bringing kids to the world of GOT is dangerous, as this is a self insert story, and you chose to do that, i seriously am concerned about the choices you or your character will make in the story, i am also concerned about your characters interraction is it going to be made to be easily advantageous to your character like dumbing down intelligent characters or is there a plot armour for your mc, you know i just can't help myself to worry about how the story unfold sorry for ranting, i hope i provide constructive input to this

why would you as a transmigrated person going to the murder world request to have your kids with you? you have no family name so you are lower than dirt and your ability just screams enslave me or kill me for using magic. you understand this is the world they rpe and kill small folk for fun. so you get in a lords site, they kill or enslave you, your boy is either killed or sold as a slave and you daughter is either rped and killed or kill or sold to a brothel if she's not kept by the lord. you made a really bad choice for the mc.

I simply don't like the idea of taking his kids to GOT , I mean in a way you were okay with them being killed(transmigrated with you) so that you can be with them.

First off, listen to the bad reviews, and if you choose to continue on and rea the novel, note that i'm experimenting with it, so there might be a lot of dumb/random things in it.
