Author Update and Pysch Eval

Hey guys, I need a few days off - as I am trying to roughly sketch out Aavesh's new power path, I am pretty tired and burnt out due to additional work from the University and a Project I need to prep so I need some time to sort that crap as well. I'm Sorry If I let you down - I'll Post a new chapter by Thursday or Friday and I will update you tommorrow as well on my condition. Sorry for the Delay.

Unaware of the cosmic turmoil his actions had caused Aavesh had a nice deep sleep and woke up the Next Morning with a bit of fatigue in his head. 'Damn, so that's why those spell casters usually faint when they finish signing spirit contracts.'

A crystal crisp voice sounded in his mind,

"Your fatigue can be relieved by taking nourishments - I highly recommend soothing juices that have a good concentration of Focus inducing compounds and foods with rich spirit Activating Substances- "

But Aavesh cut Eon off midway when he mentally exclaimed,

"Woah! you can communicate normally now! You were speaking super slowly before- almost like you were struggling to pass sentences"

Eon proceeded to elaborate on his previous situation,

"Yes, My existence is quite unique - I have immortality - but I require distilled Astral essence to use my abilities and phase between realities, Years of sealing me within that treasure weakened my astral essence reserves to a dangerous extent - Hence my priorities were low on full use of communication and high on preserving energy for contract creation and Fate sheathing abilities! It was only after I received your mental force, that I was able to extract distilled Astral Essence from the Astral Plane - Hence the Improvement"

"Ohhh..."

Aavesh then remembered he was very hungry, so rushed down to the kitchen where his family had started to eat breakfast. His Mom passed him a plate covered by an energy bubble to preserve the freshness of the food.

It turned out to be Grilled Chilly Cheese Potato Sandwich with synth eggs - Synth eggs were basically referring to artificially made animal products with a mix of science and Spirit Technology.

After a huge breakthrough in Food Studies, It was found that for those consuming meat and several animal products - There were serious consequences - not seen in the Short Term - But Eventually appearing in the Long Term, with changing human genetics.

If Humans could relish non-plant foods before, now they had to carefully eat them! Certain disorders would suddenly pop up, with higher chances of mortals receiving neurological diseases and Auto-Immune Disorders.

The Animals had also evolved during that great destruction period; now their products were akin to slow poison to human beings. Even cultivators would spit them out and see it unfit for consumption.

But people still loved meat, eggs, cheese and Milk! If you told someone to change their favourite foods - you would face permanent social execution from that person. To solve this issue some tried to reengineer the Genetics of Animals to make it safe - It did work but people still could not fully trust it.

However, a group of scientists and magicians collaborated to create plants that could replace the need of breeding animals-

They called it the Synth project and in a few years, they managed to replicate an egg-producing plant - that could produce a variety of eggs given the right fertilizers and nutrients. Soon Meat producing plants were also created.

A person even wanted to see if they could produce humans as well! But that person was silenced and thrown into deep space.

The Product was revolutionary! People could have spirit Activating substances in those foods and in the beginning, they made filthy rich profits from selling them to Cultivators who found it quite interesting and easier to consume.

They offered higher nutritional value due to the complex runes and fertilizers created to grow them!

But the profits did not last long, as the creators of the Synth Product agreed to fully publicize methods and seeds used for them and a New Industry Emerged!

It evolved to the point where most of mid to premium-grade food were SYNTH, it only made sense as synth food had higher nutritional value that could sate and take care of most food requirements of Cultivators.

Aavesh wolfed down on his breakfast quickly and went back upstairs to get ready. He would leave with his mother for the psychiatric Treatment now.

A few hours later, Aavesh came back home with his Mom. He was tired from the questions the female doctor had kept asking him. She had prescribed him some medication and strongly suggested strict mediation along with active participation with others.

He could understand why she wanted him to do that. A way to treat trauma is to perform self healing processes on the mind and focusing more energy on Healthy and Fun Activities.

Although he did niot have much nightmares anymore - Aavesh would feel bouts of depression and slight flash backs of his Previous Life. It was PTSD and it needed time and love to heal.

Unfortunately, this would be a common problem in this world, unless he becomes extremely powerful in Mental Force Cultivation, This was going to be there for a while - Only time could tell now.

Aavesh felt a bit better after the check up and called in Eon to analyze different ways to treat his condition. He eagerly awaited the Answer.
