15 Chapter 14

It has been 6 days since I spoke to the new village chief and today is the day I will be leaving the village with Anais, I was waiting outside her home for her to be ready and she is taking forever which I honestly cannot understand why, all she has to do is store the house in the storage capsule but it's like she's packing for an apocalypse or something, with my enhanced hearing I finally hear her coming towards the front entrance and before long the door opened

Tatsumaki: "It's about damned time, what were you doing in there? It can't possibly take so long to ready up all you need to do is get the capsule I gave you, come out and store the house"

Anais: "Girls, just need more time to get ready than guys there were some things I needed to do so you wouldn't understand"

Tatsumaki: "And I hope to God I will never have the need to understand, lets leave we've wasted enough time"

Anais: "you say that, but do you have any idea where we will be going or what we will be doing, isn't it just a journey to find other martial artists and train to get stronger? You make it seem like time is running out but since we are strong shouldn't we have the privilege of making others wait for us?"

I was shocked to hear what she said, but she was right what reason was I rushing? I am already stronger than most people in our universe right now and they wouldn't be able to get any stronger till meeting Goku and kid buu should be around a power level of 50 billion to 100 billion at most so.

I have about 29 years before he arrives and even if I can't bridge the gap even if I added the max amount of points into my power level I still have time to bring my plans of achieving some sort of super Saiyan transformation into fruition with the amount of time I have, after thinking about it I felt some sort of weight on my shoulders was lifted off.

I can easily increase my life span but I have been acting like I don't have enough time when I can just look for some way to give myself just that, I could probably strengthen the dragon balls and ask Shenron to help me get stronger somehow or give me some place like the hyperbolic time chamber that gives me more time and there are so many other things I can do but if I keep trying to get stronger without enjoying my life then there's no point in my reincarnation.

Tatsumaki: "Thanks, I needed to hear that I wanted to get stronger, but I forget I have no reason to rush as I am still 12 and the average lifespan of humans is 70-80 years and longer for people as strong as us, we will go to a town to have fun and we will figure out where to go from there"

Anais: "I am glad I could be of help, lets go it feels like we've spent hours here"

My eyelids couldn't help but twitch with what she said, the whole reason we've been here all this time is that I was waiting for her, I am not going to let it get to me, so I just flew far ahead of her without saying anything and ignored her calls to get back at her for her comment"

After flying for a while I landed near the outskirts of Central city, I don't want to deal with people reacting to my ability to fly so I didn't land directly in the city and while I would like to go in, I have to wait since I left Anais far behind, which isn't a problem since she can sense my Ki.

While I can go in without her and let her catch up to me I don't want her to kill anyone due to them saying anything about her looks, while she might seem like she is fine she is still 12 and can be influenced negatively if left alone to deal with all the negative comments she will receive about her looks.

It took about 15 minutes before she finally arrived at my location, she seems to be panting which makes sense since she tried to catch up to my speed, she is unable to reach Mach 1 yet maybe when she increases her Ki along with her power level she might be able to catch up to a fraction of my true speed.

Anais: "*pant* why did *pant* you *pant* fly so far ahead *pant* *pant*"

Tatsumaki: "I recall someone saying she felt like we spent hours waiting around so I couldn't disappoint and left as soon as I could"

I responded to her with a smirk and God did it feel good to let out my dissatisfaction and I wasn't going to give her a chance to express hers

Tatsumaki: "lets go into the city, and try not to react to people's comments about your looks after all it was your decision to walk around without covering your face"

I can respect her decision to walk around with her looks as they are, if she builds up a bad habit of hiding appearances it will affect her confidence eve when she has managed to change her looks.

Things went as expected with people making comments about her looks but she was able to ignore them to an extent, I can tell from how hard she is squeezing her fists that she is close to losing herself to her anger but I can also tell from her emotions that she feels more sadness and shame than anger so I had us increase our pace of walking.

There was a need to get identification as we needed it to create bank accounts in the city, while its not difficult to walk around with cash due to the storage capsules, when in Rome do as the romans do, it wasn't too hard to finish the process a bit of light magic to influence the decision making of the staff and we were good to go, I didn't have as much money as I thought I would need since we are a big city things are expensive and we have the need to eat more than average humans so I started thinking about ways to make money, our homes are no issue as we can stay not far away from the city but I plan on having the full experience so I will be renting us a home to use while we are here.

Tatsumaki: "We need some way to make lots of money so we can live like kings while we are in the city but where can we do that"

While we were walking a poster fell right at our feet, so I picked it up and I couldn't help but have the most fiendish smile on my face

Tatsumaki: "Anais, I know what we're gonna do today"
