One by one, cities fall under the flames of war. Soulless corpses and corrupted beasts seek to devour the last vestiges of a previously flourishing civilization. In the wake of destruction, spirit cities rise and prosper while the living quiver in fear and despair. Will the last bastions of humans prevail in this calamity or succumb to the forces of death? Our story begins with a very average man in a not so average world.
