413 Agent of Chaos

The description of the <<Herald of Chaos>> skill was similar to the opposing skills that he obtained some time back from the Celestials, only having a few differences from <<Herald of Fate>>!

<<Herald of Chaos>> :: An inheritance from the Disciple of Chaos that holds tremendous power. The mysteries of the Supreme Law of Chaos can be slowly understood while this technique is in use, understanding what true chaos is as the user moves to not just create more chaos, but to control it. Abilities include Chaos Discernment, Chaos Traverser, Chaos Concealment, and Chaos Harvester.

[Chaos Discernment] :: The clouded and abstruse movements of chaos of different entities or beings became easier to see. The Agent of Chaos can then decide how to use this information. Strict conditions must be met for any usable information to be discerned.
