Chapter 11: Galaxy became Chaotic

The second ring was finished three months later, the Covenant had been suppressed at many of there planets thanks to the Admirals that are securing covenant controlled planets.

Reaper and ghost got information on where the Guardians are and they set out to start securing them, each squad of ships have Engineers that will be altering them.

Covenant prophets have uncreased on attacks and the other covenant controlled planets started regrouping, there I have been sending out ships and UNSC joined in pushing the fight back to them and for the first time since the first contact the UNSC is taking part in counter attacking the covenant.

Ships advancing to the covenant planets and started attacking, there the Infinity Guardians fleets are broken up into captains as the Admirals will be making strategies and relaying orders, the captains are in angel class Cruisers with one frigate and two battleships under them, there they are classified as a squad together. This means 200 squads are under one Admiral.

As they are attacking, I had to set up a new government power for the Civilians that have been Increasing.

The government is to please the Civilians, from keeping food and water up and they are unable to control any military might, they have police under there control and they are able to use them to suppress conflicts that will happen.

The Civilians vote on who should be the presidents and there is one for each race and they are all to work together helping each other.

Then the four founder can make any demands from Recruitment to demanding equipment for the military. The four founder are able to command the military as a whole but I have the power to cancel any command if it deems wrong to follow.

But the three founders can make a vote together to over power any of my commands that seem wrong to follow to prevent any corrupted for power of taking root.

This is to help keep the peace but also to keep from going crazy and killing innocent for fun.

I am in a lab in dark space away from all, one artificial world that had been made while back to create ships, is now a civilian controlled planet.

The room is so big that it can put a angel class Cruiser inside and have room to move around still. There is many systems inside and Sentinals flying around moving items about.

In the middle Specter is on a circle Platform that is active, he is waving his hands as a portal is on screen the same portal that he used to allow all four of them to arrive here.

Waving my left hand the screen vanished, floating off the platform and arriving at a open space of the lab, there I wave my right hand and a portal opened up, then it collapsed right after and the alloy Returned back to me.

A sentinal flew over its small and sphere but its not a monitor more a camera as it recorded what I am saying and catalog what is all being done. This is to help the other founders if an accident may happen, I have already broken down that the portal can be made but its random and uncontrollable.

Right now I am trying to make a portal and keep it open without the need of keeping it up myself but it has failed one after the next.

There is no explanation on how the portal works, but information knowing how to create it that at least let me save that data over for if an accident happened the others can make portals and search for me if an accident should happen, this lets me concentrate on working on the portal without worry of something happening but still continue cautiously.

It has already been a month since the attack onto covenant side and the prophets are being pushed back, getting reports that the prophets are becoming agressive and seem to be desperate.

Its understandable as they wish to stay alive but they are slowly being pushed back and ghost sent some of her teams to make chaos from the inside.

They attacked reach recently way a head planned they did little Damage but able to get data that is what the UNSC told me but never said what data they got.

The planet was mostly unscathed by the attack as the Admtials helped defend the planet but they rushed so as the Admirals kept the most fleets distracted.

A white portal ring then the center collapsed itself making a wormhole that linked to the other side.

A slip space rupture opened up where the portal is and that made the portal waver and it seems to be getting absorbed inside it.

Space endless stars nothing abnormal planets Orbiting suns and different types of planets from ice cold to lava hot planets. There space warped, it is not noticable as space is black and this warp was a waver as if something is forming then a portal opened, that portal looked unstable as if it will collapse at any second.

And it did just that, a pulse was sent as a space rupture ripped space in that spot and the portal collapsed but a Wormhole was created in its place.

In a different sight, one that eyes are unable to detect only equipment that can see signals can, a beam signal passed through the wormhole the Wormhole shrank and stabilized at a size of a one square meter.

There the long signal beam end half passed the now smaller wormhole and continued into deep space as planned.

The portal closed and to space rupture made a pulling suction that almost sent me inside, having closed the portal down the space rupture took a second before being shut down next.

A surge of energy happened and Tane teleported inside the lab.

The prophets have gone crazy! They have discovered multiple halo arrays and other Forurunner locations and sent troops to all of them, the Admtials split apart and moved to the locations with the UNSC ships. (Tane)

They unleashed the flood! They gave the flood ships and they are leaving the rings in mass! (Tane)

I froze for a second.

That is not all, a UNSC ship called forward unto dawn had to jump as a halo ring was being destroyed but it was cut in half, there an ex-covanant called arbiter had finished the jump and the UNSC Spartan named Chief had sent into space with the other half, we where able to track him but the covenant and the flood had been released had stopped us from providing support to him. There we cleared the covenant but the flood jumped and we lost it, we flew to help chief but the ship had landed on a Forurunner artificial world. We are now in rout to that world to help chief he is quite Powerful and would be a huge loss if he is killed. (Tane)

There was a imaginary sound like a old dialup connection connecting to a old computer coming from Specter.

The hell happened! I only wanted to work on making a portal for a few months until the covenant was suppressed down but in that few months of time I am away hell all broke out in the Galaxy all at once? (Specter)

Waving my left hand, Tane became quiet as I started thinking.

Flood is released, in the Galaxy unknown location, chief will accidentally release that didact Forurunner guy unless he can be stopped before then. [Specter]

Waving my right hand the Galaxy appeared and dots appeared all over the galaxy 40% are green dots, 60% are red.

The Guardians are only 40% under my control, if everything has been increased this much then unless Cortana is fixed or stopped then 60% Guardians will be destroyed they are powerful in there time but the cannons will destroy them its just a waste to destroy... [Specter]

Alright! I am declaring Activation of Galaxy Extinction event now in order! We are jumping right into the fight! (Specter)

Use the Tower network and find the flood ships! Send forces to destroy them at all coat! Activation of the all Guardian class ships! Move the Guardian ships to all life planets to defend them from all attacks and all angel class ships to move to attack the covenant and move to destroy fast and swift! I want all flood ships destroyed in a week time and any planets they land on are to be locked down! (Specter)

Sir? What is this emergency you need me for? (Head Engineer)

Build Planet Defense Systems, lots of them. They will be slip space jumped to planets that have been captured by the flood if we are unable to get the planet back and purge the flood then we will have no choice but to use the Planet Defense Systems to destroy the planets to prevent flood spread. Tane! Give the angel class capital ship to the first Admiral, and send word to activate the other angel class capital ships. (Specter)

I have been annoyed on my portal progress and started distracting myself with building this ship. (Specter)

A ship that is a halo ring and a central structure floating in the center, purple beams go from the ring and entered the central floating building, its all white alloy the ring is shaped in a tube as the inside structure has many secured rooms and docking bays, the hallways and rooms all have lasers in place to vaporized any Intruders inside the ship, there is spikes on the exterior of the ship and a purple pulse wrapped aroumd the ship as a shield is generated.

The shield is way stronger then the capital ships created that is physically present and not Invisable until hit, the alloy created is made by me Personally so this is a ship that is indestructible. (Specter)

There is 6000 beam cannons surrounding the ring they are placed on top and bottom, the central structure is the command center this is a mobile base that has supplies many troops inside. (Specter)

This is why you wanted the best recruits to come here and not be sent to other ship? (Tane)

Correct, this huge ship needs many inside as its Two miles in radius, this is like 6000 carriers together, it would have taken years to make but I made it myself where I just had to control my alloy and shape it to how I want, but it weakened me, I am unable to create anything for a few years until I regain back what I lost. There is one last thing this can do but that is only needed if even 6000 cannons can't do the job. (Specter)

Get the Elites from the Capital Ship and transfer them to this new mobile base? Ring ship? I will call it Void Ring then, only void will be left once it attacks, yup fitting name. (Specter)

The flood has ships, they can land on any planet in the galaxy until they are all destroyed and flood is purged lock down all planets. (Specter)

They left to do there job, I activate the Teleporter and teleported me and Tane out of the lab and into the Void Ring.

In the lab a space warped and a UNSC Marine materialized as if he was Invisible his name on his armor is Chips Dubbo he has a relax smile as if nothing in the galaxy can effect him.

He waved his hand and a hologram appeared and a keyboard appeared there he types.

What does a portal have to make it a portal? The answer is it has a entrance and a exit, if a portal collapse does that mean that one side is not sable?

Then the hologram vanished and Chip Dubbo dematerialized and waved to a sentinal that watched this all happen with a smile on his face.
