "I said so because she was on her knees. As a gentleman I had to do it . What else do you suppose I do".

Timothy sighed "What is the price? We are willing to pay any price you want, as long as you bring star and stripe back," he said, I snorted "You can't buy everything" Saying this I left the room. Who do they think they are, you can't buy everything just like that. "think again, if you help us this once, we will be indebted for the rest of our lives." He asked one last time, I just sighed and left the place.

I went to Robert, "I think it's time for me to leave" I said. He nodded "Take George with you". I looked at George who was standing beside him wearing a lab coat covered in grease. "All right, see you tomorrow" Robert said when both of us nodded and left the spot.

Back at the dorm, Momo was waiting near my room. "how was your class today," I asked, "First of all, why did it take this long, didn't you say you had repaired the spaceship when you called me." She asked in a stern tone with bulging eyes. I just smiled bitterly "Someone needed my help, so it took some time. What about you why are you waiting here". She looked depressed "It's nothing really, I just wanted to say sorry for the way I acted on the plane the other day. I tried to act like a cheeky brat since that's what you like right? But the timing of the whole thing didn't suit well." I was stunned, I don't like cheeky brats who told that to her.

"stay the way you are, I like you for the way you are not for the way you can be," I said and patted her head, she blushed. Now I am satisfied. "now that you are satisfied, I must go now I am really tired from all the work in the workshop so, let's meet for dinner. Ok," I said to which she nodded.

I said goodbye to her and left for my room. I changed my clothes and had a shower. "it's time to have some dinner" I said and walked to the dining hall.

I noticed people walking left and right in a hurry, I noticed Momo in the mayhem and went to her. She was with a classmate whose name I don't know. "hey Momo what's going on?" I asked she closed the distance between us and whispered "The guy named Hada from our class is missing after the first period" I was surprised, this is not UA, they don't allow kids to go to their homes after school.

I quickly activated my mind stone and started to scan the whole school for his trace. "I found him" and I was able to pinpoint his body in a trash bin.

I was stunned when I focused my power to know his status, he was dead. His head was removed from his body leaving his lower part exposed. Before I could alert the school about the situation a scream from a girl made the news clear as day.
