163 Personal Business

The following morning Mateo woke up with a strong headache. He winced when someone came into his bedroom and opened the curtains.

"It's time for you to wake up, sleepy head." Bernal walked over to his bed and pulled the duvet off him.

"Please leave me alone," Mateo murmured, trying to get back to sleep. "There's no way, I'm doing that, we have a meeting to attend by 10 and it's past 9, so get up!"

"What meeting? Can't you go for this meeting alone?" Mateo groaned, burying his face in a pillow.

"No, I'm not going for the meeting alone. We are going together, so get your ass off that bed and go take a shower. Now!"

"Oh….. will you stop shouting, please? My head is pounding so bad, I feel like it's going to implode."

"That's what you get for drinking so much. I'm going downstairs to ask the kitchen staff to get you coffee, better not be in bed when I get back."
