One needed strength to travel worlds without worries. And without strength, what's the first thing you should do?

Attempt to gain strength as fast as you can...

And when the fastest way to gain strength is doing something, you do it!

Gritting his teeth, anger coursed through the incubus.

Asuma hated being helpless against an enemy.

Normally he would think of a clever strategy or overpower them through brute force, constantly remaining in control.

But he couldn't do either.

He didn't have the power to go against the gods, especially when his power is reliant on their help.

And he couldn't outwit ancient gods...

Leaving him with an annoying dilemma.

'I'll follow their orders... for now' Thought Asuma with a sigh before focusing on more urgent matters.

"I would like to know about the Eighth Dimension"

[While the Seven Dimensions were created by the Seven Paragon Gods. The eighth dimension was created by the imagination, of the residents of the first dimension. Giving it nearly infinite possibilities...

With countless worlds and countless enemies, the eighth dimension was quickly overrun by gods wishing to rapidly increase their powers.

That was until the Seven Paragon Gods, sealed it away due to the realm being too unstable and dangerous.]

"And here I am" Muttered Asuma with a frown.

The thought that a completely new dimension could be created through imagination was absolutely absurd.

But Asuma knew that nothing was impossible.

"Hmm... Can you tell me how the task system works?"

[Basically, every world has an ultimate goal that gives a lot of exp, but it is either hard or will take a long time to do.

There are also extra tasks that you can do, that give less exp, but are easier to complete or more plentiful]

"Okay..."

Now that everything of note was explained, all Asuma needed to do was choose a world.

"Last question, what's with these worlds, will I be given information or something"

Raising an eyebrow at the weird names for the worlds, a frown appeared on Asuma's face...

How was he supposed to know which world he should pick? When he didn't have any information about the worlds, except the name... And even that wasn't much.

The only thing he had a clue about from the titles, was that Rosario To Vampire was obviously vampire-focused.

Highschool of the Dead was most likely about a school for the undead...

And Chivalry of a Failed Knight was probably about the redemption of a knight who failed his duties...

Little did he know, that he was almost completely wrong... About everything!

Sighing "I choose Rosario To Vampire..." Announced Asuma.

As an Incubus, he knew the advantages of being one. One of which, was that his blood was practically a drug for vampires...

While it could be considered a bad thing, it was also a good thing... and that's all he needed.

Asuma saw one message before entering a dreamlike state.

Opening his eyes due to the voice, Asuma saw a young man holding a paper.

"What do you want?" Asked Asuma.

"You dropped this..." Stated the young man holding out the piece of paper.

Raising his eyebrows, Asuma grabbed the piece of paper.

Requirements: Enroll in Yokai Academy as a student.

"Hmm, it's been a while since I was a student" muttered Asuma quietly.

"So, you're um a student too?" Questioned the youth.

Raising his eyes to look at the youth "I guess so" said Asuma plainly.

"Oh, that's great! I'm a second-year there" said the youth happily.

"Oh, I'm Asuma Toujo, and you are?" Asked Asuma, while gesturing for the youth to say his name.

"Aono Tsukune, Nice to meet you!"

[Ding! World's Favored Found!]

Narrowing his eyes at the message 'World's Favored... There's this kind of person in the eighth dimension as well?' Thought Asuma with a frown.

World's Favored, in the seven dimensions it was normally the title of the person detained to either reach godhood or cause a big change in the world.

Normally supported by the heavens, The world's chosen was normally considered to be practically invincible...

Though there were plenty of people who used the title, so finding a true one was almost impossible.

Even in his long lifetime, Asuma only found a single true world's favored. Meaning meeting one this early meant that he was clearly super unlucky or he was supposed to do something.

"Uhm is everything okay?" Asked Tsukune.

'He seems to still be weak, he most likely hasn't recognized his destiny ... Should I just kill him now?'
